I like the app

excellent

used oncr before...now renew pray it works better

they blocked me

horrible app very centralized they have had my funds held since before Christmas 🎁 Iv never had a problem with this app I call support and the guy said there was a bug and that it would be fixed still till this day my wallet is still loading after I get this fixed I will no longer be using the app you guy have lost my business

bad customer representative, made a complaint for close to a year now, with no response

Unreliable and disappointing , so far I've had to resync my wallet 5 times and still don't have access to do anything with a substantial amount of Bitcoin purchased at a Rockitcoin ATM

had no problem with it till yesterday. everything is $0.00. it shows I got my coin but I can't do anything

By far the shittiest crypto app I've ever used, in addition to their horrible, brain dead customer service. These people are thieves and DO NOT use this product.

I don't need it

this app makes buying crypto easy. the hardest part was scrolling so far up to find my birthdate! the app makes it easy to monitor, buy, or save popular cryptocurrency. invest at your own risk!

Excellent

awesome

I had a lousy experience and want to warn others, DO NOT USE THIS APP. I lost money using their RockitCoin ATM. I bought BTC and received my receipt via email but my money never showed up in my BTC wallet. I used the Q Scanner with my phone's wallet code so the BTC should have appeared with no problem. It's already been over 4 hours so I will write it off as a loss and a bad experience. DO NOT TRUST ATMS AFTER ALL

don't waist ur money or time on test apps in the USA just another one off there test apps

app used to work excellent now it continually freezez

not able to connect to any atm anymore and verification codes dont work.

good

You are rip offs

Customer service is patient and helpful

Ok I have something to say from to busy never received what I buy and the I call customer service wow the service was to fullest of bad customer service now look you go to the machine you make a buy the machine has a charge for your buy so I call and tell customer service about it I tell never got my buy and you are demaned to put a size of currency for the buy ok so ok which the buy is a smaller size of currency so in realty you never see the buy but only the change of your currency of your buy

Very fun app

Fu chests

This app and company sck balls the direction maps lead to completely wrong locations. The functionally is devoid of useful features that any person half invested in building a brand could think of, like allowing existing members to start sell before arriving at a brick and mortar. Bunch of wash out lazy grifters

Good

Always skeptical.

They will use any excuse to steal your money, you're lucky to have 2 dollars left after buying 40 dollars worth of cryptocurancy. Worst bitcoin app out of them all.

Good, so good.

ETF NFC

Refused to help with a password reset & hung up on me. SCAM!!

I am learning

They stole $15 from me.. they are NOT to be trusted.

Why is my btc taking long to send

Very helpful and polite

I used to love this app but now you don't get to choose how much of a fee you pay so if you send $100 they may charge you $5 fee and you might get your coins wherever you're sending it too quick but you send a thousand they charge you $0.90 you might wait 4 days to get it they need to rethink the transaction fees on these things and let you put your own custom fees in because they're they're costing me a lot of times transferring my coins from place to place

Pretty great app. Accurate so far so good ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💯💯💯

I like this app just haven't figured the system and all the kinks yet.

I'm totally unhappy with this app right now, I updated the app and ever since then it won't let me sign in to my account. It keeps on saying wrong credentials, then I tried to change my password with my email, it keep on saying something went wrong 😞

I love it

I sent out coin from my wallet with low fee is been 4 days and my transaction is still pending what should I do rockitcoin I sent you guys email no respond I try to call you guys but your number is not going through. Please I need help in what to do

$10 fee for every $100 no thanks

Good

It's Ok

I like this app it was very helpful to when I purchased my Bitcoin

I was a little confused at first, by the way wallets are defined by crypto type, but otherwise smooth. The store that has Rockit ATM was closed, so I used a Coinflip ATM. It worked great. Than I transfered to my pc based wallet. Also worked great. I didn't pay attention to the fees, but I'm happy with the app and I'm going to keep using it! One thing to keep in mind is that they hold your wallet on there server. This is fine for my use case, but my not be for some.

