⭐☆☆☆☆ Very poor customer service. I transferred AED 1000 through BOTIM, but my money has not been received. I have been contacting support for 15 days and sending emails, but nobody responds. Very disappointing service. Please resolve my issue and return my money urgently.

I had very bad experience with this app. actually Botim is scammer. they're doing scam with users. i have made two payment through the botim app 1 week ago but still money not reflected in my account where it suppose go. i have called many times to customer support but they told me to wait, wait and wait but no solution now they stop picking up my call. the botim is froud, they are scammer. highly not recommended

Very, very poor service. The customer service is dreadful, because if you need any help, no one will help you. My payment did not go through to the service provider, and I called the botim team, who confirmed they have the money. From 29th September 2026 to till now I could not get my money back. I sent emails and spoke to at least 10 colleagues from botim, and each time they needed me to explain from the beginning. Still haven't received my 3900AED please refund my money.

it does let me delete my account saying a message (network error please try again later) !! although the app is updated and i tried multiple times at different times throughout the day ! it does not let me delete it. the option to delete the account is useless !!!

Worst Experience Ever! Cannot log in for 3 months. Customer support doesn't read complaints; they just send useless automated replies telling me to go to settings to delete the account. If I can't log in, how am I supposed to open settings? Pathetic support, totally useless app!

Highly dissatisfied! While registering the app on new mobile with new number Botim is not able to send SMS for OTP. FYI mobile is functioning properly, SIM is functioning properly, able to send and receive SMS to and from other numbers. Tried recovering account as well no use.

Very Poor Service and Extremely Disappointing Experience I am extremely disappointed with this app's service. My friend sent me money through Botim, but it has been more than a week and the money has still not been delivered or received. This kind of delay is completely unacceptable for a money transfer service. People use this app to send and receive money safely and quickly, not to wait endlessly without a proper solution. This experience has caused unnecessary stress and frustration.

I suggest use botim for call and chat only..never keep money in botim wallet..my balance is not showing and since a week I'm reporting to customer care service..they will always ask you to send your emirate card's front back pic and along with face..and each time give you new ticket numbers.worst app.worst customer service..don't loose your heard earned money in that app like I have done.

BOTIM WALLET is very unsafe.how is it possible that you were charged of 49.99dollars of a website you never visited and you have never used your botim card with any payment..there must be a conspiracy happening..i have never shared,never used any card details from BOTIM.so how is it possible it was deducted to my account.Customer service was not helpful at all didnt even ask about blocking the card.

Best to keep it as a sleeping app in Samsung because otherwise it will eat through the battery for no reason! 6hr app usage when used for max 20 mins) (what are you spying on?) This app before was so good at Send now and pay later feature but for now it is so disgusting. Once I try to use my send now and pay later funds, they always tell me that my debit card is invalid even though it is the same card which I'm using to receive my monthly salary. I am unable to recover my Botim account. When I enter my phone number, I didn't receive the message “Verification failed.” every time when i log in they said busy schedule

I have Botim on another number (2nd sim and Botim as Dual app) and I can't change the profile picture. 3. it doesn't show the name of the contacts which are already saved. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 5 because for calls, botim has been ok, no hassles except notification problems for an incoming call. for botim money, it has been a seamless transaction, making me lazy to visit the bank. however, anytime I try botim credit, I.e. send now pay later, cash now, it seems my nationality has been automatically blocked, and it hurts. I have decided that botim won't be gaining from me anymore since I'm never eligible for anything beneficial.

Terrible experience. Please work on this app then make it mandatory for users. Despite of perfect wifi signal every time there is connection issue only for this app. My other app working perfectly fine. Just botim has issue. Very poor customer support and serious issues after changing my phone number. I changed my registered mobile number using the normal BOTIM process. After the number change, my previous BOTIM Pay balance and linked card disappeared. My chats are still there, but my wallet balance and card are gone. I contacted customer support, but instead of properly investigating the issue, I keep receiving automated/repeated responses that don't address my actual problem. The responses are also very delayed.

