terrible experience seems like a bunch of scam artists rentals

seeing

worst app, ever. incessant sign-in games, verification, verification, verification. not on the app but always sending you to mobile internet... and then you can't get to your listing to check or respond to inquiries 🤦

56 Woodland Dr Jacobus PA 17407

I have used this app for the last 6 years when looking for apartments. For some reason, this year I can not get the app to work. it shows no listing even when I add or remove filters. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled the app like 10 times to still show this problem. Yes the website does work but the app worked better on my phone when it was working.

solid app. playable ui and easy to navigate.

there are filters for specialty housing, can there be a filter for non-specialty housing? i keep getting student or senior only locations

Don't waste your time. Online and on the app its outdated.

godbless

Perfect!

Like the app

Never Accurate. Everytime I call a place, the pricing and availability is far from correct. This app is only good for pictures, location and phone numbers.

spyware CRITICAL detected viruses immediately 5e3

hell no

Great afternoon with homemade din din.

local apartments options to get in touch with people

JUDY DIYANNI OF DIYANNI CUSTOM HOMES OF PARADISE PROPERTIES OF COASTAL TITLE SEARCH OF BLACK BEAR REALTY OF PARADISE PROPERTIES IN SPOKANE AND ALL OVER OF JUDITHANN KELLER AND JUDYANN REALTY AND OCEANSHORE PROPERTIES AND NOW SHE HAS MY ENTIRE INHERITED MY IDENTITY SHE IS USING MY LIFE MY DIFITAL LIFE TO LEGALLY ISOLATE ME CONTROL ME DESTEOY ME AND STEAL ALL MY MONEY JUST AS SHE DID TO MY MOM SHE HAS DONE NOTHING BUT HIDE SINCE I STARTED CALLING HER OUT EVERYWHERE I HA E SO MUCH EVIDENCE WARNED

It would be nice to have the option to exclude/filter out income restricted properties from searches.

Hard to find apartments in other cities. For some reason it wants my current location to find an apartment in a city 1,000 miles away. If you don't want to look locally, the app is useless.

I think not my third choice

can't find what you looking for keeps redirecting to other side that doesn't make sense

broken ui

now a new app but not compatible with my phone... great... just great...

It's straight forward. print is a little small. I would like a feature added to the search criteria. I would like to filter out certain property management companies.

the new update makes it unusable

I love the way, how easy, it was to find of apartment on, this site. I stay in North Haven Apts located in Brookhaven Ms. We have been staying here going on 4 years. My property manager, name is Ms. Frances Robinson, she is really cool lady. If u have of problem, with anything she's the woman to see. I love the way, the property is taken care of especially. They have of convenience wash room, when u need to wash your clothes. I truly love where I stay, I would definitely recommend it.

nothing about this to write home about.

its a great platform for just apartments, but not everyone advertises with them. you only get the ones that are desperate. ive had better luck just searching googlr maps for apartments amd navigating their website. its more updated and accurate then this app.

"We put AI in the apartment searching app!" im so sick of ai man

I typed in studio apt. and nothing showed up, then I typed in 1 bedroom and nothing showed up. I uninstalled it.

Without a map view, this app is useless. Uninstalling.

Doesn't let one sort by lowest to highest anymore, always lists 4 bedrooms even after I select one bedroom, pictures are out of date, rental information is out of date and none of the contacts are available

has improved

I owned. got married now a widow , renting in a place with mice, snakes, to much money for what we get

it's not showing pics

nice

laggy garbage

I installed the app, and there were no images. I put in my filters and still there were no images. when I would try to zoom into the map to at lest see where these places are located there were no streets anywhere. Almost like no map. so I signed out, then back in under another email and same problem. So I uninstalled the app then reinstalled it and its the same problem with the images and maps. very frustrating.

Since last update, as other users have pointed out, photos fail to load, floorplans fail to load. App is useless without a fix.

horrible UI

None of the pictures load and there is no update to fix. Uninstalling.

photos not loading. App needs bugs fixed 7.31.2026 Also the app needs a filter option to REMOVE student only and senior only options. Another helpful filter would be something that can filter out room only rentals. please

I'm looking for 2 minutes for us to be looking into the future for the families this is going to be looking for for bedroom possible it's got one with the steadfast voucher is mean the disability is in place will be I will be contacting you in a few and if you can get me the time I will be able to take time in this evening to take a look at the available units if it is available mahalo.

Ever since the 7/15 update, no photos are shown. For any property. Not a single one loads. Cache was cleared, app was reinstalled, not one photo is shown. So I'm done with this garbage app. Never again.

they have the wrong info and old reviews that they just leave on there. which false info about the condos I live in. they are saying the condos are apartments, these are individually owned. Town Square Lofts is a mid rise secure condominium building. I've tried to write to them so they can take it off their side or change it and I've never gotten anything in return or even any acknowledgment but also I cannot write to give feedback to them on their website I think they have me blocked.

All apartment unit bathrooms should only have floor showers regardless of who lives in them!

not much luck yet, too expensive, need acceptance for emotional support dog!

