My app is significantly better than the other dating apps that i've had to delete, but it still needs some improvement. Maybe there's just a serious 'babe drought' in my city, but it seems that I'm always getting people that are not very attractive. I have not matched with one person on this app in the year that i've had this account. But the three stars I would say is just because it's way better than the other apps that I have had to delete because they are way worse.

EVERYONE BEWARE: Don't pay for anything. This app will let you sign up and make a profile but won't show your profile to anyone. This is tested. I made and account, found a friend's profile, super liked it and my newly created profile never showed up. I then logged out and gotten a "Something went wrong" message when I tried to log back in. These guys are scamming Big time. Just thought I share my experience.

So you have to pay to interact with people on this app. There's no point in downloading it unless you're ready to pay to see each individual person that viewed your profile. Then you also have to pay to communicate with them. they just want to rake people's pockets dry

Waste of time, and terrible experience. Didnt even have the app for 5 hours and got kicked out, unable to log back in. So I did an appeal and they told me I was banned for a violation. Clicked on the link for CommunityGuidelines and it takes me to a page about some event. When I asked about which guideline, they sent this email: "We received your email requesting additional details about your account. Our decision remains unchanged. We consider this matter closed and will not respond." 👎🏾

Stole my money. paid for a membership (elite) and it did not give me access nor did they assist whe. The app is kinda alright. I paid for one month, it did randomly sign me out, but I was able to sign back in. My biggest issue is that, I had a fine time navigating the app, but randomly it updated and I cannot for the life of me, find were the notes are! I'm getting notifications that people are liking my pics and sending me notes, but I can't find where the notes are located. Before the update I was able to see where the notes would be, but now I'm getting notes and the notes icon is nowhere!🙄

Since the last upgrade I haven't been able to view my messages. I'll get the notification(s) but soon as I check the message box it won't display the messages.

Like most of you, my experience with this app sucked. I was only on for one day and after that, I could not log back in. I cleared the cache, deleted the app and downloaded it again, and did everything thing else that was supposed to help. Reached out to customer support and have heard nothing. So I have the app one start and I reported them as being suspicious. You can too by clicking the three dots at the top of their download page. We can put a stop to this.

Match Group owns many dating apps, and their data shows black women are the least desired demographic and that creating this app was clearly for DEI. There is no other logical reason.

Quite a good app actually.... but latest update is causing difficulty in app use. for Android users, u can't scroll down to see your messages. It asks u to hit the "view more" tap to see other messages, but for Samsung/Android users the Home button is right at the same spot so makes it impossible to hit "view more" to see other messages. It rather hits the home button and clears your screen back to the main screen of the phone... Ridiculous !!

Has went down the drain and the support email doesn't even work! The new update with the new layout is buggy and made things even worse

When scrolling in the messages portion of the application on Android devices, the option for more messages is blocked by the home button on the screen. So you can't scroll down and hit more it always presses the home button instead. I tried emailing support I got a return message saying it's undeliverable and there's no support option on the website. Paying for services you cannot properly use with no support 👎

The 1 month premium subscription is a scam. I never signed up or enrolled it just started charging me. They have the app set up so that while your looking through it.... they sign you up for a membership

This app is a SCAM...takes your info. and probably distributes it somewhere highly illegal. The app doesn't even open. They should be reported but crooks run the gov. right now so its probably not being monitored anyways. Do NOT download or interact with this app. I am certain now my info./pictures are floating on some criminal sites now. I am concerned and want my info. removed from this crook company. It literally never lets you log in again once you submit pictures of yourself and other info.

Matches are 175+ miles away, the tracking location because it doesn't match you with another in your area. I feel it's used to strategically encourage you to purchase more app resources to better your matching success. The basic paid subscription is worthless!!! The only way to contact customer service is via email, only to receive a generic response. I also believe that accounts are old and are being shared because the user didn't hide or delete the account after ending the subscription.

Don't waste your money! This app is all about the money. The cost is $55 for 3 months. Before I joined I was getting a few messages and the options looked good. But after that first week, the app prevented me from being able to see messages, so I had to join to see them. After joining the messages slowed all the way down and the quality men were gone, it's like they show you the good looking, quality men before you actually join. Another issue was I encountered quite a few scammers on the site.

It feels racist that the UX for the dating app specifically meant for black singles has been allowed to be so terrible for so long. It's owned by Match Group, which also owns Hinge and Tinder and those apps run seamlessly. None of the parameters actually work and it gets very glitchy. Probably the worst UX in any app (not just dating apps) that I've ever used. Very sad.

the parameters of the search are ignored completely. you can have it set to 30 miles and it shows you people that are hundreds of miles away. you guys as a company, need to to better and fix this. there is no reason why the distance parameters don't work. until they can fix the parameters for the filters app is completely trash

I have to sign in every time I leave the app. It's annoying and ridiculous.

been using this app for years until I deactivated my account then came back after a year and logged in for 3 days using my same credentials and pictures and they banned my account with no explanation. customer service is DISGUSTING they don't answer any question when I asked what did I violate they couldn't even give me a reason and stated nobody else will respond. always when it's black owned or operated or anything to do with us this is the outcome for the customer service. absolute trash !!

Amazing App just randomly signed me out and would not allow me to sign back in. Emailed customer service (If i had correct email) with no response. I had been on the app for years its fun and you will meet some interesting people
