I joined an my ssc number was wrong I typed it in an it went to something else an I didn't realize it until the last min, I deleted my account to make a new one but it won't let me back on the site I need help please..

It wants location always on! Why do you need my location when not on the clock then?

App should have filters in place so I didn't waste time entering all my personal info just to find out there are no positions in St Louis, MO.

What do you do with my driver's license that I upload? How long do you keep it on file? ❌I'm not using the app that requires me to enter my social security number and upload my driver's license

I have to say, its very easy and a quick straightforward process to sign up, which earned them an additional star, but hugely disappointing once approved and went to look for work only to find out there are zero positions available in the phx, AZ area. So that was a waste of time and quite the bummer.

its been over a year since I haven't been able to get on this app I was going Thur a bad time and a rough patch and its like how long does it take a lifetime to get back on the app.

I've had the app 2 months, have had several people vouch for me, I'm employed full time by one of the companies that frequently use croux, and yet when it comes to picking up some side part time work or gigs I can never get a response.

Its alright, but it should accommodate for evening shift in Huntsville Alabama

Great concept even better App! I find work in my area with just a few taps! I use the filters if I go out of town and STILL find jobs! I get to set alerts on new jobs every minute (literally) and enjoy when I see new ones I havent tried! Got paid in less than 10 mins on many jobs I worked from the app and finally got my trust score,( helps you land more jobs) over 780! Croux App has changed the way I look for work! 5x stars and counting for me!!!

Great app to find gig work. LOTS of shifts available, everything from bartending to server to parking attendant positions. Quick pay.

Easy to apply for open shifts. Communication with the croux app staff was quick and friendly. This app is very convenient for event staff and event hosts.

The Croux app is very easy to use. Created a profile and the text line for help replies quickly if you need any help. Great to be free to pick up shifts on your own terms!

This is an amazing app if you want extra cash but sometimes it takes awhile to get an offer.

Best App Ever! I love using Croux to find available gigs for me in the area. I get to chose the position I want to work and I get to choose when I want to work. The best thing about it is you get paid 24 hours after your shift instead of having to wait a week or two to access your funds. Now that's a deal. Keep up the good work, Croux.

I love everything about this app. I tried shifsmart and other shift apps and croux app is the best hands down I would recommend this to anyone trying to make some extra money or just looking for another job.

The Croux app really help me get through times where I didn't know what I was going to do with bills. Plus the connection to people that I work with through this app really. Old coworker recommend this out for me and now I highly recommend it to anyone that looking to make an extra dollar or look for employment

I got this app years ago and was paid on time and working quickly. It was the best shift app. Until I was suspended then dropped from the app, bc of a situation I was told by croux was all good and to go to the job, I did. The employer cursed&threatened me, and said he didn't need late ppl. (I had a Dr appointment that ran long, had an excuse in writing and called croux ahead of time, they said to go) 2wks later, the employer reported me as a nocall/no show &left me w NO recourse/way to appeal..

Majority employer's are discriminating! I applied for jobs days in advance and some will put filled after 3 days of me waiting. Then they'll take filled off and 2 days after that it'll say filled again. It's okay to be honest, because if they only want other type of individuals to work for them.. let them work for that money. 😊

So far, so good! Created a profile and was approved the next day. I've been picking up shifts, and the sms customer service text line has been quick with answering all of my questions. I love the freedom to working when ever I want and getting paid the same day!

They don't pay bonuses the way they are supposed to not very professional

Has some bugs. It does not allow you to confirm your shift until it's an hour before the deadline.

Very easy to use. In the 3 - 4 months I've used it, there have been a few bugs but the team was very quick to fix them. It's served me well as an extra source of income.

It's been a great experience so far. Quick & responsive support & I've been enjoying the gig opportunities.

This is a great app. Some nice people to work for.

Wont let you upload picture for profile

When do your account get approved, and how long will it take them to approve.

Don't trust job app that don't have live customer service. They will suspend your account and you will be lock out forever. I wish I could give this app 0 stars👎🏾

I'm a birmingham bartender and enjoy the ability to pick up shifts, no long term commitment. However, the most frustrating thing I have encountered is feedback from prospective jobs. If you aren't going to hire a candidate, someone should provide feedback to the candidate rather than leaving us hanging. I understand I won't get hired for every job I apply for, but someone needs to provide feedback or at least reject the application so capable workers aren't left hanging, waiting for a response

I've seen this app grow in the Birmingham market and surrounding cities. I wish it was in more cities. I got an amazing opportunity to work at The World Games 2022!
