I’m new to this dating app, and the platform keeps trying to push me to buy more and more whenever I run out of swipes. It makes it harder to actually focus on finding someone real to talk to anyone thats even real.

app not as enjoyable now that all women lock their bedroom section of their profile. seems kinda pointless now that its only shared to a match since that's who is going to just flat out ask what your into vs knowing who you may be interested in before hand & not wasting your time with someone you won't have anything in common with. just seems pointless now. hud is now EVERY other dating app, match then ask questions so why use hud? This is a fraud app, I sent several requests according to my choice and this app showed some persons but nobody replied and talked to me, and after my premium expire they are showing many persons don't use it, keep far from this app

Decided to give this App a try. Set up the profile and had to buy " Premium " just to see other users. Had to upgrade to " Premium + " for the ability to see likes, active and new members. Not many local users so I canceled both( easy to do) and uninstalled it. ought to be called dud.

Idk what genius thought it was a smart idea to put a limit on how many times you can change your bio a day but uhhh you need to fire that guy like immediately. 😂 I'll raise my rating if the limit gets removed.

Please do not sign up for this app! 90% of the profiles are fake and their customer support is so horrible. I accidentally paid for more than a week and they wouldn't refund me. in Houston, Texas I ran out of profiles to view in less than 3hrs and their app forces you to search profiles 400 miles away 🙄 it's so lame!

Doesn't work as advertised, too many bugs!!! If I could give it no stars, I would. It wouldn't update, information just kept disappearing on my profile, the main issue was it not allowing me to change and keep the distance of searching for matches. I would put it under 100 miles and after one swipe it would go to 400+, I'm not looking for someone 400 miles away. Pretty much every feature had a flaw and didn't work properly. They denied a refund, even after I provided recordings of the bugs.

everything seems pretty good but I keep having a recurring problem when after I match with someone anytime I send them a message it just disappears. ive tried logging out and back in, restarting the app and even deleted the app and installed it again and its still happening.

Men, maybe both genders, NEED to spend money to communicate. For the slim possibility of a connection you have to give them money to be scammed at worst and probably ghosted at best. Other issues: Low user base. Not a great interface. It refuses to recognize as you complete your profile.

This app somehow charged my bank account although I am not subscribed somehow they charged me just shy of $100 & when I try to get them to refund my money that was NEVER authorized they tell me they do not issue refunds. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN FIX THIS ISSUE.

Something is wrong with this Hud app, cuz it works well until I set up the account but when all finished and ready to check profiles, to swipe and match, the whole screen is blank. Paying for premium isn't necessary but heavily encouraged for actual utility so that's annoying. But there are real people and decent bio filters and such, so its not all bad. I appreciate the specificity of being able to clarify what you're looking for.

Clunky and buggy interface (e.g. kept asking me to go through the profile building process when I opened the app even though I'd already done it, and the icons at the bottom were not responsive). Also it only showed me about 20 people before it ran out of matches, and I had fairly wide criteria (I live in London). No point matching with someone who lives 400km away!

large opaque display element on top of main page makes the UI almost impossible to use, if you tap around blindly it seems like it works under the hood and all the sub menus seem to work but the main page display rendering is totally broken.

Extremely broken UI. The app itself is beyond broken. When it works its fine but the app will regularly decide to stop sending messages. The only fix is to rapidly restart the app 15+ times in rapid succession and then spam messages until it decides to start working again. Judging by reviews this has been happening for years and the devs refuse to fix it. Not worth your time or money. Better apps are out there. To the devs: Fix your broken app :) thx

the app itself is not usable, at least for me. I downloaded the app, struggled a bit through making a profile, and then... nothing. just a blank white screen. I've deleted and reinstalled the app, updated and restarted my phone, cleared cache, turned airplane mode on and off. I thought maybe it was my phone that wasn't compatible (OnePlus 12r), but the app worked fine up until I finished making my profile. I even tried googling the issue but this apparently isn't common enough of a problem ?

Doesn't let me declare my gender as straight man. The UI is so bugged, the only options you can tap are non-binary and woman. An app that can't even handle such simple functionality should be banned globally.

App crashes constantly. Pictures delete, rotate, and add themselves back to your profile even if removed. App is slow and buggy.

Worst app I have ever used. Needs better security for fake profiles, like all apps. On the other hand, this app has issues with its connection and messaging. I am consistently finding my messages don't send and delete what I typed. Constantly has error messages that prevent you from logging in. Currently I have deleted and downloaded the app and now it won't let me login at all. Lastly, the quality of people you're matching with does not meet expectations. Overall horrible app.

slow and laggy UI. very few profiles "close by", living in the second most populated area of the country it's weird that nothing shows, not long until people in Paris show up
