this is one of the worst apps and worst credit card companies I've ever done business with. you can't contact them their app doesn't work it's a total disaster. I wish I could give them less than one star

wanted to give it a go, but after 5 attempts to start the process and receiving the same "we can't find your account" message I give up. you can't find my account because I am trying to make one.

With on time payments for 1 year, my credit line doubled.

predators. they take your payments and because they're still processing it they will change late fees knowing they have your money. app shows payment pending and late fee charge the next day. the app is ok but the company as a whole is not. will pay the tiny amount they approved ($500) and stop the card. it has only been a hassle since getting it. there are definitely better cards to get.

I am disabled and on SSI. Zable wouldn't offer me anything. Check back. Yes right. Another scam app. It will give you a loan as long as you don't need one. If you need help look elsewhere. This app is a POS!

I actually really like this card. Good customer support, straight forward, no hidden fees. Just a solid card if you dont have great credit. Increases will come but it takes time and hard work.

SCAM!!! This company is a complete scam and will be reported as such. they only want access to your bank account. they refuse or can't figure out how to mail a card out. 4 times I was told a card car"on it's way". nothing. same tired answes from "customer support". i will not connect my bank account to a shady company. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY OR WHATEVER IT'S PRETENDING TO BE!!!!

Card is great, app doesn't support Password Managers. Strong passwords are a smart idea for everyone, but entering them is very difficult. Password managers can resolve this issue, but not if the app developers intentionally prevent them from filling in. There's no security concern on the bank side for using a Password Manager, and they encourage different and complex passwords, so I would think financial institutions would embrace them rather than intentionally blocking them.

I've had to call customer service to help me set up the app...they were absolutely awesome they were kind, understanding, I was having an issue with my phone and they waited..I have nothing but great things to say about this company thank you all for being so helpful!!!!!

It's been a useful card and without any more than making my normal payments, they did an automatic upgrade after 3 months and increased my limit. Very happy with the card. Just wish it had some more benefits.

I received a credit limit increase with no impact to score which I appreciate because I value my credit score.

Run. Don't walk. It has taken them a week to credit a payment that I made on the 4th. It takes hours, if not days, to get a response. I sincerely regret doing business with this company. I cannot, and will not recommend this company. Run, don't walk.

Cannot activate physical card on the app There is only an option to activate a virtual card.I have tried everything and have done research to help with nothing but incorrect answers or solutions that are not available on the app. Google results say to go log in go to the home page and select physical card and then activate it..Well there no such option to activate a physical card on the app

I didn't have any issues applying for it even though it's not what I expected to have limited credit to use as my credit is not bad it's on 700 but what ever the reason they proceed to give the credit can't complain is just for back up...

loads slowly and I have to remember the password. blocks the saved password. I don't like having this stuff on my phone, use a pc, but that's not an option for this card.

Another BIG SCAM put your email address in login to account with email address the response was email has already been used because I tried to log in with my email address that I put in your system because you asked for it one time so I used to email address one time BIG SCAM 👎👎👎👎👎

I was able to log in just fine. I activated the card just fine. Paid off the 1st use, just fine. However, now that I have a higher balance and 1st statement is issued, Zable does not allow me to select my own dollar amount to pay, its only allowing $25. Neither does it allow debit cards as accepted form of payments. Phone number is not usable for speaking to a live person.

App used to perpetrated a fraud and customer services did not honor my request to s6spendvthe card. I was saving ti build credit and pay off credits not be apart of fraud or have my card used for unauthorized purposes. Netflix is not essential and stealing my notary stole a job and an asset needlessly. Anyone could do what I did they did notbhave to steal from me.

They don't have a sign-up; it's a log-in-only system. I have made several times, and of course it says account not found I HAVE NEVER USED ZABLE, I'm thinking no I am uninstalling it.

I have not been able to log into my account to check my balance or to make additional payments. All I get is the symbol and a message saying "checking account details".

never have I had a problem with my account. and that is saying something nowadays. banks always trying to make money for their business. some are different. not having annual fees is a good plus for me.

I never heard of Zable before until one day an email came to me giving me information about it. I applied on a whim and was instantly approved. So far everything has been great. Today I woke up and checked my email to find a message informing me that Zable has increased my available balance by $500! I was not expecting that. Thank you Zable!!!

not happy, It keeps freezing.

I would avoid if possible. they did a bait and switch on me. pre approved for 1500. then when I get a final approval it was a line of 250 at 36 apr when it said it would be 26.9. I'm not going to bother activating the card. greatly dissapointed.

Update: Took almost an hour on hold but got them to reset things and now im back in the app. still, we should have account access on the website -- App was great and working fine. Randomly stopped working. Tried to uninstall and reinstall and when I logged back in it said internal server error. have tried to uninstall and reinstall several times and the same thing each time. I want to pay my bill, and not being able to do so on the website is kinda of a hindrance since the app is malfunctioning.
