Bitunix is a pure scam platform. I deposited my money and started trading futures. The prices shown in my futures portfolio were completely different from the real market price. Because of this manipulation, my positions kept getting liquidated again and again without me even noticing in time. By the time I realized what was happening, my account had already been liquidated multiple times and all my money gone wanna ad on bitunix stop loss are fake doesn't work your money not safe

I feel like I've been SCAMMED by Bitunix Pro. As a Nigerian you can't get any reward from Bitunix without using a VPN. And if you use VPN, it will be dictated and you won't get your reward. So, as Nigerian don't bother opening an account with Bitunix Pro because of the reward else it will be a wasted effort.

One thing I’d check with Bitunix is how it treats funds coming from restricted jurisdictions or sanctioned exchanges. Their current policy lists Iran as a prohibited jurisdiction, so deposit-source compliance is definitely worth clarifying before moving funds.

I've never seen an exchange with so many bugs. The Bitunix app is simply not good for us Iranians, and I don't recommend it.

The chart gets heavily manipulated; it throws nasty wicks and triggers stop-losses. If the stop-loss hits, the loss is much bigger, yet when the take-profit hits, the gain is smaller—it’s really something.

Still not clear to me how Bitunix handles users from Iran. I’m also concerned about depositing crypto that originally came from Nobitex. Could this trigger a compliance check or cause any restrictions on the account? It would be helpful if Bitunix clearly explained this before users deposit their funds.

I was liquidated from my positions why other two exchanges were still active,I open my account and all was zero ,with all my trades at breakeven (6) one was already trailing sl and just two positions of total stop loss of $25 only to wake up and one position was liquidated twice,SL was triggered took original stop loss of $15 and then liquidated me of extra $24 total of $39 can anyone explain why?my other positions with trailing sl was closed in loss...I feel they tamper with our cash & position

do not get the August update if you enjoyed the "opportunities" section with the gainers/losers. They completely removed opportunities. ~~ plus all the other changes. the interface I was used to and enjoyed for over a year just got dropped on the floor, and shattered into a million pieces.

if you deposit or withdraw any funds be careful as they may disable your account features. I did the level 2 KYC verification which includes proof (paystub) where money is coming from and they want a video of any transactions you are doing as proof to unlock your account. I would not recommend anyone to use this platform.

Bitunix charts are not aligned with Tradingview. Yesterday I opened my trade on sell side, while in Tradingview trade is going in sell side direction but here in Bitunix trade is going in buy side. I had to cut my position in loss. After cutting my position trade goes in sell direction. Be aware.

I have had good and bad experiences using this exchange. the fee must be lower. It just ruined one of my important trades and the support team accepted that I gained a profit in that trade yet it automatically opened a bad trade without my permission, and they told me maybe you drag that things so it open a new trade, while my settings was on my own API. so that trade was not from my settings for sure. other than that my experience using this exchange was quite good.

Bitunix froze my entire account and locked my funds for 30 days. I used a small personal bot with tiny ~1 USDT orders, no manipulation. They restricted everything at once — withdrawal, spot, futures, P2P. I completed KYC and submitted every document they asked for, yet my own money is still frozen for a month. Be very careful keeping funds here — they can lock your money anytime.

I am currently facing serious issues with my account. I am unable to open new trades, and at the same time, the withdrawal option is showing as “Suspended”. I urgently request you to look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible. I intend to continue trading in the future, but at this moment both trading and withdrawals are blocked, which is causing major concern.

scam targeted platform. unregulated and just terrible! stay away !! what an incredibly difficult laggy, slow app. how can this not be up to par with other faster apps... update to April 2026. if you get scammed forget about them helping you. second, the new update has changed the layout for graphs. it's now only on the top portion not having both your position and graph viewable on the app. what a complete f you to people that liked that option.

Bitunix is improving and that's commendable, I nearly got discouraged by bad reviews here but I decided to give it a try. But then I noticed an issue, when a limit order triggers, it doesn't include the SL and TP that was set earlier with it unless you manually go and input the SL and TP on the active trade again. Please work on this.

I used to like it but when I found the app and its people play tricks getting people in high spreads and fees I wd not recommend it it's rewards are temporary if u give rewards then give it permanent to instead of fooling and trap them with their money

Seems ok but not very reliable or very trustworthy but enough to use them. Bought on their app 3rd party same exact way as normal & paid for instant & it went through but says was canceled on app but was successful & just never credited to my account & got liquidated & they didn't care & said they messed up & got the deposit but just weren't going to credit it to my acc cause transaction said canceled, instead of successful, and have to wait a few more days EXTRA now for them to manually fix it.

I cannot recommend this exchange. The only real benefit to using it over others is that you can sign up without having to do KYC and get rewards for trading. However, it wasn't long after using it that they began "requesting" me to complete KYC. Of course, it's not really a request. They want you to send in a copy of your passport and a video recording. If you are going to do that, don't do it on a Chinese exchange. Use a reputable U.S. exchange. Otherwise, use Weex, Blofin, or something else.

I am giving 1 star for just 1 reason: the Bitunix system does not allow a trader to close a negative futures position to avoid liquidation, if there are no available funds left to pay for the fee of "close" order. This means that you will lose everything whatever you still have left in the margin, till absolute zero - if you got it wrong - you cannot save yourself and close the position before a liquidation. a criminally irresponsible and reckless system. You wont get such a robberry in Binance

The app is pretty cool but there's so much attached to it for those trading with them. if you mistakenly loss your 2FA verification the process to retrieve it back or have access to your account with them is hell stressful, general experience in this regards is very very bad.

It's just so slow. It loses connectivity all the time (and it's not on my end). When you want to check your PnL, it's so bass-ackward to get it...oh, and it's not current but 2 days old! I want to like this exchange but I want a much faster and reliable app. I give it an extra star because at least it doesn't have the ridiculous number of ads that Blofin or BTCC have in their apps.

Just be careful on putting money too much. This platform will make you to be unable to withdraw with alot of various reasons. After completing the required KYC or etc they will just reject one of the items. Just beware of putting more than 10k$, or you would regret like me. Btw the future's trade? Better dont do it on this platform. It will bleed you out. Do it at trusted and more experience platform.

Three days in a row now that I haven't been able to hit "close" on a position without being kicked out to the home screen. This glitch sux. I lost a great deal of money not being able to close my position. thanks! I'm going back to btcc if this isn't fixed real soon! at this point I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice. the only button that doesn't work is the button for close position. everything else on the app works. yes the app is fully updated as well.

Bitunix is an absolutely terrible exchange. The app is full of bugs that never seem to end, and the delays make trading nothing but a nightmare. Even a small internet hiccup completely screws up your trades. The difference between the price you open a trade at and the actual fill is ridiculously frustrating. Honestly, I’m not satisfied with this garbage app at all. The web version is a thousand times better than this dumpster fire.
