Extremely frustrating app. It frequently freezes, becomes unresponsive, and crashes while performing basic tasks. Adding an email address doesn’t work properly, and there are several other bugs. For a banking app, this level of instability is unacceptable. Prime Bank seriously needs to fix these issues, improve performance, and properly test the app before releasing updates.

I am an account holder. While the 'MyPrime' app is quite stable for fund transfers and bill payments, its user interface (UI) feels outdated for 2026. After adding my virtual prepaid card, the option to link my physical dual-currency debit card is no longer visible. I would like both my physical debit card and virtual prepaid card to be displayed in the same place. Please improve the UI design and resolve the card-linking issue. The app is in dire need of a major update or overhaul.

Good Application

I would like to suggest simplifying the Bank to bKash transfer process. Currently, adding the recipient as a beneficiary is mandatory, which makes one time transfers slower and less convenient. A direct transfer option, similar to EBL, would make the experience much faster and more user friendly. Thank you for considering this suggestion.

Money accounts save

Unlike other major bank apps like City, Prime does not allow logging in with multiple accounts in one device. For the sake of security (there are lots of alternatives to secure), MyPrime is causing major inconvenience for the clients. I will give 5 stars after the issue has been addressed.

I'm traveling abroad and now can't access the app. It says VPN detected, cannot access the app and then it closes immediately.

Banking will be easier if you change the password system in the Prime Bank app to a TPIN system.

This is a very good app. Through which you can get all kinds of facilities starting from money transactions and transfers and you can see how much money is left and how much money has come in.

I think Prime banks app is really smooth but it really needs an new Ui/UX update it's really looks so old and boring don't match 2026 standards they should bring unique features and modern smooth Ui. Also Please make Prime bank's Atm availablity more there's everywhere Brac,dbbl,Ebl,City but too hard to find Prime banks atm at compares to other banks. and also customer service via live chat makes no sense even an Ai chatbot would be better then them so please train your stuffs Thank you.

Not smart app at all. From Malaysia I've been tried already so many times to open an account in this bank. But it's not possible. Need to update system like brac & ucb. Anyone from anywhere can open account by using their online banking app

It already packs in a solid range of banking features that cover most day-to-day needs. That said, there's still room to grow. A few more features would make this a truly complete banking experience. probably the worst banking app. the interface isn't user friendly. For completing transection you have to fill up bunch of craps everytime. What's more annoying is once filling the information for BFTN/NPSB and if you change it to NPSB/BFTN you need to fill up all the information again. also the online chat service is basically non existence, the WOMAN (who mostly replies) doesn't help at all. and the customer agents response after a long time even if you reply them instantly they won't reply.

To enable fund transfer, you've to call.To activate dollar transactions again you've to call. Then what’s the point of making an app at all?They even added a chat option in the app yet when you try to use it they tell you to call instead. This is ridiculous.
