I am disappointed in the app now. You have restructured three card section só it's unlike the way app you can't tell if it's a débito card in the card área. I don't have problem with the single app but if you could just display them like in Way app it would be far less confusing.

The overall service is terrible, the app is deeply invasive, no multi language support, the amount of ads and other annoyances (even in notifications!) is outright insane, the currency exchange rates aren't respected and hidden extra fees of ridiculous amounts (MULTIPLE HUNDREDS of reals per transaction) are added AFTER the transaction is made, and their "DinDin" (pushed aggressively and enabled for me AS A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION BY DEFAULT) is a legalized scam.

By integrating two good apps Santander and Way for its sole benefit, the bank has been able to lose Way's best features while exposing personal expenses of the credit card's owner to family member's additional cards. Shame on you, Santander.

Unbelievably bad at solving basic issues.

The new UI is terrible and not intuitive, it's a significant step back from the old UI, which wasn't great but still a million times better. The app also is terribly slow since it loads everything in every screen.

Good night. After the last upgrade, my app is freezing a lot. Every time it bugs when I exit the app and get on it, and other situations that treasures me. I need an urgent upgrade, please 🥺.

The app now requires photo id for access.....but it doesnt work. States 'success' but then loops with a 'it is mot possible to verify your selfie now' and logs out.

There's no dark mode. It's 2024, for God sake. I'm cogitating closing my account and deleting this app. No dark mode is inexcusable. Unforgivable.

Why does this app need access to my camera and managing my phone calls? Like, I would understing something like while using the app, but this is not the case. If you deny access to phone calls the app won't even open. Extremely lazy and fishy development

Unbelievably broken. It got me so annoyed with its bugs (synchronization ones for one) that it has literally made me close my account. Terrible experience, awful service on all branches.

The application fails to authenticate sometimes, and I'm required to type my credentials again. Also, as soon as I log in, a pop-up is displayed every single time, offering me loans and services. If I'm looking for a service, I'll look for it within the app, so stop forcing it on me all the time.

This app is not good at all. I am a new costumer of this bank. The app is so bad and if i call costumer service the lost the contact. In this case its better to move to Itau or Nubank/ Banco inter.

Terrible customer service for customers living abroad. My password was blocked and I simply had to call 5 times, because every time someone tried to transfer my call nobody would pick it up.

The Qrcode doesn't work, it is very frustrating and we don't have access when you change de phone!

Terrible unreliable. Useless service. Will randomly not accept card details at the worst times, eg late at night leaving you stranded. Do yourself a favour and dont support this joke of a public service.

Super frustrating that you can't use this app to carry out any transactions without first activating your ID Santander, which can only be done at ATMs in Brazil ( a real headache for folks who are not currently in Brazil). There should be a way to activate that feature via the app or online, not just at ATMs in Brazil.

I used it twice, and dont think I'll use it again. Absolutely rubbish. The loop keeps u stuck. It does not fit the purpose.

oh yes an app to make our lives easier, but requires to go to the bloody bank to activate stuff. Plus it suddenly just decided that I can't make transfers at all nor use my credit card. I need to pay stuff and it simply doesn't let me use MY money, and it was working fine a day ago. Now I'm stuck in being a spectator of my own account. And excuse you, if I downloaded the app it's because it's supposed to be practical and easy for me, not the other way around. Pointless and useless.

Worst banking app ever, yesterday I could enable my device to do transactions, today I updated the app to see if it's fixed and guess what, now I can't even login, it goes to a black screen when logging in and bugs the app

Works just right. Won't do many things between 10pm and 6am, but that's actually a Santander's bank restriction.

The proof of payment is not showing properly with the dark theme in REDMI NOTE 10S. Using the dark theme the values are being shown in white color and it is not possible to see the information

The app is extremely lazy, even to perform simple tasks like showing the home screen or to logging in. Sometimes I can't pay some bills using this app ('Service unavailable', or 'Try again later'), but when I try another one from competitors it works. Lots of built-in adds (all kinds of loans and credit cards) make the app even worst. Please fix issues and give customers the option to choose if they want to see the adds.

Great, but in a slow internet, this app doesn't work very well, while in other similar app, it doesn't happen.

Unfortunately the app doesn't allow me to use it anymore. Now it asks for location permission although the app has such a permission already "while using the app". This issue started today and there's no more permission I should set else I'll stop using it.

Por algum motivo quando eu faço a validação no caixa eletrônico (Scan the QR code) ele me pede pra validar o telefone de novo em um caixa eletrônico algumas horas depois. - For a weird reason after scanning the QR code in a Santander ATM the app ask me to validate again after a few hours, which is weird, my old phone this never happened, concerned this could be some incompatibility with my Samsung Galaxy M51.

