latest update on 30th October makes the app crash out when you try to do anything on it. This is anything to do with opening rewards. This problem seems to have been cleared.

LIoyds bank is the best number one

In the Halifax share dealing summary page, the 'total value' figure is half obscured by the 'current valuation' button. Android 17 Pixel 7 Pro.

Ridiculously poor customer experience, especially compared to the Halifax app. Chat rarely works and then sends you messages you can't open...and when you try to use the chat to get it resolved, ooh look it's unavailable.

Since the last update the app closes whenever I try to open Rewards. I've tried clearing cache, reinstalling the app, etc but it still crashes. There's no rewards section on the website as far as I can find so I guess I just get none of the benefits with my Halifax credit card till it's fixed.

Easy to navigate, rarely goes down for maintenance and usually overnight. Very easy to use with clear instructions.

I find it incredibly frustrating that I have to scroll through 5 - 6 screens of basically adverts when I open the app before I can even see my own data. Every single time the app is open I have to go through this process. There is no way to turn this either!

I've just opened an account recently and installed the latest version on 20261031. I could login to the app without any issue. but whenever I click the rewards link on the home tab it could show the page for a second and then crashes. I tried to clear app storage and cache but no luck.

I am trying to comply with your request for my details to be updated. You have my country of birth down as India , Im unable to correct it. My COB is England. Since Lloyds & Halifax amalgamated my husband banks with Lloyds & his accounts come on my mobile banking app ( he doesnt do mobile banking) May be how the mistake came about. Awful app. I was forced over from Halifax unfortunately otherwise I'd have nothing to do with them. they deter you from contacting a human by not displaying a contact number, when you Google their number you're important to them but on hold for 35 mins. The login to the app is over zealous with memorable information instead of your personal bank pin like every other bank, most payments take about a week to reflect on your account and the app above all is clunky and constantly crashes. $h1te.

TERRIBLE. Constantly crashing and hanging. Doesn't seem to like android 11.

The app is useless. Lloyds blocked my card when I tried to pay the same factor I pay every quarter. No notification in the app, or any other message to say that the card was blocked, no means to unblock via the app, and after 40 minutes on hold to their call centre I gave up and opened a new card account with Monzo. So far that experience has been far superior.

handoff for updating wise via apps did not work, but direct payment did.

Mostly ok but recently any attempt to look at the Rewards section closed the app both on tablet and phone. Now it works again! Judgement reserved for now.

Will not let me login, fails every time - even though all my details are correct. The IOS version on my iPad works fine, so it's this Android App that has an issue.

A bit hit and miss, after transferring from Halifax

The app updated last night and now I can't use it without it crashing. Every time I open the rewards area it crashes and I have to log in all over again.

Awful, spent an hour on 2 phone calls trying to get back in to the app. Still cant back in and the app can't verify any of my identities. Now I have wait for the post to arrive with a code. Seriously useless. **Update: letter came through and still couldn't get into account. Code was pointless as I still needed to verify which I cant. Uninstalled and will be closing account when I get around to it as I have moved to a different bank. **

lost the ability to see weekend transactions after switching from Halifax. big downgrade

This app used to be good but it's terrible now where they have merged Halifax with Lloyds. I have both accounts so was happy using both individually as no issues. The merge hasn't gone across correctly as I have no access to my Halifax cashback rewards on Lloyds. Been in contact with both to sort where Halifax is closing today but getting no help. The Lloyds app today keeps closing, so I uninstalled it and reinstalled only to have issues registering it again. And the app still keeps closing.

Not as easy to use as the Halifax system. Why change things.

the new update won't let me see promotions. it kicks me out of the app

appalling. long loading time and access totally unreliable for both simply opening the app or approving transactions - at times it works, at times no; it's like playing the lottery. now with the new update, I cannot access rewards!?! totally unacceptable for a bank of that size and making that kind of profit. Halifax was much better. no wonder why Revolut is so popular.

Switched from Halifax app as i was forced to do, now I no longer get Cashback rewards through Lloyds that i used to get through Halifax app. I Feel ripped off. other than that so far the app seems the same layout just a horrid colour. I prefer Halifax Blue. Havent used the app for anything yet though but ive heard its got many issues, so I may be switching to a different bank soon enough. Bring Back The Halifax App!!
