STAY AWAY So when you log in, it shows that you can get subscription 1299 the first 2 years you click on it and it shows it's going to be 2149. And when you try to contact the customer support, they literally say that google will try to refund the rest of the difference in cash in refund. first of all, you got to understand that people are not really that dumb.When it shows you will be charged. 2k you will be charged 2k and if i'm paying pure, why would google give me a refund..STAY AWAY

app works but subscription is needed for almost anything plus extra purchases to do things that should be included in the subscription. the app has BOTS and will cheat you out of an $8 chat if it is a bot and is flagged. this app is not fun and the only thing nice about it is how anonomus it can be. I would stay away from the app if I was you and go elsewhere. you could wait for a like if anyone is even on and using the app which they are not alot of the time. its not worth it

But still after paying for one year you will get nothing, all your likes will be highly likely ignored. PR team should have large bonuses for selling nothing. Got Banned all because I was trying to figure out what I could put on my bio.

I registered in the app and was banned within an hour of creating my profile. Sadly, I bought a week of premium service. The ban came with no explanation and no way to be reinstated. I'm working on getting a refund since I can't use the service. I would say this is not a dating app. This is an app for people looking to hook up in normal or unusual ways. If you are looking for a relationship, skip Pure.

Its a little difficult to navigate compared to other dating and hook up apps. Also I find it rather expensive to the point of being offensive to me at how overpriced it is. Its average. But only just. The price just threw me. Lucky I gave it 3 stars.

horrible, when I was 14 i joined the app from an old device, made an account saying "im 14 years old, please talk to me so I can know what's this app about", the account was all okay... when I rejoined and made ANOTHER account, i was instantly banned from the bio, despite years had passed. Permanently banned so.

horrible. only had the app for two days before I got banned for no reason and they're also not telling you why. there's no way to make another account either. got roughly 1k likes in two days and got flooded with messages which was pretty overwhelming. I couldn't answer all of them, some of them assuming I was fake (saying so in chat) and probably reported me since I didn't message them back within a day (?!). at least that's what I think happened because I literally did nothing wrong.

I spent an hour messaging back and forth with the online support. I was trying to report a scammer. during that time. two other exact type of scam messages came in. they said that their investigations team could not find anything wrong. they are absolutely a bait and switch scam site and app.

Been a member for a long time and today they raise their prices for instant chats which are essential to make connections 27 dollars for 5 chats up form 18 dollars that's nearly a 50 percent increase. you guys are criminal.. very disappointing for something that was already quite expensive.

Awful support, awful matching. Feeld is WAY better. Does it match doms with subs? Nope! It groups people with like interests even if making it work requires two ends of the spectrum. Reaching out to support with the question is basic as how to verify yourself will get you a canned reply about how to make an advertisement. You would think it was an AI chatbot if not for it taking a while for them to actually send the useless support reply.

Update to my original review: This app is full of bots, I have gotten "true photos" from. 4 different fake accounts in the last two days all with the same photo and voice messages. I've reported each one. yet somehow more pop up. Not worth the money, do not use this app. Pure has been great, have met up with three different women from the app, and talking to a few more about meeting up. Lots of fakes, so be careful, but the "real photo" is a life saver for that.

Banned on the SAME DAY! I downloaded PURE, had only 2 conversations, and was banned the same day! The app itself prompted me to request a picture to verify who I was talking to. I followed its suggestion, and shortly afterward, I seemed to have been reported and banned. Make it make sense! How can you encourage verification and then punish users for following your prompt? Terrible first impression and a complete waste time!

EDIT: It wasn't me who got banned, but a chat partner got flagged on talking about a PAST depression... actually telling me she feels better, go figure. 3 requests for a human reviewing the conversation and all we get is standard/AI replies.
