Poor UI for Govt Schemes: ​Sukanya Samriddhi (SSY) is buried deep inside nested menus (Deposits > Manage Deposits > My Deposits) instead of showing directly on the main dashboard. It takes multiple clicks just to view the balance. ​Active schemes like PMJJBY and PMSBY are completely missing from the app. No way to check policy status or download certificates.

Lodging a complaint either by IVR or through mail is very complicated.

very very bad experience, first time this app login easily but next two/three day's this app show me to security alart and tell me this is not genuine app.. 😡 what's worng? and I can't open this app... next I delete this app, and again search yono abi in playstore and again playstore show me this app.. Please add an SMS notification feature to the YONO SBI app so that customers can instantly receive alerts whenever money is credited to or debited from their bank account. This feature is essential for better banking convenience and security.

SBI yono app was considered very good easy to use due to this I have hardly visited branch 2-3 times in last 10 yrs. However, after update it is impossible to work. Because after last update we are able to login in app and see the changes in app, but nothing is working in almost all the functionality you need to perform will gives pop up message " feature is coming soon". SBI IT team is requested to role back the update and launch it only it is fully tested and available functionalities works.

in branch they won't do kyc and re kyc and tell us to do in app , in app we are unable to update the pan details only . no kyc option available to do it's our service. such a lag services from sbi. forcing everyone to install and do app services even though many features are not 🚫 available and working properly . till now many services not working properly in the latest updated logged in working account holder app

Their must be facility of view quick balance of accounts without login ,like bank of baroda app . Because bank sometimes not given passbook ,as well as their passbook printer are more times out of order. quick view balance are enable with mpin only this is more inconvenient because when there are another bank apps how to remind everyone password or mpin? app is not open in detailed without login then why device security is ( pattern, Password)is require? pl.clear my doubt.

Online nomination registration/updation is always problem/errors with YONO app/Netbanking in SBI.No more solution for profile updation errors. Branch not responding. YONO not responding. If raised complaint, closing without solving the problem. In addition, online Form- 121/15G also not allowing and giving errors. When these problems will be rectified.

I have downloaded the app from Google App Store yet while opening the app - a msg comes that "we have detected that the app is not downloaded from Google App Store and it prompts to download the app again and again "and go through the same registration process every time very complicated App and not very user friendly. hello team i applied for PAPL last week and completed all the process but still the amount was not created and when i contacted the support team the raised a ticket and after 2days they told it is resolved but still it amount is not disbursed very bad experience i should say

Actually this app is not very much easy to use for retired person. There's no option of Life Certificate submission and also there's no option to upload Life Certificate submission made on Jeevan Praman app. And one more thing HARSH BUT TRUE THE ONLY WAY TO SUBMIT LIFE CERTIFICATE IS TO VISIT BRANCH THERE IS NO OTHER OPTIONS. If I am wrong then release data how much life certificate is accepted by you that was submitted through online till date.

Its showing my some technical error message and then something like not regularised for ppf account, while i meet all my criteria. i dont know what to do with this application. its not showing any details, even i cant deposit or see what i invested. my hard earned money is not showing now.

I am facing this issue after every 3-4 month of interval of year - *When I open my Yono App - it shows me a one popup with this message 👇 Message Is - " Security Alert We have detected that the app is not authentic. We are aborting the session!Kindly visit the App Store/Play Store and download the genuine App." and every time I need to uninstall and install the app again - and need to follow the same process - as a new user. I am writing this to please look at this - please clarify this

improve customer convenience and streamline the user experience within the YONO app. Currently, when a user selects the "Activation through Bank" option due to an inactive ATM card, the app generates a reference number and implies that presenting it at the branch will suffice for activation. However, in practice, branches require the account holder to be physically present to provide their account number, registered mobile number, and signature rather than utilizing the reference number.

worst banking experience with SBI. This bank is only good for pension holders who just come and take their pension & go home. This Sbi bank is the worst bank ever in history, they literally stopped my account for around 2 months without giving any reasons & on that account I had 1.3 lakhs rupees of hard earned money. All the operation has been stopped for 2 months, 0 responsibility they have to their customer. They literally don't care. In my hard time i am not able to use my own money really !!
