worst user experience ever! i am an employee, fergus is constantly glitching and deleting my certs and timesheets half way through. if i swap to another app to check photos or details of something fegus will shut down and delete my work with no draft saved. drop down buttons dony work. even the calendar is constantly hlitching. do better furgus, you are a joke! not profesional and very frustrating! do not get thus app untill they can improve there very glitchy product

We are still experiencing ongoing issues with the job booking system. When entering a job address, the area/location does not automatically populate, which creates extra work and increases the risk of booking errors. This has been a recurring issue and would appreciate it being resolved as soon as possible, as it affects our day-to-day scheduling and dispatch. Everything else works well, but this bug needs attention.

The older version was more stable this one flickers and crashes all the time is a extreme worry and health risk to anyone that has epilepsy

Extremely annoying issue where the dates on the calender are broken, they don't move with the week or display the actual day, so you end up booking people in on the wrong day!

All the features you could need but unfortunately the Fergus Go app is as slow as a wet week. Constantly plagued by loading issues and a lot of the time it doesn't load at all or you'll be sitting for 30s to a minute (no joke) waiting for the page. With full 4G, 5G signal or wifi and the latest Android phone nothing is any better. My guess is everything runs through Fergus servers but in this day and age and for an app that I rely on every day to work this isn't really acceptable.

App is slow. I could see Fergus Go being good for employees, but there definitely needs to be more functionality for the owners/managers.

job created and scheduled using phone app has no navigation tab. unable to report the issue because it's all AI response and unable to really speak to someone. AI kept telling me to do things that is unrelated. please fix it or we will move our money elsewhere.

The app constantly has a bug. I can't use it to type into text box. Everytime I try to send a message through customer service it closes the app due to a bug and requires you 'Fergus' to provide an update to fix the issue.

extremely slow in app. simple actions cause the app to load for ages or just crashes the app. using on a Samsung 25 ultra.

Fergus Go is okay and compared to other systems functions well. My biggest beef is that it does not have a Health and Safety interlock so that jobs can only be started once a JSA is completed.

I have a problem with the app slowing down to a very frustrating speed, where it is impacting my ability to do my job efficiently. I have to delete the app every 2 weeks and reinstall. I have contacted Fergus multiple times but still no fix. The old app didn't have these problems. This needs urgent action instead of making other improvements to the app.

Fergus does everything I need to manage my electrical business. And they have great support too

The app reloads pages you've literally just been on—no local caching or prefetching. Go back to a page? Reload. Open the timetable again? Reload. Unchanged notes or events you've already seen? Reload. All with a noticeable delay. This creates a really fragile user experience—any small drop in network connection and the whole app becomes unusable. It’s not just bad UX, it’s inefficient architecture. Every revisit seems to trigger a fresh server call, which means much more unnecessary traffic.

this App doesn't let me clock in or clock out and fill forms.

This app was good a couple of years ago. They for some reason created a separate application from the original which worked perfect and ever since, problems everywhere. It takes 1-2 minute loading times to do anything in the app. Photos uploaded are corrupted. Can't get customer sign offs which you could do before. They're updating the app and making it worse everytime.

Can't upload photos to app from a s24 ultra. Support is no help.

Such a difficult app to use has not been tested properly before release. Crashes just after you have entered all your details. Cannot now get through a day without having to get a laptop out and use the desktop version. This app will slow you down and frustrate you. Will be requesting a stop of payment until this functions properly, and you should too

Easy to use with good support

Fergus mobile was better they have put on a stupid time scroll was better as a clock as it was way quicker to input on. Why can't everything be an expanding window instead of have to load up a new page just eats data and almost useless in poor signal areas. Fergus mobile never gave issues you can't get it now as your forced onto this.

This app has really helped my to streamline my business and help me grow it to the next level.

What moron thought this was a great update? I thought you would trial this before you change things? Here's a better solution open your chrome on your android, login into fergus. And create a homepage. There you go 😂 unfortunately 1 star is a generous rating.

Rubbish app and even worse than the old one. Cannot even log into my app now as it keeps saying 2FA is wrong but yet let's me log in on the website. Can't tag other work mates anymore either... needs a lot of work to get it fixed...

An app so God awful, slow and infuriating that you will start looking for work elsewhere if your employer insists on using it. If you are busy or running behind you can put down big money on the fact this app will suddenly decide it needs 15 mins to load every. Single. Page. Or that all of a sudden its time you were randomly logged out but your log in information doesn't work or the two stage verification codes are all old even though you just received them. Trash, absolutely worthless trash.

Complete garbage missing even basic functionality can't even enter a supplier doc why would you release something that isn't even close to having the required functionality for daily use. It has been out for months and still isn't close to usable. I will be looking into other job management platforms now.

Really hard to use

Please bring the fergus mobile app back as the main use as it has alot more functionality than fergus go. Fergus go doesn't not even allow half of the functionality that the fergus mobile offers.

This app is supposed to be a replacement for the fergus mobile app. I can not do half the functions the fergus mobile app can make this app not fit for purpose. I would love an explanation as to why they have removed so much of the functionality from the app. There is no possible way we can get a proper workflow with this app.

Absolutely trash. Can't even create a new job and add multiple contact details. It is horrendous. Fergus mobile has much more functionalty. Wish they would just focus on improving the original app.

As of writing this review the app is unusable for actual use. When writing a description on a job entry i can only get to about a paragraph before the app freezes and crashes. When pressing on a photo for a job it goes black as if loading and then does nothing more and doesn't respond. Cannot do forms, ESC or COC which is one if the main things a sparkie needs for day to day use and according to a phonecall isn't a high priority feature to even add. So unfortunately i cant do my job on this app

Evidently this was a rushed release to meet a deadline. Frustrating poor effort. CURRENTLY NOT READY FOR DAILY COMMERCIAL USE. I hope Fergus fix this as a priority in January 2023.

It's supposed to be a usefull and easy to use app. Every time you close the app to save battery drain from tracking. Two form factor authentication locks you out untill you receive a text to log back in. Such a pain. Buggy to use
