This app is trash, give us an option to use a web browser on desktop! I tried setting up an account for our newborn when I received the SSN card, but the system rejected our form saying new SSNs take up to 30 days to work properly. Okay, we wait. Now trying again and my app still says the request is processing, and there is no way to edit or restart the form. I've reinstalled the app and done everything else the stupid AI support suggested and nothing works. Such a joke.

terrible sign up process. the app kept saying my selfie doesn't look like me on my passport or driver's license. I uninstalled after the 6th time it saying that... I have never had someone say I don't look like me after looking at my passport and driver's license

No consent, no opt-out. My child was auto-enrolled without my permission, and there’s no way to opt out. To claim the account I’d have to give my ID and a face scan to a private broker that says it can’t delete them. The sitting president’s name is on the app, website, program and even Social Security emails. That’s taxpayer-funded self-promotion, not a gift. A program like this won’t buy my vote. Officials who abuse public programs should be held accountable. Parents of any party: speak up now.

I am not complaining I want to bring to your attention for help please. When there is a trust fund account set up. Even though the child is not allowed to touch it until they are 18. If you are on government assistance of any kind, this will be disqualification after taking this action. Because Snap Medicaid Tea would view that and say that we, the parents,can petition the court for an emergency and get access to that money. If you happen to be a stay at home mom, who pays taxes for the family, and you were the one who setup the trump account, so it's under your name, and you happen to only have joint checking accounts with your husband's name on it, AND you don't have debit cards. well good luck funding the trump account. They do not process joint accounts, and they only accept debit cards which we do not have. If I had known I would have setup the trump account under my husband's name.

Can't contribute to accounts. I tried multiple times in the span of a few months to link different accounts from 2 different banks, but it keeps rejecting it. shows "Error" every time. Whenever I update the app, I hope the issue is fixed but nope...
