It's a bit overwhelming, and the fee to use the app is quite high, in my opinion. There are no free features at all, except for a 7-day trial.

I love this app, its really useful and support is good when you need it

this app is actually really good. it helps way better then my stupid (paper) inventory list. if you want a app that you can list all the things you buy, section it off and whatever section you have it in your house or restaurant, then you can also click the items to add to a cart, you can even have the items put as a recommended store to buy from. and this is all in the free version but I'm am really leaning to buying the full version of the app.

Really handy tool to help keep track of household goods, foods and products. Never forget about that leftover lasagne in the bottom of the freezer again 😅

Brilliant app. I made some suggestions and the developer was quick to respond & really helpful. Recent updates to set minimums at category level and add an 'opened' date are perfect for me, but to be fair every update just seems to make this app better & better.

Great Application! I no longer have to open up the fridge/freezer going "What do I have?". You can also make a shopping list right in the app based on your personal inventory of what's low or out! This will be fantastic for my Autism and ADHD because if its not visible my brain thinks I don't have it and need to buy it!

This app has allowed us to organize our freezer and fridge so we always know what we have to eat frozen or fresh. Saves us a lot of money. Once you learn it it's easy to use and keep up to date.

This app for me is brilliant. I have a small workshop/store with every bit of space used and this app lets me locate items long after I've forgotten where I've put them. On a personal note, the only improvement would be to be able to search for an item and instantly see the location without having to click the item then go into the edit section, but that's just a personal preference.

Amazing app, the only couple of things bugging me is that I can't remove the expiration date after it's set. I can turn it off in the edit screen, but it still appears in the list. and would be great to have an option to set custom date format. also, I'm using the manufacture date field for when I open the product, so maybe add a field for open date, and ability to show it in the list beside the expiry date.

Great database app. Very well thought out and designed. If you have a large freezer (or more) that has a lot of inventory, this app is a lifesaver for keeping track of not only what you have, but when it expires. I highly recommend!

This is one of the best and most underrated inventory apps on the Play Store! The subscription fees are affordable, the UI is clean and easy to understand, and everything is well categorised.

As long as I can convince the family to keep using it, it's going to be great. The app itself is great. Easy to add, easy to subtract. Adding the expiration dates is huge, had the kids help scan the pantry, found a couple items expired, showed them how to scan out. Getting the wife to do it will be the real challenge. Suggestion: Have pre built categories. Have an option to auto categorize based on the product information, if someone doesn't want to use it then they can create their own.

I like the app a lot, but recently I noticed whenever I try to edit things in a description of an item... After some time, it starts to highlight wherever I move the cursor to, is annoying but even worse is that it does not clear the highlight after another tap on the screen. I've tried from another phone and the same thing happens, and if I text in another app (like this one) I do not see that issue happening.

I love this app! I have 3 freezers and hated having to look through them to find what I was looking for and it was always in the last one I looked in haha. Now it is so easy to find everything first time, I even adapted it to work for items in my fridge. Makes shopping easier too, because I know at a glance what I have run out of, I highly recommend 👌

I've had this app for a while now. and it has been really nice. this is not the first such app I've had, but it is the best I've had. I like the detail I can put on the items.The ability to create my own folder headings is very helpful for me since I like to track not only my food pantry but also my diy herbalism products as well.

I just downloaded this app yesterday and although I haven't found a need to use the pro version (yet) the free version has changed my life in less than 24 hours. I am still inventorying my pantry and found so many duplicate and outdated items until I felt bad because there are people that literally do not have enough to eat. This app so far is a definite game changer. No more buying what I already have.

At the moment I'm a new user. All I can say for the moment is that it easily does everything I ask it to do. I started with groceries and associated shopping lists. I'm now expanding into household inventories. I'll update the review when I have more facts to relate.

I like the app. There are some things that are needed to make it great! I will share those in the dedicated place for recommendations, however, it is a good paid app option. I do wish the "do you like this app" would stop popping up every time I open the app. I will rate the app when I am ready and to have that pop up all the time (as a paid subscriber) is a bit annoying.

For my needs it is perfect. I have inventory scattered in different places and this helps me keep track of it and not overspend.

great app, streamlined and what I was looking for. very easy to add items, images, modify, and adding stuff to shopping list is a bonus for when things need repurchasing. not as many bells as whistles as other apps but that is partially the appeal (no weird popups or "suggestions" cluttering things up. I love it and bought a year sub so I could share pantry with my partner!