We have been close friends ne , but its maa nou aright neê

I'm very happy to use your help with learning how to send and receive

TO get all back

Download this app and used one of there atms for the first time today the fee is way to high paid 17 dollars to deposit 80 would not recommend using there service tell they can fix the high fees.I use coincloud instead they have great customer service and reasonable low fees.

$12 fee to buy LTC really?

I'm impressed that it does not take a genius to get into the process

Wasn't given a wallet to put coins in when download app.

Library liberty 🗽

Stop havkin' or else

Rocket Coin is one of the best ATMs there is!! Only slight issue, it steals app association from your existing crypto wallets, so they skip straight to RocketCoin, and this breaks DashDirect Please fix this, should be easy

Good

Pls I made deposit to the app I haven't seen it Is this app scam?

Good and not so good I lose money when it goes to the wrong wallet

Unsure really this is my first time

IVE BEEN WAITING OVER 72 HOURS FOR 3 BITCOIN TRANSFERS AND THIS COMPANY HAS NOT DONE ONE THING ABOUT THIS SITUATION THEY IGNORE MY EMAILS. I DON'T UNDERSTAND. IS THIS A SCAM? IVE SPENT ALOT OF MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY AND FOR THEM TO IGNORE ME AND HAVE ME WAITING OVER 72 HOURS NOW. IS WRONG. THIS ISN'T OVER ROCKITCOIN! SHAME ON YOU ROCKITCOIN!

Very user friendly app. Used Rocketcoin to purchase LTC coins and transferred to Doge. Good app to enter crypto mkt and explore.

Good 👍👍😊

A waste of time

Excellent

Good

Their ATMs charge a little over 30%. That's a looooottttt. It's just quicker than other ATMs I've used.

Ok

Thus

can't use card to buy and you have to go to a physical kiosk to buy

Slo slow slow

Easy to retain what you have been taught about Rockitcoin's app.

I got scammed

It's so expensive to withdraw your money. Out of 400$ they charged me 60$ ripoff

I use the atm for my larger buys

🔥

Has been great until some changes was made, and now I cant purchase Bitcoin with a card!

Easy quick and fast no issues

Had purchased Bitcon in an ATM and it went to the wrong wallet and this helped me to retrieve my money and send the correct wallet

The Best

Cost is way to much

They literally STOLE $55 from my transaction without mentioning it. I hope you guys were smarter than me. Don't use this piece of garbage

Easy

Some times I just don't get the app but I'm learning

Without a doubt Rockit Coin has excellent customer service and the app is very good!

Idk yet

Good experience

Trouble

Beware is a massive SCAM !!! The fees are ridiculous they purchase the coins at 3/4 of what they sell them and on top of that if you want to cash out is 1/5tn in fees. Recently I try to widraw 0.05 ether and they charged 0.0116 on fees and on top of that they still only let me widraw about 100 and I loose 80 I do not recommend is way better to use reputable companies such as Coinbase or etoro

The best

FRAUDULENT BUSINESS! Their site says the fee is 3 to 6 % Total BS. They don't mention the other fees or bs x-rate used. Stay away!!

Excellent service and easy to use for beginners

SCAMMMMMMMMMMM

I'm very excited to be in on this venture. Usually I hear or read about something new . After a couple of days I forget about it. Money is a serious matter, if Money still spends? One day a couple of years ago my God father RIP says here's about forty dollars hands me a piece of paper. Confused he told quickly about bit-coins he'd first began buying fifteen or twenty yrs ago he said might as well get used to it you're holding the Future in your hands. Believe me I found a way to spend it Thank

Install at your own risk. Basic wallet functions don't work. No control over keys to restore wallets elsewhere. Be prepared for your funds to be stuck.

Cool people

SCAAAM!! On the website they list their fees for their bitcoin atm at 3-6%. You don't find out until after you purchase that they take 17% from your money when you use the atm instead of online. Not once in the entire transaction did it mention 17%.. use coinflip atms instead.. they are up front about their fees

Great safe way to get started into cryptocurrency.

