It works and I've been able to manage my money with it. That's a lot more than can be said about the NS&I app. NS&I should follow your example. Natwest knows how to make an app that works.

missing money since Friday or Saturday. the bank paid out without my permission £101 nearly pounds. it's still not been returned back to me. I'm now eating food out of trash bins FOR I'm diabetic.

difficult to navigate through each account.

Finding the bit to freeze/unfreeze card is not easy, it's not in an obvious place.. unintuitive app.

Easy to login..

It's incredibly frustrating how hard it is to log in, it needs too many details and every time the screen turns off (because you are searching for all those details on notes, your wallet..) it asks to start again. Plus, once it gets blocked, the mobile website platform to recover your account is inefficient. You'd claim that it's important to make it hard for security reasons, but Revolut or Monzo, for example have way smoother processes, it would be great if you solved this

I have been a customer for over 25 years. I would definitely recommend the NatWest to everyone. Never had a problem with you, staff always polite, friendly, and helpful. Speedy to resolve any problems.

Easy to use but the constant 'reminders' that you can't get rid of are seriously annoying.

Ok when it's working, but when it screws up it really screws up, 1st issue this morning was it didn't recognize my fingerprints, then my password and I'm locked out, re set it all up and now the damn app keeps throwing a connection error yet a speed test tells me im getting 41.9mbps download and 8.91mbps upload, so now unable to even use the app, wife had an update recently and then another to fix issues so i tried a fresh instal and it's still the same error. Update: it was vodfone going down

great app turned useless. Now it requires biometrics for everything. And these biometrics are stored on natwest servers, not encrypted on my phone. When they got hacked (and they will, even FBI was hacked), my face, voice and retina is compromised. I can change my password, but not biometrics. I'm doomed until my death. My identity compromised with no recovery option. I've moved back on online banking and considering changing bank. Natwest became an IT dinosaur... :-(

the latest update moved everything and is no longer intuitive. also regularly down "for maintenance". they really need to learn the phrase, if it isn't broke don't fix it and it just gets worse - constant notifications that the app isn't responding when it's very clearly working. I'd call it a joke but jokes are funny, this is infuriating

Cora misinterprets requests and if you are not careful the bank will act upon misinterpreted requests at your disadvantage. Not happy dealing with a digital agent when it comes to banking matters. Seriously disappointed with this.

Drop my phone, totally wrecked screen and thus can't use it. Barclays won't run on this new device (android 16?) so can't use them anymore - HSBC wants a photo ID check, which after 5 times trying to get it working (keeps failing to either take a picture: hold still, but nothing happens) or their app just locks up. Get this app to get NatWest again and LUCKILY as they use the good old passcodes etc for account access (which I wrote down) I'm back in the app again without any problems. 👍10/10

App doesn't allow you to view documents properly on a bigger screen. One is forced to read important legal documents on this tiny screen. It also keeps logging you off with no way of continuing where you left off

Easy to use and notifications telling me to make a payment just because I am near the limit is patronising. I know how much I've spent and don't need to either pay you or phone because I'm struggling- because I haven't exceeded the limit and I am not struggling.

What's the point of having a running balance if it does not include a pending transactions ? it used to. now NatWest just likes getting me overdrawn. I cannot keep track of my money. Would give this app 5 stars if it showed immediate outgoings. Cannot show money or payments that have been spent even though it reflects in your how much you spend limit. The bank says it is because not all shops etc take payment straight away. Not good enough has the bank knows you have used your card

Banking app easy to install

The login flow does not allow you to switch apps or it resets, but the password inputs are split and random. This means if you use a password manager and can't remember 20 characters and their exact position it's basically impossible to login.

The app gets bigger and slower than ever. Now it boasts "third party cookies" for added functionality. There was me thinking my money, and data, were safe with NatWest, but apparently not.

This used to be an easy to use intuitive app but recent updates seem to have made it less reliable and convoluted. Today I received a message that my fixed interest cash ISA was maturing and I wanted to roll it over into a new fixed interest cash ISA. Should be easy, but no I have to open a new account, disregard options to add money, ignore irrelevant questions about already using this years allowance etc. Why not have a simple option, transfer from maturing ISA when it matures? oh, no more spa

App often fails to recognise/authenticate my device, and requires as much as 4 different login details to access. I forgot one, so the account recovery took about half an hour because it resets your progress if you spend more than 60 seconds away from the device.

