The customer service team couldn’t provide any proper help or resolve the problem. It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. Having to worry about my own money like this is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to think twice before using this app. I would not recommend it to anyone.”

I have experienced significant issues with both your customer service and application. My account was closed without notice and blocked while still containing funds, and upon attempting to re-register with the same number, I was informed to follow steps to reregister and i find that the previous account had been deleted. Could you please clarify how I might recover the credit that was held in that account? and how the customer service not aware in using the application

How open to my urpay

Your customer service is rude. The problem is that the reference number provided by Urpay was incomplete—it was only 10 digits long. That’s why I called customer service, but the person I spoke to was rude; they even told me I didn't know how to read. The issue was that the reference number given to me was incomplete, yet they kept bringing up the voucher—what does a voucher have to do with the reference number? Someone really ought to tell them not to treat customers that way.