Solid app, does everything it says it does. Runs smoothly, scans consistently. If I had any suggestions it would be including a recipe database that suggests meals based on available ingredients or populated a shopping list for ingredients if you need them for that recipe.

Super Buggy - When I delete a category or change an item to a different category, it kicks me out of the app. it's unusable

I've had a pretty good experience with it. Easy to manage items in categories and storage, which I've had the most experience with. I'd like it if I could move and sort the categories themselves, but it's still a good app.

This is a well thought out app. It's flexible enough to apply to my complicated pantry setup. It would be fantastic if it integrated with Alexa somehow!

my only problem I have is the camera as a scanner sometimes scans the last number. But I will say that they where very helpful when I told them about the problem!!!

Easy to use, with scanner or manual entry. Wish it would recognize bar codes but I know it will after I enter my favorites.

most everything in my cupboard I scanned the barcode couldn't be found. not going to pay for any app that doesn't even have data on common items. Campbell's cream of mushroom soup "barcode not found" seriously???

Great app for grocery or anything with a barcode. (Though an actual barcode isn't needed as items can be manually entered) Features include Location (Multiple for overstock etc), UOM, Source(s) Cloud Based Product Barcode lookup for auto entry, Expiration Date (simply scan product again for multiple exp dates) Paid version has even more features like adding product images. Using free app now, but plan to buy.

Does exactly what I need it to do! Helps to purchase the things I need as well as storing them in my home inventory when I get them back to the house.

I could use or consume the product without it expiring if I could set a notification a few days before the expiration date. Often, food products go to waste because I forget I bought them. The same applies to cosmetic products. Etc

good to use to manage your inventory. so that we have a full view how many left and what need to buy. it would be better if the storage can appear side by side with the item. then we do no need to flip through the item to check the location

Updated: Moved to this from old app which has crashed & burned. Luckily managed to export/import and have now got everything looking the way I need. Had an issue with the categories not saving dedicated Individual Expiry Warnings. Reported via review as Questions/Suggestions wouldn't work. Super fast response from developer who confirmed fix already being worked on, and has now been implemented today and all resolved. Love the app & really impressed with the support.

This app in my opinion is the simplest straightforward app for inventory management in multiple different applications. ie on the sales floor or in the back room. **** one feature that would make this app even more of a power house is if you could find a item in your inventory from your shopping list. example: you have a shopping list and want to see if you have the item in your inventory. This way you can use your shopping list as a Pick list as well for your own inventory.******

This is a pretty good app I like how it works I wish there was faster way to transfer a bunch of item from one foulder to another and I think there should be an onbordeing but I do really like how there are NO ADDS and they offer a 1 time payment or mounthly for the premiem (which you dont at all need to use the app they just give a couple quilty of life things) but overall vary good loke the app

So I with whole family finally figured it out. This app is not intuitive for me, but it is still best in the market. I think having lists and than categories is confusing, because you can add only one category. Maybe if you would be able to assign more (like with meat - frozen, chicken etc.), it would be better. I love how fast I got a reaction from developers, I didn't need help after all, but they care - this is a good sign. Also, without paying it would be useless, but it is not expensive.

Good app but still unable to move items to other storage without clicking the storage icon which in turn resets the searched list. I also came from their old app (similar app) that they sold and is now trashy. Now I have to pay for the lifetime again. Hope they don't resell this app again. Edit: I rated 3 not 2 to be fair but I'll increase it to 4. The older app is literally unusable at this point. I can t click anything and unable to export my data.

I required an alternative to Sheets. I trialed and decided to pay FOREVER. I have also started to use it for other lists such as Tasks. Being able to share on other devices is awesome. On the current application, I have 2 requests. 1. Adding Item : additional date field for stock is checked or updated 2. Adding item : stop the Purchase Date updating the Expiry Date if Expiry Date entered first.

This has been a great app for keeping track of the contents of the freezer. It does exactly what I wanted. It is easy to make categories and keep track of date purchased. But, best of all, it allows an entry to have a zero value without deleting it. I can see at a glance if I am out of a staple.

a very good inventory app to have. simple and easy to use. it will be nice if the uploaded product picture can be shown as thumbnail beside the product list. also good to have a Web based version so that we can work either on mobile on Web page.

