💯 excellent.service

very very nice 👌 package

am facing a technical issue with my Jawwy plan. My plan includes Unlimited Social Data, but whenever I use social media apps, data is being deducted from my local main data balance instead of the social quota. I have already contacted customer service 3 times, but the problem is still not resolved. Please check and fix this issue as soon as possible.

please dont buy jawwy sim, otherwise this will ruin your life. من فضلك لا تشتري Jawwy Sim، وإلا فإن هذا سيدمر حياتك. the stc only sale the sim, there is no customer service, the recharge and use of the sim is so difficult. There is no support from helpline or even from STC officr.

App froze when it's open. I could not navigate to anything. I have to clear all data than login the again to use the app. It make me frustrated. Also when I using the unlimited social media apps it consume the local data and once the local data finishes unlimited social media apps are not working . Very worst experience.

fast

I have to recharge again due to my account balance being wiped out, become zero

nice

very nice app

Most card recharges don't work, mada doesn't work, Amex doesn't work, master card doesn't work, only can do via stcpay, and when it s done the app crashes, the app takes time to reflect balance recharge, then purchasing plan is another mountain to climb, with it not reflecting for few hours, sharing ability comes after another 2 or so hour. Wow.. I was asking them to allow net connectivity for those whose plan has ended openly for jawwy website and payment gateways, something from 20 years ago

Good

Excellent

I prefer the Jawwy because it is a very nice service, and you can see your data minutes and expiration date of end.