I have no idea how these things get hacked: it's my account and I can't get access! I'm afraid the criminals have won: it's now impossible to bank effectively - lift up that mattress again.......

The latest update has made it a factor of 3-4 slower than the previous version for no - so far as I can discover - additional functionality. Now nearly 500MB in size - by far the largest app on my tablet - for no additional functionality. Why?

Since the last update I have been unable to use the pdf facility, which is a pain as I am trying to reconcile the final Estate accounts for my late mother (I am the Executor).

awful apps very bare minimum access and information. aihelp never helps. cannot access any relevant account information and can't see statements and repayments are unclear.

application not showing all the payments (mortgage)and deductions ( like in the banking app), it has to be total then deductions, then what is left to pay.. you can do better.. also, why am I waiting almost a month to see if it was deducted from the body of the credit or not?! too complicated otherwise thanks

This app implements the insanely over-prudent 'security features' of (i) disabling multitasking, and (ii) unloading the app if you navigate away from it for more than a few nanoseconds. This makes authorising token £0 confirmation transactions (such as the ones PayPal use) and confirming e-mailed passcode during the initial onboarding of the app nigh on impossible without a second device! Do any of fintech app developers actually test their software! Eat the 'dog food' you serve up FFS!

Poor compared to modern banks. Asks for face and voice approval for authentication? nope. Why does just natwest need it. The UI is bland and boring. No clear benefits with staying with them. Already moved to revolut and monzo and havent looked back and dont miss it at all.

I have been with Nat West for over 50 years and have always been very happy with the service I have received. I've now moved on to mobile banking and using the app both of which give me security and up to date information.

The app itself is reasonably good but the help section with that waste of time AI CORA is abysmal, it cannot answer simple questions and I mean simple questions, if you want a human being then it will take up as long as two hour to deal with a human. Nat West have closed a lot of branches and the AI employed is hopeless, they closed branches which means more profit for shareholders.

Online payments were denied several times. after clicking on the notifications with message "due to suspicious activity" it opens the app and you can't find what and why it was denied; there is no mention of the fact of denial thus you just can't tell the transaction is legitimate and done by me. eventually, I switched to another card to make online payment.

it's not a very clear app

impenetrable even if you have your passwords. Then you finally get in and the payment service is unavailable. Spectacular.

I love this app it's so convenience but the icon has disappeared off my phone and in having to go to play store to get on it every time I want to check anything a bit of a pain

The app on my Android device is showing my cards are frozen even though I have not frozen them i have been into my local branch but they say there is no problem.

Does not Open on Chromebook Plus Uninstalled/ reinstalled. VPN on/ VPN off (On should work really to protect transactions) NatWest really are an old bank but not having a cross platform app is a failing from circa 2008

how do I delete a lot of Notifications collecting on my Android phone ???? I have notifications waiting as far back as 2022.

borderline unusable. it keeps resetting every time you background so you cant check details from other apps etc.

Though it is too much for an aging brain, it is a well built app. I have difficulties at times to navigate through, it is still a great bank and app.

Switching out resets login process. You are required to supply specific characters of your password which changes each time you need to login. If you apply secure password practices then switching out to your password manager resets the entire login process. Therefore you either need an easy non-complex password or you need to write it down in plaintext so you can avoid switching out. Utterly daft! fix this please!

The worst login ever. Seems to be back 20 years ago, when they ask you the 3rd, 4th and 11th character of your password. How does this makes it more secure? Never heard of MFA? Are you so old minded? In addition to this the login works only on Web, I cannot figure out why it fails on app. Do not call support, they are extremely slow.

Nat West Bank Customer since 1982 Tried making a money transfer yesterday, spending 2 hours for zero result. 'Something Went Wrong' Limited Amount to £750 Now limiting to £250 Nowhere does it tell us that Foreign Transfers to myself cannot be made via the Nat West app. Call to Customer 'Care' - call dropped - no call back. Cora is still a joke++!

recently went to wid draw money staff named Kiran been really difficult asking questions which was already shown on screen I understand it's security but to ask me my last transaction in the previous month and constantly making me wait while I provided all I'd and checks made me feel uncomfortable I Reqular use this branch in Solihull I was getting late for work as I had already been there over15min the one of the staff come over and told him that he is a regular customer at that point I left

The app is getting slower per update, I could switch to net banking, but that's intentionally made hard to use. Stop trying to add features and and restrictions. Instead focus on better UX for people with low-end devices and smaller storage.