For over 3 months now the app opens on my phone once in a month, I've Uninstalled and installed back severally all to no avail sometimes I'll get a message to use the internet banking instead. This is so annoying feel like closing up my santander acct and just go for other banks that their mobile app works better 😒

In my experience, the app isn't so good as most requests tend to take a long time to finish. The worst for me, though, is that I get ads about loans every single day, and I can't turn off notifications because I want to get notified about activities in my account. As an improvement, I'd suggest creating different types of notifications, so I can disable the ones about loan offerings.

I was facing issues on this latest release, but it was because now the app requires much more permissions than before Now it seems to be fine after I allowed almost everything.

Many useful options, but the UX needs a little revamp. And as any other online banking app, it is SLOW. At least for my standards.

The app is very good. The interface is easy to understand and easy to use. 2 things I think should get better: first, this app graphical interface does not compare to the "Way" App. The way app is a lot better in it's interface and responsiveness. Second, and the most important: In android 9, it's possible to activate the Santander ID just from SMS. In android 10 tho, not anymore. It is mandatory to go to an ATM to activate the Santander ID. Why? Don't know. Hope it's back soon.

Best banking app in functionality, but bad performance makes it almost useless. Used to be ok some time ago, nowadays takes me at least 10 minutes to pay a simple bill.

it was for me the best bank available until the pandemic reached, it became one of the worst because without facilitating anything and with interest each time but very much leaving you more and more individual ... I hope to be able to trust again and return to me to relate again even we will settle our pending issues OK.

There are some advertisement at extract tab and Today "Hoje" need to have the date ! The layout could be more compact as years ago versions at extract tabs.. before were perfect instead...

Worst mobile banking app around. If they can make your life harder they will. Every week they require an update, the update is usually more useless than the previous. Whoever they hired to create it needs to be sacked asap. The physical bank employees have no idea either how it works or how to fix your problem, they tell you to go to another branch. Cant wait to change banks!!!

The worst bank services and apps I have ever experienced. Everything is just horrible, the staff, the application is full of bugs and has many vulnerabilities. My VIRTUAL credit cards were cloned TWICE. One was BLOCKED and the other was just CANCELLED. Although that, the crackers still have found a way to use them. Simply the worst bank in Brazil.

This app is horrible. It use to be good, but from now it is impossible to log in. When you enter your password and confirm, the loading screen is forever and never! From the last 2 months I have been using the internet banking, what is not productive nowdays because life is so fast, time is so fast and a good and usual app is the minimum experience a bank must offer to theirs clients.

Expect, infinite loading screens, unexpecteds logouts and problems while using the qr code functionality. Do the job... Sometimes.... Reviewing my previous review. The app is bad, like the bank. After a mandatory update in September/October the system requested me to go to an ATM to do a new validation, unfortunatelly they forgot to send the air tickets. Santander does not respect the individuality of the citizens. Changes are badly thought and forced to the customers. All calls I have made whilst abroad result in nothing. I have received no feedback. I am 3 days in Brazil and the bank does not know what is going wrong. ID still off. The technology area is just useless!

App is slow, and it crashes all the time... specially when you are going to pay something: it starts the camera to scan a bar code, but clicking the option to manually enter the number immediately restarts the app... disabling internal notifications is also very difficult, because for a simple action you shouldn't see a loading icon covering the entire screen... anyway aside from these points, it does the basic functions for a bank app well.

Horrible app. ID Santander frequently stops working and you have to find a Santander ATM to re-enable it. If you travel and work abroad, you lose access to your account. It's medieval. Unreliable, unacceptable, irresponsible. DO NOT trust this app if you travel abroad.

First of all the App obligates me to change the password every now and then due to security measures. Additionally it makes me to spend a huge amount of time due to that or because the app is out of service. I'm very disappointed and I've already ordered a credit card from another firm considering going into any other digital bank account.

The most of time do not open. Keep trying to connect forever. Do not give any information about what is going on, It shows that the app do not have any whatchdog even for controling time out Poor indeed. It is very stressing to use the app, i mean trying to use.

This app is a bad excuse of a security token. You're limited to having it active on one device at a time and to switch devices you need to find an ATM, which is great when you are abroad and your phone breaks or updates to a new major android version.

I can do what I need in the app. Only complain is that, for my device, asus zenfone max pro, the picture of the profile keeps crooked for the left.

The app is not opening in my samsung Galaxy S7, it always bug and keeps loading forever, that is so annoying, because I used to pay all my bills from it.

It's very slow and don't require extra password to make transactions.