Bad application won't allow me to withdraw my USDT

Fees are unfair and violate your rights as an American AND as a human. Use cash app

Amazing. So simple.

Downloaded the app from Google Play Store. Upon entering account credentials after setting up app access, the VPN on my phone blocked two Malware attempts on my phone and blocked pop-ups and cellular redirects on the network. My VPN immediately Uninstalled Rockitcoin. When calling security at my VPN company, they said that the Malware hacks and code was "piggy-backing" off of the Rockitcoin app. I've reported this to Google also. I called Rockitcoin customer support, they have no idea???

You must understand there's quite a bit of hackers trying to grab any cryto they can. So, having patients and faith in your cryto wallet developers is a must. I know it's hard when money is involved and that's why you need a reliable wallet for keeping your money just that much safer. Thank you Rockitcoin for your dedicated service!

This website dropped on me over 30 times

Awesome thanks

Great!!

Rocket is cool

Si fast my experience has been GREAT using a Rockitcoin machine to purchase Bitcoins. My only question is IF there are ANY Rockitcoin machines enclosed in a separate and SECURED PRIVATE location within the store? I do NOT feel safe whenever l gave to purchase large amounts of Bitcoin and putting in one bill at a time in public!

No issues does the job no problems

At first i was NOT very pleased with the fact that when i bought my first cryptocurrency and discovered there was an option to switch over from a "paper wallet" to the "digitized version", RockitcoinX charged me way too much just for that simple transaction so i called and stated how stunned and surprised i was, the rep. on the line asked me to hold while he "ajusted" the charge down to only 10% per transaction ! I AM NOW VERY PLEASED WITH RockitcoinX ! Thanks a million !

Not any good for anyone

Terrible service you've been warn. Do not use!!!!! Scam!! I repeat scam!!

You guy to Reduce your Rate ASAP!!! Damn is too much 😠😠😠

Excellent help

No active internet connections + must be unit32 errors. Cannot transfer wallets going on 2 weeks now! BOOOOO

Illegal Company Steals Money Once Logout, Stay Away I repeat stay away.! Not sure how in the world is these rockitcoin machines legally in gas station and stores when it's a scam pyramid. Needs to be investigated by the feds asap. Once you Logout it changes your password instantly. Recording my screen and made a another account on separate phones just to test with trial and error.

If you Logout the app, kiss your hard earned money goodbye! Not only does the company prey on newbs and people who don't really understand bitcoin but they need to be investigated by the feds...They stole my wife's bitcoin onced she logged out the sketchy app, she even screen shotted her password, username etc..If you like money, then run away from this weird app.

whawhats next boss

Not very good

Fees are ridiculously high. Out of the 7 I have tried Rockitcoin is the biggest bloodsucker out there. With actual Bitcoin at 49k they assumed a price of about 60k per coin. With their fees on top, you are lucky to get out with 18% erosion of your investment.

Does it have widgets?

Please beware The fees are expensive. Will suck your money dry. The purchase and transfer fees are extremely alarming. Steer clear you will get raked through the coals for your money. And forget about sending bitcoin to outside wallets. Transfers stay on pending for days regardless of you having paid their outrageous transfer fees Horrible experience! Won't be using in the future. This app is a money grab. Not made for the customer at all. You've been throughly warned!!

Won't let me login like what is going on i spent my money and now I'm locked out ?? Come on now!!!!

No how to use it to get my cash.

For an app that handles currency. It should not ever have a bug where it will not let you login. Might have to call a lawyer if this keeps up.

It was very nice and good

Luv it

This is was easier to work with than bitcoin or cubase apps. Less struggle and repetitive attempts

Very nice

I think you're the best and safety security quickness and a little bit easy but a little bit hard if you try it you'll see once you get to know it it's better than the banks or just like the banks and the same as fort Knox!!!💯

First time

Aweome and intelegently active for new money

Great app!!!!!

This one good bitcoin app to use.
