It's a joke, we think that an app should make things easier, not when it comes to a Brazilian Bank, so far the worst experience I have ever had, the app just doesn't work, a nightmare...

Well, it is bad. The application do not work properly when you most need it. The UI is insanely misleading, making it difficult to navigate. Not to mention loading in every step and turn. Clicking on an incorrect feature will make you wait for a 30 second load spinner, with no function to cancel this traversal. It is bad as it has always been, unfortunately. I only use the bank because college requires an account on it, otherwise, I would migrate to another bank.

On Christmas Eve, the app decided to stop working—specifically the “scan QR code” option for PIX transactions. I suspect this happened because they needed to add some festive lights and other cosmetic touches to the app for the season. A very important feature, as one can see, certainly worth breaking core functionality to implement.

App gives an option to create a 6 characters or 8 characters "password", but it doesn't tell you that it only accepts **numbers** as characters. This falls into another of the dumb password rules. Why not allow alphanumeric characters and symbols? And why restrict the quantity of characters allowed to just 6 or 8 characters?

as an American retired in Brazil this application seems to be more advanced than applications in the United States. I'm always impressed with what I can do with this app. my whole life is made easy what does application and there's so many benefits. thank you to the developers of this app and thank you to banco do Brazil.! they are so good to me.

Must have tips about financial terms. To transfer there's a lot of types and we have to learn before to not in incur in error...

The app is sleek, modern and offers practically everything I need in banking solutions. The new-look is superb, having improved in many aspects I thought were already cool. The only feature that I miss is the Dark Mode. Finally, accessing the app with my fingerprint feels great. Congratulations!

It simply simplified my life, I'm loving it. The best bank app out there and the interface is exceptional.

It could have the option to "divide the money", for example i got x R$ i want to have a portion of y R$ named "Car" another z R$ named "Charger" but it would still be the x R$ on total. That option would get the organization possibility to another level.

The new selfie validation prevents fraud and theft so well that not even the account holder can access their account anymore. Genius at play here.

I can't access my account with this App, every time I try it doesn't pass through the selfie, I tried several times with different lights, never accepts it. it's just frustrating 😕

this app sucks and the fact it keeps on asking for your picture supposedly for security reasons giving you no option to verify some other way ... what am I supposed to do in the process of having my picture analyzed? I can't even see how my much money I have available because of the damn picture pending availability. I'll try nubank

BB app and online account have various important problems of many kinds and it's hard to get BB technical support to fix them

It is taking ao long to process the messages and the keyboard to type messages to the manager.

Sometimes it takes a long time to load a few screens, and I don't know why it's loading (like, going back to the main screen and loading again...) Besides that, it's very convenient and easy to use.

I am unable to change language of this app in my android phone .i tried to change through phone settings also .but in this app after installation, language change option is not available .please solve this problem.

The app used to work fine. Last updates basically destroyed the app, I cant even see how much money I have.

The app decided to create safety barriers that prevented me from using the services previously used without any issues. It is frustrating when you need to make a simple transfer, and the app asks you do write letters, include this and that, send it by email, and with some luck, you get a response the same day. It is a shame. Very poor service. I gave it 1 star because 0 stars was not an option.

The version 7.58.3.1 always return the error: please clear the cache. But doesn't work. I can't access my account because of this error.

Just getting error messages all the time. When trying to pay with pix, when trying to pay a bill with the barcode reader and when trying to validate operations through QR code.

I understand Portuguese is the official language but i still think there should be options for other languages to aid the ease and use of map. Not fully understanding the language hinders the full use of the app.

too many restrictions. very burocratic. Low limits, long time to have full access to services. classic exemplar of tech used to make a process worse than before the internet days.

I love this app, it's very helpful. I can manage my credit card's purchases and my savings account.

One of the better banking apps out there. The only disadvantage is that it uses 115MB of storage which is a bit much.

This is Brazil's best banking app. Never had any sort of problem or bug with it. The UI is simple and intuitive and one can do quite a lot through it, without ever needing to go to the physical bank. 10/10.

Very comprehensive app. No need to go to the bank's branch for most of transactions and services. App works really well.

I am very frustrated as I cannot increase my limits using this app. My branch doesn't exist in Brazil anymore and after several emails to the customer service I haven't been able to increase my limits yet. No one can help me. I am tired of making international calls. I am VERY disappointed. I don't recommend BB if you travel frequently or if you live abroad.

The app is easy to use, intuitive and fast. The only big issue, is when I want to pay using online debit, and can't open the app, cause it always send me to play store app...

When I tried to put the information for Western Union I got stuck on the sender's name it wouldn't let me either write or pick up a name. It says empty list so I couldn't move forward

It used to be an unfriendly user interface, but it got much better. Also, had some instability that seemed to be fixed. From the Brazilian bank apps I have or had, it is the best one.

Poor user interface and many useless functionalities that never help. Letters and resolution of the screen too big, so it is difficult to have a clear picture of your daily finances. Also, i blocked one card six months ago and it is still there in the app as mine.

The app does all it is made for, but could be way more fluid...

Besides being slow, there are problems when filling forms, some options don't change the digit formating for cpf or cnpj. The worst developers in the world are the brazilian public severs, which enjoy financial stability, while normal workers aren't able to make a TED because of mediocre errors like digit formating changes.....

Clean design, useful, easy to use. Forget your budget app: now your bank app does it all. Hope the developers keep nourishing this project. Please, enable Minhas Finanças on the web browser too!

Total incompetence from a company this size.... where do I start? The app usually asks you to install the app you have already installed to make a payment via moip or will ask you to install tablet version even😂. Bar code does not work to make payments etc...im tired of listing the problems. Basically it sucks. Just sign up to Nubank, for the moment anyway they reply asap on the app, it works and does what you need. BB unfortunately does not. The only person i like is my bank manager who actually responds to emails quickly and efficiently.