I love the simplicity and customizablility of this. Gets the job done without features that are too complicated to use, so the utility isn't obscured by too much upfront effort. Exactly the features I needed without the clutter. This will make it easier for our household to keep track of freezer meals and ingredients so it's easy to meal plan without having to match what we have to an arbitrary database or follow someone else's level of granularity.

I like the app but when trying to share it pops up a box to add text but you can't type in it anywhere and it won't send to recipient. I have to have this!

Simple and to the point. if you are having trouble seeing categories, press settings>global>disable features section and uncheck all of the boxes. Took me a second to figure that out.

absolutely the best thing I've ever found in the form of an app! I have diminished vision and sometimes it's difficult finding things in my cupboards. I tend to misplace items. with this app, I just search for something in my cupboards or my pantry that I have entered, and it will tell me what shelf it is on. thank you!

This app is terrific! it allows me to have multiple freezer inventories. it alphabetizes the entries to make them easy to find. very helpful to keep track so you don't waste money buying what you don't need.

A bit of a learning curve in figuring out how to nest the folders. Now that I'm starting to add my items and I'm realizing how much food I've got, I'm wondering how best to use the app. But I do like to see what's all there.

Like the categorization, search bar for finding items from all categories (also moved it so that you can choose it rather than it defaulting to search bar upon opening), barcode scanning is cool, they made reorganizing storage available, can move more than 1 item to different storage in one go. I would write these by hand on and place them where I store them, but would have a hard time meal planning and grocery shopping with this method. This makes it easier to access the inventory.

So far it does what it says it does. Alerts when something is expiring is a premium feature. (It says need premium to receive texts) When using scan function to input, it just puts what it is, not the rest of the information like size of can or things like that. Good options for organizing, but I wish I had more color coding choices (no color for category). Maybe mine is glitchy? If you put in expiring dates, it pops most recently expiring to top.

Began to use the app, good and simple working interface, a little bit slow when loading soonmuch items , still using it.

This app is everything I've been looking for! MULTIPLE CATEGORIES and sub-categories! Locations and sub-locations! All created & customized by me. I can show "Quantity: 0" without deleting the item. Or the opposite, I can mark an item "Need To Buy" which puts it on the shopping list, even if it's not out of stock yet! And then I can sort the shopping list by store. I use the item description for multiple tags since the search bar finds both names and descriptions. This app deserves 6/5 stars!

With all the freezers and panties etc we have this app make it easy to keep track of what I have in hand so I stop wasting money and time buying things we already have!

This is exactly what I needed. I've been using a Google Keep note to keep up with my backup pantry stuff in my basement but it isn't searchable. I like that you can add expiration dates too.

This is a must for me because I get paid with food by the local food bank that I volunteer/work for. I have to move fast in sorting which food goes where, how soon it will go bad, and whether they're to be frozen, shelved, or canned. Knowing exactly where the food is is very important to me. Home Inventory works wonderfully for me.

This app has come along way recently and is feature rich. I use it to organise my house and storage unit and love how I can easily move items between storage locations and keel track of all my belongings. A really functional app and a great developer behind it who takes user feedback onboard. Great value for money.

Without images for a product and a storage, and also QR code for this storage it's useless. Also adding custom fields to everything would be nice.

Expense manager along with inventory management would have been great. just show me a piechart report of expenses based on category. as I included the purchase cost when adding items. Option to create a budget and track debt payments, such as amounts borrowed or lent to friends, colleagues, and EMI payments. Further reports, such as recurring costs etc Include the option to upload a receipt and warranty card with expiry date notification for non edible products.

Easy to use and even the free version is robust. I don't use it for everything, but I like being able to track things I only use occasionally so I don't end up with duplicates.

Been looking for a simple, basic food inventory app for ages! I love that it's not over-complicated. Interface is easy to navigate and easy to use. I can add my food by barcode, and if it's not there, just simply give it a name, no going back and forth etc. Only bother adding expiry for the food running out soon, but a really great little app, especially for inventories and helping with food waste. Shopping list feature is also really handy. Happy with it 😁

Makes for easy inventorying of all food. It takes some time on first inventory, but it's a breeze after that. My only wish is that it allowed for grouping different sizes of the same item together.

