They don't let you turn off automatic payments, they say they do ,ive turned it off multiple times and recorded me doing it with another phone and few days later its back on ,ive filed a BBB complaint for this ,because its impossible to talk to a human and the automatic payments charges you twice sometimes, SCAM IF YOU HAVE TO USE THIS PAY IT FAST AND DON'T USE IT MY ADVISE.

l recommend using Klarna & have found it very convenient not having to offer my CC details to each & every online company.

I love my Klarna bank account because it allows me to buy in installments (halal) and pay after one month (halal). I just want them to make it public and add the option to pay after three months (halal). I highly recommend it.

How they managed to mess up such a simple app is beyond me. 1st open notification that cannot be closed. 2nd open white screen, unresponsive. 3rd open, need to sign in with fingerprint, nothing I did managed to get my fingerprint. All of this at checkout in shop just trying to get to my Lidl card. The incompetence is staggering.

Used to work well with Alza, but now 2 orders got charged but the payment wasn't verified by the merchant, so in 1 hand I got charged for these orders while on the merchant side it still says it needs to be paid for before collection. And their AI chat just keeps repeating the same thing over and over again. Not helpful and frustrating after 3 attempts in 3-4 days. Probably just going to skip using Klarna from now on.

Having used Klarna for a couple of years now I have found them excellent for both customer service and the flexible payments and credit options. The application is easy to navigate and it helps with my budgeting and I am always notified for upcoming and completed payments via the app and email. I trust that the application is safe and well protected.

still not sending codes airplane mode on and off doesn't work,clearing cache don't work either tried contacting customer support it sends me to the app that you can't even login into I have upcoming payments and can't log in to pay anything but now I'm sure I'll get late fees for not paying.... seriously fix you app cause this is a constant issue almost every other month with klarna

Have wasted too much time already trying to get through the ID scanning. I've tried during the day and under artificial light. Same results, auto scanning takes ages, and when it eventually takes a photo, it rejects it anyway. It won't accept my passport id or my passport. Other apps don't have a problem, just this one. I've given up.

Every time I want to access my loyalty cards, there's always something I need to do before I can access them...from my point of view it used to be so easy to access them. Now it's a pain in the arse. Always some new security issue and log in. I have never had a 6 digit login code. Its so frustrating having to deal with this at the checkout. Give me a much better option please or give me Stowcard back

All I ever wanted was a loyalty card manager, I chose Stocard. Klarna took over and now we have this ensh1tified product that doesn't know what it wants to be. My advise? look elsewhere.

I don't know how your rating has gone up since the service has changed for the worse. It gives you a false approval and then when you are ready to pay it declines the purchase. Nothing is wrong on my end.

App has locked you out unless you provide Biometric security measures. They REQUIRE your fingerprint and photograph now to not only log in, but make purchases. This is unreasonable. They will soon lock you out of the website too, so everyone make a complaint to the AFCA to stop this practice by Klarna. *EDIT* How can I start a chat in the app, WHEN I'M LOCKED OUT OF THE APP YOU IDIOTS!? Because you're forcing me to choose between giving you my fingerprints or having access to my account.

Stones are ok, so is the metal. Earring backings should be a better grade for the pricing. It's extremely hard to get a refund, and emails bait you to go to their site thanking you for making you think you've made a purchase you never made. After months of having to deal with them, I looking forward to blocking further contact. Too thirsty.

Go through the process of placing an order through walmart. Easy and straight forward. Was enjoying the app if I am being honest. Then I placed my order. Apparently there is a glitch that is not being fixed. My order was approved and went through. But like with many others then the system "glitched". My order will stay processing on the app until they realize they never actually placed my order with walmart. Then they will automatically cancel the order. Don't worry though. I can try again 😂

This started as a genuinely simple app to save loyalty cards. It is now impossible for me to use because today 10% off a hot chocolate requires layers of MFA for "security" with zero customer service for me to gently point out I can't change my email and never could so can't verify... and now all my cards are lost. Textbook enshittification. Be aware any use today may become impossible tomorrow.

Ever since StoCard has been take over this has become a disaster. one after the other. app sign you out for no reason. Every time at the critical moment when you are about to pay, app is signed out, and it takes forever to sign back in. I'm done with this app. Multiple times now that this has happened. I'll be finding something that works for me.

getting from just bad to one of the worst apps i've seen. requires registration, pushes you for updates when you just go for shopping. missed my counterqueue due to that. an finally, it wants to know absolutely everything about me, otherwise I can access the cards.

I had a problem with my klarna account this morning at 7am and at 1:38 pm klarna has not resolved the problem that they caused. I've been doing business with klarna for a couple of years. It comes to the end today. Keep an eye on your checking account. I'll let the public know the results of the legal process. Easy way to see all purchases in one place and to notify of the returns.

klarna wants payments every 2 weeks. I'm on SSI and receive my checks monthly. I wasn't trying to rip them off, but my payment was late. I wish they had different payment options. they were fair and it didn't affect my credit report.

