أسوأ من زين أول شيء اعطوني شريحة تالفه بعدها دفعوني قيمة شريحة جديدة فوق الفلوس الي دفعتها قيمة الشركة وطبعا الشركة تشتغل على أبراج زين والتغطية زفت والنت لا يعمل والاتصال يقطع في ٦٥% من الأماكن الي اتواجد فيها حتى برى مدينتي التغطيه سيئة لدرجة ان بعض الأماكن ما فيها أبراج وخدمة العملاء ما عندهم شيء يقدرون يسونه الابراج لشركة زين ماهي لردبول. تجربه محبطه ومنفره تكره الواحد نفسه جاري نقل الرقم لمشغل ثاني ولا افكر ارجع لهم أبد

Furthermore, when I purchase international minutes, the system deducts from my existing balance first, rather than using the international minutes I’ve just bought. Ideally, it should consume the minutes first and only tap into the balance if those minutes run out—but instead, it’s deducting from my balance while leaving the minutes untouched. It’s quite problematic.

RedBull service is terrible I got a recharge done they deducted the money but didn't provide the data. Worst experience ever; I bought an eSIM via the Red Bull app, the payment was processed, and Nafath verification was completed, but after that, it showed error 320020. I called customer care many times, but they only gave excuses. I emailed Red Bull customer care, but I received no reply; they do not care about the customer. Fully unsatisfied, bad experience.

Also the gigacoins are pretty useless as you launched this "service" incomplete with only the promise of it being of value. Meaning? Right know, using other providers is the best option. very bad customer support just like Zain no difference, although they answers all your complains through thier call center 950, they will only let you feel comfortable but the execution of action is very slow, they don't follow office timings and delivery schedule, if you are planning to buy sim through the app just assume that it will be delivered after a week 😅

There is a lot of mess inside this app and it doesn't work properly.

1st time user and my experience is really bad. There's an option for delivery time but the delivery raider is late for more than 3 hours. Sim can't be activate if you bought from app, saying the sim is not in thier system .customer service only raising complain ticket no action done. Whatspp only saying will work as soon as possible. not very recommend for those looking for new sim. This rating will be updated after sim activation done and will update the experience on signal coverage.