The barcode scanner function works great. We use it for home freezer management and it works great for small-scale usage.

Excellent app. Offers a simple inventory management system for home use, unlike other apps I tried which are designed for businesses. I really like how items can be grouped by categories, and that you can add extra notes in the description field. Most features are available for free (without ads!), with some added features by subscription. My only gripe is that the subscription costs are not listed, but there is a 7-day free trial if you want to try these out. I haven't gone down that path yet.

I'm still figuring out a few details of it's use, but it works well for my needs. I've tried several other apps and I don't use the shopping list feature, but it is very useful in organizing home inventory with expiration dates and minimum levels. I am very happy with it.

I keep seeing people say easy to use. I believe the app would be very nice but it is difficult to navigate or completely understand, especially when trying to create a folder, storage or category...if there were some basic instructions it may help. Get mixed up with adding items an they show in a different area sometimes called uncategorized? If provided a guideline I'd increase this rating to 4

I love the ability to scan products in with barcodes, organize items, and track expiration dates!

I needed something that was friendly to glance at because I have to track food for the week. I try not to waste but it happens so now I look during the day see what I have to eat first & that's what I have for supper. Waste is also in my cabinets, refrigerator so I'm doing that name date etc. Just wish it came with instructions it took a little while for me to get the hang of it. Just want to know how to delete something in a box. Haven't figured that out yet. THANK YOU

Amazing!! So easy to use! Recognized most barcose and even when it didn't recognize the barcode, it used barcodes to allow me to name the item. I was able to inventory my entire cold storage within just a few minutes!

This is the easiest one to use for me. I wish it was cuter because I love me a good gimmick. No avatars or scenic backgrounds on this one. But I chose it for it's functionality.

Overall a really good app! I love the customisable categories, items can be properly organised! Moving items between inventory and shopping is a bit clunky - you must pick the number of items each time. It's buggy if you have a checklist enabled on an item and switch between "inventory" and "shopping", doesn't mark the item as ticked. Would like to automatically move item to inventory once checked. Lastly, resizing the list or a minimal view for quick reference while shopping would be nice.

Just what I was looking for to keep track of my pantry contents. After I accidentally bought 1lb of dried Oregano TWICE it was time for an app like this. I'd like to see an option of lists with less room between lines to fit more on the screen.

I just started using it today when I found half my pantry was expired. So far I really like it, especially since you can scan the barcode and add expiration dates for individual cans. It also hasn't asked me to pay for anything other than adding a picture so far.

I've spent the last few weeks researching food stock inventory apps, and so far this is the best one that was easy to install, get category set up, and have items sorted! I decided to go ahead and try the trial, so I'll check back in a week, with a hopeful declaration that I love this app! (I already do, but never commit immediately 😁)

So far, I love it! This is exactly what I need. It's user friendly. Clean interface. And help me to stay organized with my pantry so far. They made the whole process smooth and easy at your fingertips. I haven't tried the Pro version yet though I'm thinking of the possibility of getting one.

This is how I'd design a pantry app. Customizable, free from bloat, simple, but expandable... Maybe more feedback as I continue to use it, but so far, great.

A very cleverly programmed app. Almost everything works as I imagine. Only deleting entries in the catalog should be possible. Otherwise perfect. And since the price for unlimited use is still high but affordable: I'll probably pay to support the development.

Since this field has limited characters let me rephrase my thoughts.. My problems with the app: -The description doesn't tell what functions are behind the paywall -The lifetime access price is way too high -Theres no option to change the currency The upside: -Seems like the developers actually read the reviews and respond as well, that deserves a star -Works the same as other inventory apps but the free version is ad-free so far, so there's another star

This is the perfect lightweight but flexible pantry app. It took me a minute to figure out how to add new categories and places, but then it was super fast to make an inventory. The barcode scan feature is excellent and finds the large majority of products that I scanned. This is huge because it makes it so easy to inventory your pantry. There's also an easy feature to add an item to your shopping list when you use it up. Very glad I found this!

Great app. Update: No widget, No dark mode, app should have suggestions when I am adding products, for example apples and bananas with images to them, and also things such as soap. There should already be ready made categories instead having to type in it myself.
