I signed up for a free trial only for them to charge me 10.59. Yeah they'll burn ya alright.

I just downloaded and picked a number paid and it's telling me to pick a number again after giving my full name phone number Email address and signed in. I reported to tech and they said it'd take 1-6 hour's to get back to me. No fu%$ing way. Get the ball on the road now so I can start using my 2nd phone number NOW! IF YOU DON'T THE REVIEW WILL BE WORSE I already told you I will file a claim with my bank if you don't resolve this now!

They said you will get 3 days free and they lied

scam. absolutely charged me 59.99 for the first month whilst advertising a free subscription. I cancelled in the window and my subscription WAS NOT even 59.99 when I signed up for the lowest tier and free offer. tried to appeal and to no avail the charged me anyways. SCAM. DEVELOPER REPLIED AND THEY HAVE NOT EMAILED ME BACK SCAM.

demanding the user to pay your ransom-subscription-plan is not accepted, app is for expungement or reverse engineering out of host's control. no lie by response from its developers will impress me.

downloaded, picked a number, did the free trial and the app said "error, no Internet connection". closed the app, picked a number, free trial, same message. I was charged twice and when I open the app it still wants me to pick a number and do the free trial. $20 in a minute and I get nothing? no way to contact a support service or anything in settings because the app is not registering.

This app is terrible. When signing up for an account, they hit you in the face with a subscription paywall that you can't get out of the second you sign in. When contacting support with my issue, they were not helpful at all when I asked to have my email address deleted and purged from their systems due to being unable to do it myself. They said "We cannot remove your email". This is highly deceptive, not to mention a violation of privacy and terms of use laws with my rights. I'm reporting this.

Doesn't work. Just loops asking me what my area code is. I put in several area codes but apparently they are not area codes in us or Canada. Soooo, doesn't work.

worst customer service experience ever had to keep sending emails back and forth just to get things right at the same time while they took days to respond back and fix the issued discrepancies to keep wasting my 7-Day free trial easily sent over 15 emails to talk to the customer service to get things done the right way so there wouldn't be any more discrepancies... also they automatically put a call blocking button on you for outgoing calls to waste more of your days in the free trial...

Hi I missed an important call the other day and have been trying to call back but I keep getting a server error. I can't keep seeing these server errors as my business will go under and you will continue to get bad reviews.

I have been using burner for about 2 years now. I am uninstalling the app due to the lack of features. You can't send more than one picture at a time. You cant react to messages, you notifications get lost in drop down menu they dont come to the top. You literally have to scroll to look for them. I swear you don't even get a sound or vibration. You cant send videos at all. Really wish they could just upgrade the app as a whole. Now I have to find a replacement. DO NOT waste time on this app.

This is the real deal! I've been able to take care of my friends and family with peace of mind. Been using Burner for years and won't stop unless they turn data over.

I got it temporarily and paid for the first month. I canceled the subscription and now I get 1 to 2 phone calls every single day from them saying I owe them money. double checked that my bill had been paid and double checked the subscription was canceled. I've blocked the numbers and they just switch and keep calling. horrible customer service and the whole app is a bait

the app is making random phone calls and there is no option to prevent outgoing calls. can't get support either. update: three emails to the support team with documentation and still no response. someone or something else is using the number that I'm paying for. refund requested but no response. Fraudulently charged for an app I never downloaded! Saw unauthorized charge and reached out to them bank to dispute. Two charges made in one day. 1 charge for $9.99 and a second for $59.99 (a full year!) Why we would be charged for 1 mo. & 1 year on the same day? How can we have two subscriptions at the same time? We NEVER SIGNED UP FOR AND NEVER USED THE APP! It isn't even in our Google Play subscription history! We want our money back or PROOF we signed up!

I love this app, when I would use it, it worked very well and I would use it again, now if someone else used it on my phone, someone like Garret Harper, or Tim Wilson, they should denie them because they would probably steal this company too.

I was just testing the app. It claimed it was signing me up for a 3 day trial, then I'd be charged at the end of the trail period for the full term. Pretty standard, right? Well guess what? It immediately charged me. No trial. I almost didn't even realize until I checked my bank account. Not even after the 3 days. IMMEDIATELY. I better get a damn refund for this scummy app. Edit: They at least refunded me quickly and easily. The app itself is good, but be wary of the "free trial".

Don't pay for this app expecting it to be your phone. I did pay for it. I don't remember reading that you need an active line to use it, but I may have missed it.

I've been a Burner user for over eight years. My DJ line was terminated without warning. I lost all my business contacts and messages. Support refused to explain. That's unacceptable. I want a public explanation and a path to recover my number. They kept all of my messages, pictures, and audio.

BEWARE . . . Biggest issue is double billing and poor customer service. App is glitchy most of the time. Customer service will lie and make excuses. Very dishonest company that will sneak in extra charges and lie saying you did something wrong or purchased additional subscription. Can only use one why would I need more than one? Liars and thieves with this app.

When you call someone, the recipient gets a mechanical voice asking if they want to receive an anonymous call. It sounds like spam, so people don't answer. And there's no way to change settings so your calls go straight through. Be aware of this before you subscribe.

Can not subscribe through Google Play and their own private website won't allow you to unsubscribe.

I'm a paying subscriber yet the "Buy a phone number for $54.99! annually!" screen pops up everytime I open the app, including when somebody calls me. Yes, when somebody calls me, instead of seeing their call screen after I answer the phone, I see their "subscribe now!" promotional screen instead. I will be asking friends and family to rate 1 star until this gets fixed. Absolutely BS.

Subscribed to try the VPN with a free 3 day trial. Canceled the next day but still had my card charged $15. The VPN worked fine but would not trust this developer not to charge again during a trial period

I even called king county metro public bus line that has automated answer for people to hear bus arrival. still get the rings than told to leave a voicemail. the number for king county metro never rings it just auto answers with thank for calling king county metro. app is not worth your $ so glad I cancelled before the end of 3day trial. if I get charged I am doing a charge back with my credit union!

why do I have to pay 10 bucks to receive emails?

after I had downloaded it at some point, It asked for a card number for payment, then a bit later, i deleted it after I was done using it. then, a day later, I got just about a $60 charge on my card after deleting the account and app. That charge has been coming up every day since

Wife no longer needs this for work, so she discontinued service a couple months ago. But, we were booked for it this month. I still have trouble with my two gripes - 1. Group texts are split into individual messages so I can't Reply to All or even follow the group conversation. 2. Never receive notifications of new text messages. I have to check hourly or however often on the chance that I might have received a message.
