I like that the profiles are pretty detailed and there are cool features like the personality quiz. What I dislike is that I can't direct message ladies that like my profile, and everything requires you to undo the blur filters. It's discouraging, especially if I can't reciprocate with someone that actually wants to talk or interact with me. I wouldn't be upset if there were free unblurs for watching an ad or something like that.

It would be a decent app but it's littered with an outrageous amount of microtransactions. It feels like online dating but turned into a sort of slot machine. Pay to see who likes you, pay to message them, pay for more unblurs to save for later, pay for this pay for that. I get you're a business and need to generate profit, but surely there's a better way to do it than this. I wish companies would quit trying to monetize loneliness and that I quit using these apps.

Despite the platform claiming to use ai to push people you like to your swipes, I've found that only 2 people have actually seen my profile, not only this but it outright lies about people liking you just to keep you invested. Currently, 2 people "like" me, but when you see the statistics, it actually tells you nobody liked you. Just like any dating app tbh, stay away unless absolutely necessary

I cant speak about the app now,but I will say a year ago I met my soulmate on this app. I wouldn't have met him if I didn't use this app and hes the most amazing person I know.

So, the app is starting to get buggy AF beyond the terms of acceptability. I literally can't message a girl who literally accepted my Major Crush because I can type messages to her but it won't let me even say "Hi." I took screenshots and it's so frustrating because I feel like it's also spending my unblurs without me asking it to and putting women I already liked into the the "They liked you" category when it should just be a match and either spent the unblurs for me.

Pretty sure this app is mostly bots, no way in hell the 1 in every 20 ppl are gonna respond to a message. That and the app is super unstable and finneky with a data connection. I'll be quitting premium and deleting this app. btw, the "support team" is utterly useless.

you'll never find your matches. every day they have you spin a roulette wheel to give you stuff like unbluring matches and rewinding on people you swiped the wrong way for. the problem is the roulette wheel only lands on discounts for the paid stuff. it has landed on the same awful discount every single day the last 2 weeks

I've had some good conversations being on the site off and on, its just too pricey to spend $15 a week for premium...Thats how much I pay for my youtube lol. 15 bucks doesn't live up to the new access with really isnt worth the 15 a week.. while the app has a clear and users friendly design and easy to use. sadly my experience on the app isn't positive. i was on it for nearly 2 months. sent a lot of likes roughly 100 if not more. paid money for the premium and even paid for unblurs. supposedly had 20 people view my profile over the two months I was on the app. but no messages even after I did all I could to get even one message, not even one reply. sadly this app is like all the others I've tried doesn't work in getting a date.

Algorithm seems to be resolved but now I am getting zero notifications of likes and matches. My phone has the notifications enabled as well as the the app itself. But I am not notified until I open the app. I dont use it daily but I should still be notified the instant I have a match regardless of my active membership. Example I get a message on May 30 but I didnt get notified until I opened the App on Sep 5. How am I supposed to connect with people when I dont recieve alerts?

App is a carbon copy of the other dating apps. You essentially have to pay for the premium to even get any matches. Modern dating apps follow this business model which essentially renders them a scam. If youve tried other apps and want to see if this differs , dont bother. exactly the same scammy business model. I paid like $60 something dollars thinking that's get me access to see likes and views etc. I barely used it and hit my limit pretty quick. I wish I actually read the reviews before that, not sure why this has such a high rating with lots of similar complaints. Really hope your company fails, you're terrible. Any response you give to this review means nothing to me so don't bother just accept you failed and maybe do better.

I'm pretty sure this is a scam. First off I only get likes and matches from about midnight until 4 am. Consistently that time frame. Next I am attractive but in a unique kind of way. I might get a like to five a month on other dating apps but on here I get one a night sometimes more always in those strange hours. Lastly I send a polite message to each. No response. Very dissapointing Experience!! I signed up for Hily for the first time completed my profile, and uploaded just one normal photo of myself. However, my account was disabled immediately after registration, before I even had a proper chance to use the app. I was confused and disappointed because I hadn't knowingly violated any rules. Being disabled immediately without a clear explanation, and then losing access to the support chat, was a very frustrating experience.!!

One of the worst dating app experiences I've tried. There's nothing here that makes the app stand out from the crowd, and the way it serves ads and then bombards you with notifications when you click away is actively annoying. Literally every feature is paywalled. They think that giving you a 1-use, random handout per day somehow makes up for it. I would call it a tinder clone, but it's more like how I remember tinder 5+ years ago. Kind of a really bad sign.

They literally hide popular profiles and if you choose to search for "recently active" users they'll just go turn it back off in order to trick you into thinking the people you're swiping on are actually using the app when they aren't.

Not many people on the app and very few respond. Monetisation is very aggressive.

Men should get this for free. Women should pay, they never seem to reply back or they get overwhelmed with messages. They have the control anyways. let them pay and message first. makes sense.

The womens' profiles seem to be real, and the system actually finds people in your area first. their subscriptions seem lackluster. There doesn't seem to be any real benefit as opposed to the free version. you still have to buy "unblurs" and such. might as well just forgo subscribing and use ublurs sparingly. Also, the ads are insufferable. Every 2 or 3 minutes I had to sit through lengthy, unskippable ads. I had to download an ad blocker specifically for Hily, which makes the app usable.

Repeatedly ignores filters to give me "more options" according to it's poorly programmed AI assistant, and thus repeatedly showing me profiles of no interest to me. I know what I want and what I'm looking for but it keeps showing me the opposite more often than not. Dating apps in general are a big enough quagmire as it is without having to deal with this!

Every 7 swipes is a video ad. It says I have 7 likes but the app isn't showing them to me, likely to keep me on to try to get me to subscribe. Loads fast though. it's hysterical to me that instead of sprinkling in the matches who like you the dev price pushes in these comments to unblur them.

Constantly sending cringey notifications, this is despite me setting it to only send very specific ones.

I feel that the algorithm is high quality (must be for this to have 4.3 average) but the app is heavily bot infested. I believe it's possible some bots have been verified because even my verified matches inexplicably stop engaging without unmatching me after messaging one time. i'll keep it downloaded for the remainder of my premium plus subscription but as far as I'm concerned, it doesnt exist unless I'm messaged (unlikely). In my opinion it is cruel that many bots exist just to waste unblurs.
