Bad Experience – Number Not Valid Error I have paid all my outstanding bills, but I'm still facing an issue. The system keeps showing the error message "The Number is not valid." This is very disappointing, as all payments have been cleared. Please investigate this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. I request you to restore my service without any further delay.

overpriced, and customer service is appalling and politically biased now I'm using eSIM io, cheaper, easier, and got options of esim too

Good

I bought a Phone number and both SMS and calls on the 15th of October. I've barely used both and today I can't place any calls and can't see my credits. I have clients to call now and if I don't call them, I can lose my clients. What is happening

good

useless for me

good service

I am just surprised this app is not compatible with new SAMSAUNG Galaxy S26. I was using it on my other device.

Not free. Did not work.

I paid for a number I was logged out I have tried logging in they keep saying number invalid, what kind of frustration is this

I have been using this app for years now, starting with vyke is nice but now I can't

I have been using this service for the last two months and it's really good but it needs some features updates like dialer lack add to contact option, you cannot add more details of the contacts like email, or address etc. They are also cut credits even when you just hit the dial button. They should deduct per minute as per their claims.

I am very dissatisfied with the service. I purchased a number for three months, but after only one month, it is no longer visible. Furthermore, the support team has not responded to my inquiries.

why i need to send my id for what i need only number phone.

faltu

they are doing really good

There should be an option where instead of Number, It's Email that's being Used To Login, I can't Remember the number I used in registering but I still know the email, Now I have a Year Subscription but I cant Log in, Pleas Help me

i can't login with my android phone, it's showing number not valid

I purchased 1 number first then I make Whatsapp on it it got blocked ...then I purchased 2nd number on it and try to register Whatsapp it shows login not available...what is this man. I never recommend this app. I always use vyke for Whatsapp but this time vyke shows closed app and recommend this but it's a headache and waste of money

Not very pleasant. calls don't go through and it is very frustrating. I liked it better when it was vyke and wouldn't have changed if they didn't force this one down my throat.

After funding it but and refused to reflect...you gotta work your system, customer service didn't respond

Good

Verification SMS never arrived. Verification call with number first not working. Later it worked but was too late. Verification blocked. Stop referring customers to support email if you are not able to fix the problems!

Good

let it work for Whatsapp

Good

I can't log in to my account. It's quite frustrating, if I input my number, it keeps showing number isn't valid. My phone number? That is already registered?? Fix this please

Perfect for services like Telegram that require you to enter a phone number.

It is a scam!!!!! don't buy!!! after they charge you the full amount of money they require endless pictures of personal info and pictures of ur governmental docs+ financial info. which IS NOT A Wise thing to do!

good 👍

I don't have a german phone number so I'm not able to get a USA phone number 😢 so sad!

I Enjoyed using this App the are the best

no work

Cannot register my phone number (from Kazakhstan) - the app shows "The number is not valid!" error

very poor and bad performance. I can't SMS

there's no in-app purchase in my account

good

trash app. sent verification, clicked copy code, it opened and too me to the text. then went back to the app it locked out and wouldn't let me verify so I cant use it. nice job on the trash app

I try to login to the WhatsApp I purchased this app but it is not working. Keep telling me that I can't log in on this WhatsApp

what's happening, I can't renew my number, and can't buy credit

good app

my number expired. i forgot to renew. i ask multiple times to restore my number. they say there is no way they can restore my number again. that is bad.

another disappointment. Does not provide a virtual number without you having a carrier number . What's the point. if I have a carrier number I wouldn't need to use this service .

I'm here

Can u use the number to sign up for WhatsApp?

excellent service

device into on my phone

Very disappointing service. I purchased two numbers, but WhatsApp verification codes never arrived on either number. Money wasted, no proper support, and no refund. I would not recommend this service for WhatsApp.

I purchased 2 numbers from them and on both of them I can not make whatsapp so what is the mean of purchasing US and UK num from this app? not recommended 😕

Best ever app

I don't know what's happening recently because the number I use in accessing my account is telling me invalid and which is the number I use normally to access my account and have not been able to access my account now because every time I try to login it will show invalid which I am not pleased with🥺

good 👍😊

like it so far

it does not even deserve a one star after making the payments i started getting problems suddenly it started showing that i cannot make calls even after adding funds... after some time it got fixed by itself and then it logged me out from my account and when i tried to log in with the same number i created the accounted it started showing me that it is not valid... i paid for 3 months subscription but only used for 2 hours...Dont waste your Money On this App.

allgood

im having a difficulties to login to the app always showing not valid number when Im trying to do that

I won't give it 5 start eating cause their US numbers are not verified.

interesting in all business

doesn't work. got scammed. I spent $10 to buy an number and I couldn't even call, they then asked me to top up more credits. they're liars, they don't have 500k downloads

Paid with lots of ads

Its a good app i am satisfied

good

bad experience

I'd like it more if there was an ad option to watch and get free credits and login into a sim number, that wasn't nice.

Using from last 4 years. Awesome service and recommended to everyone.

it's great experience with the app

Excellent customer service. They respond quickly and resolve inquiries efficiently. The support team is polite and very friendly.

