9/26/2026 I'm going to make ongoing post about my experience with this little bot. the first reason I bought it is because it's supposed to have a follow me feature. any normal person would think that the newer technology still has the older Technologies features. not true because the ebo are original family bought had the follow me then they went to the Evo are 2 and then they went to Evo are 2s and made it follow me but you have to pay for it premium.

Once Air 2 is disconnected, it won't re-connect back. This is a major problem. It could use a solid firmware update.

I absolutely love this robot. I use it to check up on my elderly parents when I am out of the country. The voice and video calls are exceptional. The app gives me alerts if one of them has fallen or anytime there is movement. At night it patrols the house like a tiny security officer.

I always wanted my own robot! very cool i jus wish u could upgrade & customize parts for it ! for example Id swap out the wheels so it could go on tall rug or gas. Also I wish the app had integration with home assistant, ifttt ,smart things or Google home but at least it let's u work with Amazon alexa & the newest one it comes built in! so watch out astro! but the app has some cool features like return to charge, u can set it out to patrol at certain times.

everything is great except I can't erase my cloned voice and it's taking over my robot! Please help me 😫

its working for me, although I did need to restart the robot after connecting it to Wi-Fi the first time for it to connect to the app it's been working just fine I'll be at the small delay and turning.

Logs me out weekly and every time it does it also disconnects my robot from my account resulting in me having to fully reconnect it all over again

ai features seem to crash a lot as of the end of January. it talks and then crashes in the middle of its statement. whether it be on the app prompt or the ai button prompt. can we please have an ai passive listen mode 24/7 and be able to address it any time without the button if we choose. the app design is very nice and easily can find features or settings.

Purchased Enabot robot plus 2 as an upgrade and it is absolutely useless. None of the features work. Hardly returns to Dock on its own.

The app refuses to register via email or phone number. It just keeps going to "intelligent detection" before erroring out. I figured I would just register on the website but that gives an error stating that account registration is disabled. So you're telling me I bought an expensive paperweight?

unable to open app now. made this product useless now 3 months later editing the review. still can't open the app unless on home wifi. useless for checking in on pets when not at home.

the driving experience is very difficult. it has to drive forward to turn around and the turning circle plus latency makes it hard to drive well around objects. it would be much better to have an option to add buttons to do 45° or 90° turns on the spot. or custom turn buttons that you can set the turn. overall the app is pretty good. I wish the camera could move up and down more.

The only thing that bugs me is that the device only records movement when I am actively using the app and not passively when a person or pet walks by. At that point it's not necessary to record because I've personally seen it rather than being able to look back to see what happened when the device was idle.

I feel that the software is not fully integrated. There are too too too many sub menus across the app. the options and such, can and should be combined and condensed. It would also be helpful to separate hardware, software, and operations into their own columns/screens. Easily combining users and owners together would be appreciated as well. In my opinion I believe an outside source to read and evaluate the wording throughout the app would be super useful. it seems there is a disconnect of words

Great! A little difficult to set up the first time but manageable with some patience.

Virtual joysticks are nearly unusable, can't turn in place without moving forward(moves forward), can't turn while moving forward(halts)

Since the last update the mic button mutes the audio! plz fix! otherwise tho great product great app 10/10 idea and execution. a little bit wish the sound efx worked at the same time as the mic.

Completely unable to register an account. Whenever I attempt, the "intelligent detection" fails to work. I'm assuming it's some sort of captcha, but it never loads. Attempted uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. The device I bought is currently an expensive paperweight. Please fix this.

I have the robot I bought but the app won't pull up a load screen or anything.

I live outside the US and both my daughters are able to connect and drive around our house it is hilarious watching my kids playing with my dog halfway around the world... I love this thing!

Super cute to use! So easy to use as well! I love being able to share access to select people using a QR code! My dogs aren't afraid of it either!

Maybe I'm just not tech savvy but I don't find this whole experience very user friendly. I can't get two phones hooked up to control ebo when away from home. I have to totally turn it off at night because it keeps making a clicking noise. It's going between night vision and regular over and over, even if I turn the camera off. I don't know why but I thought it would patrol my house at set times but it doesn't seem to have a feature like that. Overall not as useful as I thought.

not sure why they're so much negativity on this app? works great for me. connects fast and video quality is excellent even from cell network. latency is much less than I would expect. I'm very impressed. my recommendation is that in full screen video mode I would rather have a single joystick versus a dual joystick with left hand moving forward and back and right hands going left and right... this control system is hard to use compared to the joystick and miniview

can't update easily

I more than likely believe our robot was hacked! I have a camera in my apartment that caught it moving at 230 AM by itself! it seemed to be searching through the whole apartment going from hallway to kitchen and then leaving room before getting a stuck! very disturbing!

I was able to connect my Ebo air 2 once now it won't connect. Total trash!

Enabot Ebo X Robot after year of using ebo x Firstly it looks amazing technology unfortunately that were it's stops Firstly the virtual mapping is absolutely rubbish i have large flat with bathroom bedroom and open plan kitchen and lounge it nevers does the whole flat if your lucky it will map the kitchen and lounge when it's completed the mapping it's so basic needs lots of software updates now the AI chat Gpt not very good shame speakers are very good add autonomous please

really disappointed with this air 2. I have the SE and it works. Air 2 does nothing but stays on the charger. Does not move unless I manually control it. waste of time and money! Don't buy it!

I can't even get my ebo se to do anything and the app is aweful, with no instructions. Thinking of chucking it in the bin and put it down to a stupid buy

The login process is hell. Plus, every time you are forced to log in again, you have to be at home to show the robot a QR code. Since the idea is to use it remotely, the whole concept fails. The company needs a real UX designer.

The app is good, so far, and is getting better, but PLEASE give us the option to turn the data usage warning off. It flashes every few seconds, preventing me from interacting with anything it's covering, and I can't always use Wi-Fi. The reason I bought my EBO was to keep an eye on the house when I'm out, meaning I'll likely be using the app on data instead of Wi-Fi. That warning defeats the apps overall purpose by making remote use of the app difficult without Wi-Fi.

Third time of adding this review why is Google keeps deleting my review Enabot EBO X Robot is absolutely awesome design but there were it stops APP is not user friendly the mapping is terrible three attempts 35 minutes keeps bumping in to furniture I mean it could damage thr Robot ivr stopped using it until they do some updates do I recommend it definitely not unfortunately

After paying $1700AUD for this robot I was very disappointed. First, it was difficult to set up. Then, driving it is nearly impossible. Also, it hasn't mapped my house out because it stops and freezes after a few minutes everytime. It has also run out of battery on 2 occasions while trying to get back to its dock to charge. My 3 year old son who really wanted EBO X after having EBO Air for almost a year is also very disappointed and to be honest I regret buying EBO X.. big waste of money

Not great, app does not seem to work with older models.

Everything seems pretty good so far! Honestly the app is really well layed out and login in is extremely straight forward. It feels very fresh and modern! The one issue, and the reason for only three stars, is there doesn't seem to be a dark mode setting anywhere within the app! This is a shocking oversight, and really makes the app feel a lot less polished. I do hope this is added down the road!
