I've spent over an hour trying to make new spending pockets or savings goals. The help section is useless and there's no note on the accounts saying new goals are not available right now. Support said it's an app or account issue. Okay post info about it. Also they say repeatedly "If you have a builder card you can create 25 spending pockets." HOW MANY IF YOU DON'T HAVE A BUILDER CARD?!

i had a refund that they could see,but wouldnt release my money until 5 days later, even tho the money was taken immediately,i contacted support where i was told id be getting a $10credit for the troubles cool, until i never received the $10refund the supervisor said id get.so I reached back out to support to be told by another supervisor i wouldnt be getting anything and I have to wait 5 days on my refund and there's nothing they can do.took no accountability for the other guy lying.never again

every month when I get paid I have an issue with this card I have lost every dispute I've ever disputed I've had money taken out of my savings by some unknown company which I thought the savings was supposed to keep you safe it doesn't I've had this card for about 2 years maybe and it's like I'm a newcomer I don't get benefits my overdrive doesn't go beyond 20 and there is no advance so I don't know what the hell I will never use this app again I'm going to be going this week to change my D D

didnt get my extra gas rewards last time and now I seem to be unable to set up recurring transfers from pay automated which totally screws up my budgeting and the point of pay autosave for me stop this.

I can't even connect to my work to get access to my pay because my company is 'unavailable' when other coworkers have access and it has been for months almost a year now for me, I had this issue with the former app and I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone for help. their support chat ai is practically useless because I'm not able to make my account without being able to verify my work which I can't do!

This is the absolute worst bank card! I switched from Capital one to one pay because I use Walmart and Sam's. Thank goodness I didn't close my Capital One until I tried the bank out so I can switch back. If you have say $50 in your savings and 100 in your checking and your transaction is for $103, if the one pay system moves the money to cover the difference it makes your account negative for 8 days to complete what should be an automatic transfer. it is the worst bank I've ever used.

app works fine, but there is no reason it should take a week to deposit a check via mobile. all the other banking apps take 3 days max. People need their money and services like mobile check deposit are supposed to help them "get it faster"

Too easy! I have changed my mind. Dealing with you is such a headache. I get that you need to verify the person making the purchases however how am I supposed to get my email code entered in when I come back to enter it the screen is gone and you want to start over and send me another code. I'm just over it altogether.

Walmart has done it again. it is hard to resist this card. What is not to like? the only thing I don't like is the marketing on the bottom of the page for I r a's or crypto. i really only need this information once.

They dinged my credit for a DEBIT card! It has good benefits but I had nearly perfect credit until they did that, and they won't remove it. Grrr.... Gas discounts and Walmart benefits help.

I just got done seeing all the bad reviews and I will be cutting this card up and deleting my account this afternoon. I can't afford for my money to be tied up in this banks shinanigans like that.

They sent me a phony text message saying I can view tracking for a Walmart order using the app. Once they had my data (no tracking by the way) they refused to delete my data and my account claiming "There is no legal basis to process your request." Filed a complaint with BBB. These people are data thieves.

Got a one time use debit card. When the balance was used up, OnePay was charging a $12 fee for inactivity. Avoid using this app. They have all your personal information. All customer service is in India. Big mistake to use this service.

Winney from OnePay Support was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. She explained how certain security app settings could interfere with OnePay, which helped me discover the actual issue. hands down the worst customer service in human history. not only rude but just completely inept on the job at hand and was of litterally zero assistance

They do not fulfill their cash back rewards offers if you make more than one transaction even though the offers aren't limited to one use. I have multiple vehicles so will fill them all up during the $1 per gallon reward. They only give cash back for the smallest transaction each time. When contacting customer service they just say "it will take up to 10 days". I've been hearing that for 2 months.

The entire app/card/ease of use is all very complicated. They are super slow to apply payments, super slow to communicate issues, and it's a huge pain to try and deposit money at an atm, and by that I mean you can't. I had to hope I could get to a Walmart Money Center within their operating hours (which are different from their store hours) to make deposits. My account was then closed without warning even though all my payments were made in full prior to my due date. BEWARE!

I like this app it just doesn't keep you into money like chime does but it is a good app

I have been trying to delete my account since I signed up and they are refusing to do so. Please do not sign up as they will keep your information. Update - my account is still not closed and I received no response to the email I sent.

been using this since 2022 when I worked at walmart. I have continued using with my new employer. Absolutely love this banking app and all of the features. Its very user friendly and I've had my husband and father switch to it too. I love the newest teen option and have since cancelled greenlight. I would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Unlike most online payment platforms, this one requires opening a credit card to get your sign-on bonus cashback. Not only that, you have to contact customer support to close your account, despite other platforms not requiring that. They are also pushing crypto in the app. Very shady all around, use a different payment service and don't bother with this one.

this app sux they restricted my account the day I made it because I tried to transfer my money to my bank and now I have to wait 24 to 48 hrs while they investigate

i recently rated the app unfairly. i looked at the app wrong. i do love the onepay card and the features. i would suggest the card to others. the cash advance has come in handy many times. it has been a great help. i also love the fact that it can help me rebuild my credit. i have the builder card. onepay employees keep up the awesome work . thank you.

I deposited $700 cash to these scammers for an online purchase, they didnt allow me to make the purchase on the website that i deposited it for, asked to get a refund, I had to threaten to sue and fought for almost a month to be able to even use the money on the card elsewhere, and now they're charging me an "inactivity fee" of almost $20 DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Add "Remaining Statement Balance" to pay options. I need to know how much of the statement balance I've paid so far. I accidentally double paid my entire statement balance because I forgot that I had paid it already!

They're trying to take money from my roth ira withdraw which are from my original contributions which aren't subject to tax nor early withdraw penalties per the IRS.

there's a slight delay while loading the app and some taps restarts the app by itself, now it happens when using the card it charges the account but it won't show after a few minutes, if you can add transactions history it would be great, will improve star rating when I see the app improving as well

when you need customers service yu get it fro people that has a very hard accent on English. They are from Indiaand can't hardlyunderstand. They use say "yes man, yes man" but they don''t solve anything. Hired Americans!
