I mistakenly did inter USDC Base address to USDC bnb all within Simple App, they're yet to resolve this issue since 8 days now, despite assuring me that it'll be resolved within 24-48 hours. Generally, I regret to say this, because I have to, I sent some usdc from my main wallet to the virtual card in-build, it was OK. But when I sent it back to the main wallet, in the history it shows declined, yet I never see my fund neither in the wallet nor in the card. What pains me much, I reached out to their support via in build message chat, they replied that my issue will be resolved and it will be communicated via my email, in the next 5 mins, but uptill now no response from them.

They have also refused to list the SMPL token, and a good chunk of their "community" is mad at them because of it. Just check their Telegram account. Pitiful and scummy. Just don't.

I think Simple is a good platform, even though I have not really made any transaction before review. The app interface is the most simple and easy to use crypto interface. And I went through the investment plans, I must confess it's huge a and mind blowing. If you can , keep up your prommisss, the sky will be a stepping stones.

It's not difficult to understand. I mean the app looks very friendly and easily be use by anyone however there could be room for improvement. My friend actually said it and even him not been around me, I was able to read through and understand it without any coach. I have in turn send same to few of my friends to equally patronize the app and see the magic in it's simplicity. I also wish that an AI can be introduced in the future and that will help investors,traders and others in th space relax

So far so good. It's been a good App. But my issue is with the verifying, it is stressful. And to ask someone for a pay slip is too much personal and not necessary. That feature in the verification should be expunged.
