a good helping app from students who wants to move abroad ☺️

Got to know about them through my agency for my stay abroad as an international student and expected a smooth experience. Unfortunately my tenancy was with a wrong start date, resulting in an additional month's rental liability. When contacted AmberStudent, I was told they could not intervene because the tenancy was managed by the property. I understand the final contract is with the property, but since AmberStudent handled my booking, I expected better support. Overall a frustrating experience.
