June 2026, dropped rating to one star. Just the basics. It's a quick way to review accounts. If you're NOT a workplace partner, the app is really useless.

Very few downloads ...Minimal functionality and less than syellar UIX. Forced to website. Website also lacking. Decided to consolidate....Decision made to move from ADP/Horizon/ Edleman ASAP! Can't correct or identify outside accounts. Those that were relinked show old data. Shows holdings sold more than 6 months ago. NO RESPONSES TO REVIEWS.

not easy to log off or close

Very well run and detailed.

Balance/investment updates from Fidelity Net Benefits (401K) are usually very slow (3-4 weeks between updates). Very annoying when balances don't update after implementing recommended changes.

I love this app, it's so easy to use. All the information I need is right in the palm of my hand.

It would be a big help if I could see the DOW dail ratings inside the app for the last 5 ytaiding days.

Worked for a day now continually get the notification that the session expired and to log in again. Can no longer access my account. Emailed customer support and never received a response. Awful app and customer service

For what it does, it's fine, but it is too crippled compared to the web

biometrics not staying set to on in the app...keeps making sign in with user and password instead of fingerprint

When it stays connected to outside accounts it works well. It's useless trying to connect to outside banks and investments. If the account isn't an EFE account it's a battle to update. Maybe its time to use a different app and make EFE the outside account.

Nice straight forward app. Does exactly as it should.

no access to rollover account functions in application to make contributions from former employers.

Dropped to one Star as is suddenly and without warning stoped income projection. No has near zero value, will be deleting.

App is very slow to load and external account balances are always delayed by 1-2 days.

Limited information. No way to see fees charged.

Suddenly ads appeared. With the amount of money I've invested, I don't want ads.

Unable to do anything but look at your balance. Can't see a breakdown of your contributions just that your balance went up.

It has a good interface, but doesn't always update the accounts. More often than not it's days behind. I know the problem is with EFE app, because if I follow the links to Financial Engines from within my 401k, it's updated.

Balances are frequently incorrect

Very minimal features / looks at data. And access to data is not available 24 / 7.

Gives stock numbers and little else. Can't even renew my preference for electronic monthly updates.

Most basic financial app. Shows balances. Needs historical data to have any value to a User. Also projections, 'what if' scenarios, etc. I'm de-installing. No sense having this App on my mobile when I can go on-line and find more info. This a a BIG Swing and Miss by Edelman ⚾️🚫

This app is a bench-warming, Junior Varsity player at the Superbowl. It knows a couple of things, but isn't doing anything to help me win the game. In the year 2022, I expect much more from a company of this size.

Easy to use and fun to track. I like I was never asked to link other accounts, but it has that option so you can more accurately track net worth.

I have been using this app extensively for a few years now and it is really top-notch. I use it on my laptop and on my cell phone. All of my investments are tracked in this one app.

Easy to use and get to my accounts for faster access.

I can't even get it to install.

I see a lot about people having errors. Must be their device. I have zero issues. Installed and logged in within a minute. App is a much quicker way to look at my portfolio on the go than logging into my computer. Up to date and easy to use interface.

"Sorry, this app isn't available for your account yet." is the only message I get when trying to sign in. The app works fine on my corporate iPhone but my account can't be pulled up on Android. Very frustrating.

The app had me sign in and then said my account wasn't available for use in the app. What a waste.