Worked well to get the parts to fix my truck. I wasn't stranded, payments were low and I was able to pay it off early for less than I would have with all of the monthly fees.

Good thing I didn't buy the premiums they have, can't even use it, can't even get approved for 40$. why even bother making theses apps and cater them to people who don't have as much money just to instantly shut them down?. idk it's rather annoying tbh. can't build trust if you don't lend to start it.

If your a person with good credit, and have access to good credit card options, I would never suggest you to use this App or any pay in 3 payment schemes, as all they do is make you incure unecessary interest, unless you pay extra for a mothly subscription. You also gain no positive credit impact if you pay all your purshases on time, but will get a negative report, if you only once missed a payment. Only fraudsters or ppl with poor credit use and abuse this service or at least benefit from it.

got denied my first purchase the this app for a Playstation5 cause I had no payment history and you took money out of my account just to denie the purchase shows no faith in the customer/user of this app i should not have to make multiple small purchases to be able to make a big purchases especially when you have to link you banking info just to make payments.

I never chose Klarna. I was forced to migrate from Stocard, a fast, simple loyalty card app. Since then, it's been slow, bloated and full of unnecessary authentication. Today, while standing at Tesco checkout, I was required to verify my phone, email, take a SELFIE and scan my ID just to open my Clubcard! I don't use your payment services! Now screenshots of my own loyalty cards are blocked too. Security for payments makes sense, but NOT for barcodes. Enough. Switching apps and deleting Klarna.

I didn't want to get this app, I needed to get this app because I want my refund. I can pay well enough from my browser on my desktop, but I need this app to receive money, f this app.

Updated after many months of using Klarna . Used Klarna for purchasing online so far. It works perfectly, I can keep an eye on my repayments plans. Very helpful financially for spreading the cost. Thanks Klarna

klarna helps me to be able to buy the items I need with spreadable cost.

I used this app's predecessor (stocard) to keep all my loyalty cards in one place. Since being forced to transfer to Klarna I have had constant requests to verify my identity or asking me to buy things (windows that you cannot get out of) so I am missing out on points as I can't access my cards which is the whole reason I have the app!

Uninstalled like many others. You don't need to ask for a security code on my mobile, email and the app itself to sign in. And of course it doesn't work in poor areas of wifi reception. One day it may need to you to upload passport copies before you are allowed access. Good luck Klarna, you have learnt how to destroy your customer base

Cant imagine what i would do without Klarna. Never had any issue that they cant fix. Customer service is literally 10/10

It's just not good enough. I should be able to clear my outstanding bills when I choose to. Contacted them to explore how to clear my balance, was told - oh we have scheduled a payment and you can't make any payments while that's in progress, check back in 1-7days. Came back but apparently, could only pay the same amount. if there's an option to pay all or a chosen figure, make it more obvious cos I can't see it. I sure won't be using both the app and Klarna again.

Die STOCARD App wird nach Klarna App migiert und danach hat man alsolut keinen Zugriff mehr auf seine persönlichen Informationen und das notabene ohne Zustimmung vom Nutzer. Werde das Gefühl nicht los, dass dahinter ein grosser Betrug in Gange ist um an die Daten zu kommen. Wer auch damit konfrontiert ist bitte bei den CyberCrime Instanzen melden. An automatische Rückmail man sei an Updates, an solches glaube ich schon lange nicht mehr (11JAN25)

Awful app, the app pushes to add credit cards and payments. Im only using it for card storage. that is where it gets locked out all the time and I have sign in again few times a day. It so complicated, it designed to steal your info and sell it to black market. Do not provide any thing to these guys.

Their advertisements that say it doesn't depend on your credit to use this app, which is misleading and false advertising because it does depend on your credit. It's a soft credit check, so it doesn't reflect credit-wise, but it's still based on credit. You need to have either excellent utilization score or fair to excellent credit rating. That 4.8 needs to change. Deleting my account. Four is much better.

As of Oct 29th 2026 they merged with one pay. I made several payments that same day and next day tried using an amount for Amazon but got declined. If you're making payments, that should give you access to use it again. I did like klarna but the fact it declines you ever so often is pretty annoying. It said pay on a certain amount and I didn't even have anything due smh

potential identity theft scam, they ask for your ID and selfie then say they can't verify your identity no matter how many times you try, seems like they're doing shady stuff with it because the app outright doesn't work at all aside from fleecing your info

the app isnt necessarily the worst BNPL app ive used, but I don't like how my "spending power fluctuates. never missed a payment, never rescheduled, ect. but randomly it will change my spending power from 1500 to 250. and now its 100. also, what good does buying a $500 item through Klarna do me, when I can only finance half of it. and then you add on the fees and such. its just kind of weak compare to SEZZLE, who also does cash advances uo to 300 and started me out on 1700 spending power.
