Does not work with my Xaiomi cameras either and useless for the only Swann - need 2 to try. DON'T TRUST money-back badge in app.

Once I realized that my subscription was not connected to my light bulb. I saw that it had directed me to the incorrect app. I had typed the Wayze app in. And I accidentally bought a subscription that was showing up under false pretenses... I want my money back! 52 dollars wasted after I attempted a refund after 10 minutes. Complete con artists.

Terrible! The app wouldn't work on my cameras at all. Visory was the app that the camera company told me to use but I tried multiple times and it pretty much didn't do anything. It did take $50 for cloud storage that I can't get back. you even need 2 android phones to use the spp. But it never tells you a good reason. Not that I remember. I gave up and bought 2 new cameras, with a different app, I'll find out soon if they're going to cooperate with the new cameras.

Each Transaction was $54.36. I canceled the 1 trial immediately, contacted Google immediately and they would not help refund me. The camera actually works, but the system is terribly annoying to set to set up. Please get rid of the multi-page usage quiz. It is illogical that you are able to log in eg. using google credentials, but only on a single device at a time, having to resort on qr code to link devices. It would be simpler to log in on multiple devices and simply pick up your other device from the list. If this is actually possible somehow, the UI is too confusing. A system like this could be much simpler to use.

I was trying to download the blank app and this is what I got. I put all my information in including my card number. they took the money never gave me the app didn't send me an email and the phone number that is on the transaction for my bank is no longer in service. This is a scam

I cant cancel my subscription or use the camera. I've put in several requests and have no replies. there are no options for a cancelation of service on this app

I hated it and found something better for my needs of security. I asked for a refund to my subscription as it forced me to subscribe before even setting anything up and then every turn the software refused to work try and scan the QR on the camera or link it to the internet I only got "invalid". Thankfully I did receive a fast response from them and have now been refunded for this, thank god. Anything that takes 2 phones and refuses to connect is worthless to me. Thank anyways.

**CAUTION** Don't believe the "free" trial. You will need to subscribe to test the app at all. They will charge you immediately ($49.95) and then not refund the amount when you cancel. Cancelled the purchase within the hour but the charge is still sitting in my account. Read the other reviews- many are having the same trouble with unauthorized purchases. My advise is to look elsewhere for an app.

BAD COMPANY. I ordered one of the subscriptions and realized the app will not work with my set up. I canceled the subscription through Google play 30 mins after downloading. The subscription had a free trial but Google play states next payment 2 Jul 27. it should be a 7 day free trial and next payment should be in 7 days. The $50 is still pending according to my bank. Let's see what happens in 7 days. BEWARE

scam- this app takes money from you when making it look like you're signing up to a free trial. incredibly disappointed especially when it wasn't even the app that I wanted

I really think this is a scam. You HAVE to subscribe to get it to work, and despite them saying you get a refund if you cancel within 3 days, and can cancel any time, there is nowhere to do this in the app. Didn't work either, and like many others I can't get my money back. Also Google pushed this to the first choice on my search.

slick disguise to make you think you're still ordering a subscription to the camera equipment, then you try to explore options & POOF they take your $53 for a service i don't need, want or ever used. trying get to get my refund is impossible, a bunch of run-around links between you & google... I never used it, and cancelled a few hours after I noticed you charged me. funds are debited & pending. I just need my money back NOW. You are quick to take it in 2 seconds but spin me in circles

This app popped up as an ad at the very top of my search results, tricking me into thinking it was the actual app I was looking for. I accidentally bought a one-year subscription for a completely wrong service.

Will not connect at all! I've tried everything. I have never had this problem before. I had to buy a new camera cause my old one died, the new one will not connect at all. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled and tried again 3 different ways. NOTHING works.

at first it was good so I bought a year's subscription now randomly it unlinks & disconnects & I have to get logged back in and reconnect to the other phone only to find out that there's no video clips because they were deleted when it got unlinked and everything. not so much in the reliable dept My biggest issue is I'm trying to get a hold of support because every time I try to login it says that that account is being used and I can't seem to send an email asking for help.

I downloaded app and paid the subscription. For some reason, the app did not work on either my phone or tablet. I tried deleting to reinstall, and now it wants me to pay another subscription fee. I've contacted customer service and still waiting for a reply. The account we had WAS free. Zmodo is still running free on main monitor, but says it needs Visory to work on phone and tablet. if I ever get the app to work, I will reevaluate my rating.

I needed to secure a room i was renting this past week when the 'maintenance guy' was found letting himself in (for no reason). Being able to have the video feed run from one phone (as the camera) to the other (as monitor) was very comforting. It was also nice to know I'd get notifications should any movement be detected. Great app!!!!

however, subject tracking works in Zoom, even if you don’t have the desktop software open. (If you don’t want this feature, you need to open the software to disable it, unlike with our upgrade pick, which allows you to turn the function on and off with a simple hand gesture.)You can also customize the camera’s zoom and pan, if you prefer not to use RightSight. Alternatively, you can physically tilt the webcam up or down or swivel it left and right to control what’s in the frame.