Pretty good to go through but I haven't 🚫 went to an actual apartment yet so, ya know... 🤷🏻‍♀️

The app is very helpful and useful. Easy to navigate and request about residency. However the app constantly crashes and restarts while you're in the middle of looking at a property. Those bugs should be fixed. That is my only concern. Other than that, the app is fine

Everything is a scam or is an old posting that never got taken down. The app will open every ad as you scroll through the listings as if you selected it. The map doesn't really work when you try to move it or zoom to get an idea of where the hell the proporty is... its all a scam. i went to the local bar and bitched about this and found a place within an hour. Go touch grass and meet people cause this app is worthless and probably tracking you.

easy to pay your rent

I'm not touching this app solely because of the stupid commercials as Jeff goldblum as an alternative ego. you should at least made him look differently. they're now just stupid. and I don't do stupid

Fast and easy way to pay rent, but fees are high.

I appreciated all the apartments shown to me .

the most assinine search and data quality. absolutely nothing is correct. search for homes, half results are condos. search for two bd, half results are 1bd. And to make it worse, no way to hide listings.

😊

is it possible this app could be way way better

the bait and switch practices on this app are insane. never has the right price or location

ok

The app has less functionality than the website!? Can't even view your messages

nice picture 📸

great service

does the work for you.

Application system is horrendously bug filled. No ability to sign from mobile, can only save after every six steps, horrible load times and stuttering. It's basically the website but worse and mind you they made it so the website is unusable on mobile to begin wit.

I'm loving it.

I love this app!

buggy

I love this app

I like this apartments my first apartments I like I would like to stay in this for the correct price

been scammed twice by 2 seperate landlords who litterally just charge $50/application fee and then never reach back out to you and have found 3 overpriced apartments with literal body shaped red stains on their wooden floors. so yeah, not off to a great start over here lol

I was trying to find affordable apartments and helped more than Zillow; very good app to find apartments

SUPER FANTASTIC

worst tablet experience ever. nothing but glitches

remove area lines please.

just started give me a chance

great place to call home

Virtual tours on android usually crash the app

Useless app. Short term lease filter is useless. No ability to filter for complex rating. I run around looking at complexes that aren't a fit because this app is useless.

cool

not showing my filters correctly. wasting my time

it doesn't save your favorites.

absolute garbage shows apartments in other states

False advertising : could NOT zoom in on cellular level.

Pretty useless. Most of the app's menu items and functions just open a link to a mobile web browser, so very little is house in-app.

The filter sucks. The app and website allows misleading listings especially when searching for a 1 bedroom because it allows shared living spaces to be listed as 1 bedrooms. The app developers do this on purpose and are bad actors that can't be trusted.

never downloading again it sent me a code to my email I put the exact code in i looked and it said wrong code

I was looking for a place and i downloaded this app and i found a place it does work.

awesome

This is Neat

Solid app. Needs a way to exclude things in filters. For instance, I'm not a student and would like to be able to exclude those from my search. However, we only have the option to search all housing or search only student housing — it's always inclusive checkbox filters. The checkboxes (student, senior, short term, etc.) should all be checked by default, and give users the ability to uncheck them to exclude those results.

the pool looks ready to go swimming.

It was difficult finding a nice reasonably apartment this needs to be reviewed.

what really love to see it more than what I've seen okay

Excellent!!

Best rental site

this is a great app keep up the good work

Pleased

Great

looking for that 1 BDRM.

Great!

No dark theme in 2026 is rather pathetic.

I just want to find a place to live... get the rating tf out of my way!

WORKS GREAT ON MY VERIZON BLU 5G ADRION UNLIMITED SMARTPHONE.

great advantage

WONDERFUL APP

the app is ok overall. does what it's supposed to. but I'm not sure what the point in downloading an app to pay my rent when it just redirects me to a website.

glitchy but what ever

ive always used this app and have only ever lived in apartments and it has never let me down. So simple to navigate ♡

Why are there less features on the app then on the website? Like one example is I can't select rating as a filter on the app but can on the website. Low quality app overall.

Informative...

awesome 👌

not enough houses on the site

Properties that are scams or unavailable, please do something about this is ridiculous 🙄

they help me find my Apartment in California and it was a wonderful place to live Live In Hawaii now the most Beautiful place on earth.

Great detail. Offers many ways to search.

the app is useful but the apartments are not easy to rent thay requirements are very expensive nonwounder people want to move to desert its to expensive in la

20 available but then when you click on it shows one smh. constantly doing this fix your app please. if I go on another app and put the same features and same preferences amenities etc etc it'll show me a whole list of them why does yours only show one

Love to research the new apartment complexes recently built all over the Wasatch Front. Seeing the constantly ever changing rental prices fluctuate up and down from week to week. It's very confusing.

app is missing the "sort by commute" option. only filter I care about.

awesome sauce

I shouldn't have to figure out if a listing is fake and the app takes forever to load even with a full network and a brand new phone.

good 👍

nice

nice

little tough to use.