I am very disappointed to this app please never buy this number from this app last three day ago I buy number from them now I have lgst acsees from them on number I have log in they declear they as invalid

couldn't sign up

fair

BEWARE ... THEIF & FRAUD spotted !! this app has literally got a big issue with registration. it denied my phone number which I had been using for 10+ years now. it logged me out and all of a sudden it's not recognising my number. which is dumbest thing to be noticed. and on top of it .. now my credits are also gone.

gorgeious services , as Fashion & Apparel industry , Hunting products , it's great source of communication for ours international buyers .. Thumbs Up

hi, please i renewed my uk number on my call app but it ha not been notified so please check for me. I paid through google pay billing.

lol app

great Service

excellent

having call issues the next person can't hear my voice mic type glitchs , network issues

I am extremely disappointed with this app I only used the number for two days and purchased the number minutes and also had some credit balance in my account but suddenly I lost access to everything and now my number is showing as invalid I have already paid for these services so either reactivate my account and restore my access or provide a full refund for my remaining balance and unused services

At first I purchased a credit and bought number that I used for WhatsApp, and I was happy then I went back to the app now trying to login but it keeps telling me that the number I used previously is invalid. I mean how could that be?

you took over vyke to ruin it for everyone, the worst thing you can do is to buy number from this app. they will make sure you don't use the number. total fraud.

This is very good.

Let’s look at the facts. The yearly fee is $24. When I renew, I first have to add $20 in credit and then another $10. The account only gives me fixed options to add credit, like $10, $20, $30, etc. Why can’t I simply add $24? Why do I have to add credit to my account first just to purchase my eSIM? I should be able to add credit when I actually need to spend it. That would be much simpler. Honestly, the whole credit system feels completely unnecessary and makes the process more complicated.

I need my money back refund it

Trying to Login but facing issues

after purchase number automatically logged out i trying to login but number showing not valid number. this is not okay i pay money for number subscription why i logged out. please refund my money or active my number.

Third class service. I tried lot of time but each time show error.

Scam. The number already exists and has a WhatsApp. No messages are received

Basically it never worked I have been sending messages to refund and no reply 😕

good

worst app ever

cant receive otp on time very disturbing and disappointed

I for no even rate una self 🤬😡 very useless app I just got a us number just to verify an app and you people just banned it 😡🤬🤬🤬

It doesn't support Iraq country with ''Invalid Number" messages

Good Service , but most often wrong numbers call me , i have purchased uk numner

why I didn't get the verification code to verify my number and then proceed to buy a virtual number, Also I had tried many times but still

I can't log in. Keeps saying my number is invalid. I already have an account and I have active numbers in the account. I even tried registering a new phone number yet it keeps showing invalid number. Please fix this ASAP so I can have access to my numbers

I purchased the phone number and credit and i tried to start calling next day. app says please login. but show my phone number is incorrect. there no option to reset account or quick support team. very disappointed

at first I loved this app but now it's trash , bought 2 numbers and one is permanently banned on WhatsApp without me doing anything suspicious. second one shows scam alert for my business and I've never cheated or scammed anyone, it won't even let me create a whatsapp account anymore. this isn't worth downloading 👎👎

cant even log in. lol!!! 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

Does not work . Tried to register and I kept getting messages saying my number was not valid. total waste of time. Appears to be a doggy Fake Scam app

very useless application

very useless app

voice calls sometimes not up to the mark. improvement required for clear voice calls

I have purchased the phone number, but unable to login Every time, I tried to login it says Invalid number Total loss of money

High rates of yearly subscription.

why you guys don't add Australia number to it

very expressive

it very easy to use

they just blocked me because just test multiple calls. they flagged, I contacted, I got replied by Angela, I explained " I do remote job. My company use ring central We use SM CRM. We bought CRM AI For that reason I needed check all number if forwarding correctly or no," I explained all to this lady, I provided my company doc, provided ID, still she asking for address verification. this is make you sick mentally. I hate this hassle. I also requested check years activity not just day.

Nice app really helpful.

nice app💯

After many failed attempts with other systems, I finally discovered this one that allows me to send and receive SMS text messages in Japan, and believe me, that is not as easy as you might think with virtual telephone numbers in Japan. I can even make telephone calls to NTT Docomo numbers, which is another area of restricted telecoms in Japan.

Wow they logged me out and said my number is invalid when I'm tryna login back to my account. I want to get this resolved asap otherwise I know what to do legally. TY

It says my telephone number is invalid. This is the number I use when opening my account

i realy good experience

Thank you so much

nice app

Very bad App. total Fraud

There is no option for buying bundles

this app is criminal my number has not expired they log me out 😔😔 I can't even log into the app anymore and my number supposed to expired October now I don't have any access I bought the number over £15 this is the criminal act

very good

this app is a total scam, because I was logged out immediately I purchased a number and when I tried logging it again, it's saying my number is invalid meanwhile its same number I used in creating my account

🥰

Worst I used vyke before but as they convert into this app this isn't even moved to the next screen after putting the number. I mean if you have bugs please don't like this app until it is fully optimized. idk why vyke did this.

this app should be deleted from Play store. It's a scam. it doesn't work at all...............

the prices going up

most annoying app. keeps crashing
