Its amazing super user friendly app for wholesome real restate needs

perfect app to use finding residential houses for rent. it helped me alot. looooooove it 😍😍😍😍

(use the filters)Great App

I find this app is better than housesigma

very good

The app is not useful if you are looking for a home anywhere in BC

They don't even own an actual website.. forcing you to download an app and input personal information if you want to see the listings on their For Sale signs. Completely unnecessary and invasive.

Why the hell do you guys call every single day. There is a level of professionalism that needs to be maintained and your employees are not displaying it. Sorry to say I'm not at all happy with it. I'm going to uninstall this application.

Great experience

This is way we sell soldiers homes I think

its help full

Info galore

Very Good App

Poolmo

The app would be so much better if it didn't ask for my phone number and make me agree to get marketing calls. And it's annoying that there are no houses listed outside of Ontario.

This app is everything a client needs except scheduling for visiting. The chat with the expert feature is not working, and sometimes your request for chat declines !!! Overall, it is an excellent app, I can't give it less than 5 stars. However, still need improvement.Thank you

Good

App interface is amazing. Easy to use. Please add some area wise customisation.

WARNING .. THIS DEVEOPER. WILL ACTUALLY CALL YOUR CELL PHONE . horrible breach of trust . Didn't work for me at all. it was sending me homes for sale in an area that I'm not close to I'm on the other side of the country. I select the city that I'm looking for they said that there are no homes for sale in that area.I'm pretty sure there are homes for sale in Calgary somewhere. it seems to think I'm looking for homes in Toronto despite drawing a circle on the map of the area that I'm searching

Photos seems narrow

Would like to know where all the listing are besides Ontario.

No real option to find what you want. If you can put some information into it. We'll it doesn't matter. They won't show that information anyway. I don't care what sold or when it did. I'm not looking to rent. Nothing else matched either. Not worth the time to download.

Very good. Good information

BEWARE of this scamming app. When you install this app you have to provide your email I'd, phone number...almost full access to your phone in order to install this app.(Read app permissions) You are literally making yourself vulnerable to this Mafia group when you install this app. After you install, the next day you make a search on this app you will get a call from one of their associates, asking your home buying plans even though, below every listing they have given options to contact them.

Your website is customer friendly and I was able to set my requirements up on your buyers' portal within my budget for which I have already been pre-approved for mortgage. It is now left to be seen if I find my coveted home as soon as possible. Blessings.

It is very easy to navigate, chat, get notified, and save searches. A lot of information that is very useful in making informed decisions.

Very effective app!

Good, we can found mostly listing in this app.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Amrutha. We had a clear vision of the house we wanted, however was so frustrated with the current housing market condition. Amrutha was able to understand our requirements very attentively, and show us all the properties that we ask her. She always immediately returned our calls/texts. She made the home buying process very hassle free, her knowledge and expertise helped us to get an amazing deal. We don't think we would have found a better agent for🏡

Great App to find available properties and very easy to use. However, when it comes to arranging viewings for the homes it's next to impossible. I have reached out to schedule viewings for numerous properties and am still waiting for a response over two weeks later. So, great for seeing what's out there but I definitely would suggest having your own realtor connect with the properties and arrange viewings.

There is something seriously going wrong with its website why do I have to verify my email address multiple times when I just get a blank white screen why isn't there more information for me to put in like what are you looking for are you looking for rent are you looking for up by are you looking for I don't know but it's not asking me those dumb what's going on with this or this app what is going on I don't like it it doesn't give me the choices that I need to put into this device I'm not not u

Excellent

A quick google search of my neighbourhood showed 11 properties for sale, this app showed ZERO!

I love this app. The chat feature was very useful to discuss about the new home with my partner.

This app was very useful for rental home search.

Perfect app for my needs. I was looking for a pre-construction investment opportunity. It was very easy to find one on this app.

User friendly app

One of the most recent Real estate app I used to check out some house for me cousin sister in Canada. I have to say I am very much impressed after using the app. Especially the features the app owns makes it so damn eays to pin down my home search and get in and out details about the house. The best part is the inchat app feature that lets me and my cousin to discuss about the homes within the app and not loose track of it after few days. the mortgage calculator is looks promising too!

Why do I need an account, give you my phone number, just to see what houses are for sale or just to access the settings.

Great app with all proper information really help full for first time home buyer

Hate that they call

Be wary of unsolicited phone calls. I just got the app to get a sense of how I'll never be able to actually pay off a mortgage in my lifetime, and I get an unprompted phone call from these people during my working hours. The last thing I need is a spineless realtor trying to scalp me of whatever my credit score has to offer by interrupting my time at work.

Requires too much information (phone#, email) when only one of those is necessary if at all.. Also, very misleading. No where in the app or the google play description does it say it only lists properties in a very small area of Canada is of no use to those of us do not live in Markham. Why is that extremely relevant information with held? Probably because the developer is simply a reseller of phone#s & emails. Not impressed, very trollish.

Superb apps

I didn't get a property through this app but the agent who reached out to me was knowledgeable, resourceful, and polite. The UX is easy to use, and there are plenty of option. I would recommend this app.

Highly impeccable app with lot of options, personally recommend Realtor Sabareesh Nair, who was prompt and efficient in finding us our dream property.

Most useful app

Latest listings.. So userfriendly app. Love it

It says all Canada, but only list properties in Ontario's selected cities. Highly NOT recommended. Waste of time.

Helpful

This app will give out your information. I have been getting spam calls constantly. I decided to answer one that was labelled suspected spam and the man on the other end said he got my information in order to get me to sign up with an affiliated relator. He said they are not from the app but the app gave out my number to them. I just told him to take me off the list but this is a bit ridiculous for an app that is not really user friendly nor does it show the most current information.

Only gives me options for Ontario, not very Canadian focused if you only offer one province...

This is too bad that to see any type of useful features you need to create an account. App looks good

App is horrible

Great

Horrible

The app is very handy when you search home on basis of school ratings

It's a great app but I just got called to survey the app. I checked all over the app to see if there is a way to not be contacted cause I don't need more spam calls in my life

very useful application. loved the chatting feature.

UI looks pretty neat and simple

Great user experience

Wow !!! Great application.