Terrible and awful. A while ago, I was shopping online, and despite having sufficient funds in my account, my balance was deducted twice due to transaction failures (even though I had enough money). Firstly, I would like to admit the app is very useful, and practical for telecommunication without credit consumption. However, there is one problem. Since you have rolled out new updates for your application, more glitches and bugs began occurring. A major example of this is when inviting others or when a client declines a call, you do not receive a pop-up at the very bottom of your screen.

it was easy to use to send and receive money the only problem in botim is that if you mistakenly put the wrong number you have no chance to recover your own money. if the wrong number u sent your money was received by people who don't want to return. it's 0% chance because botim will tell you that they don't have a right to refund or recover the money even it was cleared that it's yours and you have the proof. because of privacy matter 😒

I am very disappointed with Botim's customer support. When I had an issue, my bank responded quickly, called me twice, investigated the case, and confirmed it was not their mistake. But Botim's Help Center was slow and could not provide a proper solution. I even had to recharge my SIM card more than twice just to call their support because I had no balance at the time. After all that, I still didn't get the help I needed. Thankfully, my money was not stored in my Botim Wallet.

The application has not been working properly for the past few weeks. The voice quality is unclear, my own voice echoes and is heard twice, and the video quality is very poor.

I got the worst experience from botim, international transfers take more than two days, local transfers are a headache, I made a local transfer on 27th June and the receiver tried to claim the money but it was just showing error for 3 days so I emailed botim care to refund the money cause it was already 72 hours according to their policy it had to be refunded within that time but it's now 27th July I've called them several times and it takes alot of credit I've emailed them but nothing is done😡

The phone rings when I receive an incoming call, but the Accept and Decline buttons do not appear on the screen. Because of this, I'm unable to answer or reject the call. This issue needs to be fixed as soon as possible, as it makes the app unusable for incoming calls.

Talking goes well for 2 minutes but as soon as it starts going beyond 2 minutes, then delay your voice by 2 seconds, then after 5 minutes, delay it by 5 seconds, then delay it by 10 seconds, like this, the longer you talk, the more your voice will be delayed, your family members will hear it and the same reason applies from outside also.

I would suggest to better the call quality which botim is known for than jumping into cash payments. Whatever you are doing in payments is all haram. Charging people for not using the card that was not being used anyway, charging interest everyday till paid back as per your advert. What horrible schemes are these??? I am using a flagship device with the latest software and a Snapdragon Elite processor, so I don't believe this is a hardware limitation. I would not recommend using BOTIM for international money transfers. The app works fine for calling and messaging, but their international transfer service has been a terrible experience. Can't call numbers that are in my address book, can't find contacts that I know I have, some contacts have names that I have never used or saved them as. Phone just doesn't even ring to people you try to call sometimes. This app has so many bugs I didn't even know were possible that it's almost impressive. And through years of operation they've never been fixed.

If I could give negative ratings, I sure would. This app is intended for one use and one use only, voice and video call, and it fails spectacularly at it. If there was another option to speak with loved ones in the Middle East, I would jump to it in a heartbeat. Features that have existed on competing apps for the past decade are still conveniently missing in here. Don't get me started on the intrusive and borderline inappropriate ads being shown in the app.

I understand the aim is to monetize this, but the ads are too nagging, and sometimes inappropriate. I understand the ads are a reflection of what gets clicks (my ad personalisation is turned off), but still. It's annoying. Also, I use a Bluetooth headset and I always have a problem trying to listen to music after a call. The headset gets stuck in headset mode and I have to reset the Bluetooth connection to make it work properly as stereo headphones. This is not a problem with other apps.

It does the basics and that all! Bad: This is a paid version, why I am being shown ads? You cannot silent the ringer if someone calls and you don't want to answer,. Botim doesn't appear to ring unless the app is actually open. Good: it works 70% of the time. Also, be warned. Your phone microphone continues recording after the botim call has ended. This is very concerning and suspicious to me.