either this app is 100% false advertising or the company employees the laziest people alive today! nothing is accurate on their app! prices, locations, sq footage, none of it is even close to accurate! how this app is still allowed to operate in America is mind boggling, they must be paying off the idiot in the white house because this app is nothing but inaccurate information!

has the coolest intro animation when you open the app. 5 stars

This is good place to find home and appartment. Somehow we can not find good appartment home right now. I am sure we will get some good place. Abdull

the app glitches so much you cant find anything

Excellent choices, Thanks

Unfortunately, this does not apply to any apartments in Florida. Basically, it's the same as any other apartment finder apps. Just stick to tried & true apartment apps 👍🏼

Found my last 2 locations on here, but now for some reason there are weird UI changes, deceptive ads making me like a place 20+ miles away from where I am looking to be disappointed where it is, it's kinda sloppy now.

great 4 star thank you

This app sells your location data to third parties.

you put one city and still showing other places that I don't care

Nice App.

The tool to draw a shape to search has no way to erase. there is a little symbol of an eraser, but it does nothing. absolutely horrible experience to search. have to completely close the app to redo the search area.

Very informative, the Website is easy to navigate.

Can't search for apartments with a lap pool. Some more search options would make it better.

pretty cool

Does not work very good on foldable devices, needs more development.

no clue AI demanding the install. EXTREMELY ABRASIVE ADS

very good for you tenants

😁

cool

pretty cool.

horrible

yeah I guess you'd be in this category if you have over $2,000 a month to live I don't.

A completely useless app. Just use the website. The app takes you directly to the website every time you use it.

Won't let me add another form lf payment. No way to contact support.

I like that the app helps me find places I didn't know that was for rent.✨✨

Doesn't show floorplans when you click on them. it shows as loading for a moment then is just a blank screen. Same listings display the floor plan fine when browsed in the chrome mobile browser. This problem is specific to the app. Has been the same for weeks.

really like this one

Great

You are a fake industry

Great App

great app very easy to use fold 7

Both the app and the website, when used on an Android, contain bugs. When you return to the list from a listing page, it shows zero rentals available and you have to restart the app and the search. The app has less filters than the website, so I cannot filter for a rental with a garage. You can add keywords, but it doesn't always get it right.

good app

there beautiful homes but the money is a little to much for me on disability

Nice

This app has another level of love built into it that surpassed the other apps I tried in its category... user-friendly menus and easy-to-use functions help a user find all they are looking for fast without the need for useless information that takes your mind away from the itemized decor within. 5***** stars.

i like it pretty good prices im looking for a 3 bedroom for my husband , myself, and my two friends

Great Decent App I Like So Far

can't load or review messages that people have sent you

Definitely is a good rent

the app is easy to use just not a lot of places in town

its been a great place to live since Lisa runs this place.

grwat

not very accurate listings

too many downloaded falls., can't get what I need

I love the prices

I don't want to move and cannot uninstall the app!

the app keeps closing it's been 3 years and now it's even worse than before.

good for find new apartment, house and, townhouse prices for rooms

don't let me create an account

give the most options

It will say 40 options available, but only show you 3. Very frustrating app.

I'm not sure what happened to this app but it used to be able to do the 3D tour without issue but now, it's force closing everytime I try to view in that mode.

There's no filter for available and unavailable apartments.... like, really? And since apartments discriminate based on dogs, there should be an option as to what kind of dogs are allowed. Not just dogs yes/no. eraser sucks too.

nice works well no bs

useless. I am looking for an apartment. Not an over market price room. They again show apartments that are unavailable or people who never reach out. Frustrating.

This were one of my old jobs location, now I'm not believe my eyes the ways this Old cotton mill has grown up this Beautiful settings Condo's Apt units.

Not very effective in my search for a new apartment. I literally went months sending out requests for tours of potential apartments with absolutely 0 response (other that fill out a pre-screen form) I used another more reliable app and had several tours scheduled within minutes. avoid this app if you are serious in attempting to find a place.

Happy Holidays

So far, I am enjoying the ease of perusing the options of available places. This site allows you to go back and forth and anywhere and back with ease whereas competitor sites make THAT difficult and clumsy!

Issues & Feedback with the app: The app is slow and lagging, they should add apartment/housing lists that accepts and have USDA - RENTAL VOUCHER Program & Rental Assistance Program; add more Apts listings near by Trellis Arch, Virginia Beach & Stuarts Draft, Virginia. They should add the options to manage account and account settings withing the app, be able to use rental payments and maintainance for Highland Hills Apartments at Steep Hill Lane, Stuarts Draft, VA.

I love the choices

Looking.

some options are not intuitive. ex: viewing floor plans or certain pricing.

Great app, but it keeps showing me properties near me even when I try to search a different area.

thabks

App misses about 25-50% of the listings that come up with the same search on the website.

well done

very hard to use and not understood easily.

great place to rent

I like apartment

easy and informative

ive found every plave ive ever lived on this app and its been very helpful for the last 5+ years, very helpful and useful 👍

terrible. everything you click in app just opens a new web page to view it. what is the point of the app if it just opens web pages.
