So can we import data from a CSV file?

will not open. installed twice. just keeps glitching and flashing and then closing. app won't respond

Why aren't we allowed to change exchange rate by ourselves instead of app-defined-rate (I don't know where it pulls data from). Consider this: my company pay me in US$ although local currency is Kyat. Official rate by Central Bank is 2100Kyats = 1US$, but black market rate may be ,say, 4000K/1$. Though I key in the buying rate from Money changer, App automatically coverted the rate to 2100, then the amount is different. Sigh.

I like the app but it would be nice if it had dual currency and that the app could convert expenses from one currency to another based on exchange rate.

Paid version unavailable because its made for older android version. I need the pro or this is useless

Loved the ios version. Moved to android and wanted the same. The UX isn't nearly as nice. And the bills need an end date, which is such a big problem. Was using this app on ios for 10+years but now moving on due to android. Make it the same and I would come back. Make it nicer to use and no end dates. Thanks.

I have bought a full version and installed it one phone and installed a lite version in another phone. When I try family Sync, it never works

I like this app BUT it only goes so far AND THEN you have to buy to go farther. I bought and it tells you how to transfer info to new one BUT it won't transfer so I'm getting rid of both of them. To bad seems like it would have been nice and easy to use 🫤

App has not been updated since Dec 2018. Atleast optimize it for the newer aspect ratios 18:9 18.5:9 then it would be good and people will think for paid upgrade.....!

You are only allowed to enter 20 expenses before it tells you to pay...As soon as you get it setup and get used to it you can't use it any more.

Lite version... Was suppose to have only ads... No other limits... After setting up all categories n tedious stuff... When u start using the app... There is a limit of 20 transactions only in lite version... Very disappointed...

Quite a terrible experience, lite version only allowed u to enter 20 expenses, then u are asked to purchase the full version, which I did, but unable to transfer existing data from lite version to full version, please advice.

I unistalled this app as it didn't support more than 20 entries. Nonetheless app os very simple and does the job i wanted it for.

Exporting from lite to paid version is not working, just lost 3 days of data inputting.

One of the few budget app that does what's it says.. Just need few finishing touches like shortcut to add transactions, goal plan like saving goal for a particular period... Hands down one of the best personal or family finance app... Please update with the shortcut to add expense and income... Deserves 5 star

This is a demo limited version.Only positive of this app after you pay for it is the synch between devices .

Really annoying to use. I wanted to try out the free version before buying. Glad I did if they are have the same in. It's UX is really irritating to use. Figuring out how to put recurring bills in and individual expenses is not intuitive and often end up under the wrong category. You have to enter expenses and then go back into them to "pay" them. My wife who isn't tech savvy was immediately put off. If you guys can make some improvements there it might be worth a second look.

How to input exchange rates? The app is really good, but I can't seem to find this option and I have multiple accounts in various currencies...

If you are looking to check and track household expenses and share it with you wife/ husband, it is the app you are looking for. Creator has managed allmost all function and created a great app. Few missing points - Should have option to transfer expenses from one header to another. Like transaction from bank account to cash header. and then from there to expenses. just to track cash.

i went under expenses and click reacurring but its not showing on the chart but if you look under reacurring its there the app is unorganized and confusing

Probably the bests budget app I've ever used. you can create your momthly plan and then keep deducting when spending mpney, and this way you can keep track of how much you have left to spend in each category!!! Love it!!!

Tried to import downloaded bank statements, followed all their directions and methods, nothing worked. Sent them detailed explanation of the problem with screenshots, they sent me back instructions to do exactly what I'd just told them I did. When I pointed that out, they never got back to me. I guess they don't know how to fix this either.

Excellent but in reports please chance date format DD/MM/YYYY and add ₹ symbol in amount and one last thing please also add Fingerprint lock support.

Has basic features like forecasting for upcoming months that other trackers don't have. I upgraded to paid version, very happy

Like the interface and features, but importing data causes the app to crash. Reseting the database also causes it to crash. Deleting a category should change any transactions to some default (like "Unknown") but instead seems to set the Subcategory to 0, which prevents the transaction from showing up altogether. Unfortunately I need to be able to trust the app with my data, and if it isn't reliable it is a problem. Great potential, but needs stability improvements.

I am using this app with my home PC as the primary device and two mobiles that sync with it. The system works beautifully for quick and easy day to day budgeting once you've completed the initial setup. It's versatile enough to provide the essentials to lite users, but has plenty of customisation for users who want to setup their own categories or upload their own icons and more. You can enter just the minimum information for each item or go as far as to include details such as account numbers and payee contact details. One of the best budgeting apps I've ever used with great developers who address issues promptly.

Helps me with understanding how much to and what not to spend. Keeps record of everything from snacks to credit cards to mortgage payments. Recommend for everyone!

I had high hopes for this app but I'm now disappointed. Tried setting up a reoccurring income and it keeps showing an income for October in the September month. It summed the two together even though the dates are in separate months. It also records the income before the pay date. If should show the income based on the pay date. Glad I didn't buy the paid version before I tested it.

Greate app! Automatic currency conversion to my home currency doesn't work for my device.

App is okay, needs lot of improvements. How do I track Debt repayment? Outstanding payment to be made etc..? Selffina App in windows Store has very good features, you can take a clue from it and start to incorporate its features. About sync with Google Drive? Why only Dropbox? About a windows Desktop app , to sync between Android phone and Windows Desktop?

Very very poor reporting. No fixed income categories. Had to type everytime I need to make an income transaction. No category wise income reports. Simply you can't track your income. Was going to buy but not until you make reports more dynamic. Not for businessmen... :(

You can only do 10 expense entries per month. Not enough.

1) Integrate device's calendar (Google account?), so you can see both payments/incomes & tasks/events in a single place; 2) Calendar needs to be resized (wide screen; current is small/shorter). Make that possible... And I will buy for the pro one. Please!!!

Looked promising but on creating recurring expenses they didn't always appear in the monthly expenses view. Major flaw and lost confidence in the app quickly. Glad i only played with the lite version...

I'm testing out the trial version before committing to the full version. The features on the app appear to be useful except it keeps crashing. And it doesn't look like the developers are supporting anymore? Developers, will you be improving this app in the future?

It's not the easiest to use. It makes you create a subcategory even if there shouldn't be one and then it doesn't even give you a total for those subcategories. What's the point? And the worst part is that I spent 45 minutes setting up useless categories to find out I can only put in 20 expenses. Should have read the fine print.

I like it, but a debt management feature will do charms for this app. The developer should seriously think about it.

I love this app. It allows me to plan and track in the same app. There are a few bugs in it, but nothing I cannot handle. When using the calendar for planning purposes, I have to go to the date every time, just little things like that. But after you pay the $5 for pro, it is awesome. NO limitations at all. I can see everything how I want to see it. Perfect for me.

Everything is looks fine. If direct adding of expense or income button at overview screen with less inputs from user, will give more user-friendly feel

App is trash. Had preset categories for expenses and didn't even have a category for cellphone expense which I would think is a common expense. I created a cellphone expense category and for some reason, I was not able to select the category. I couldn't erase numbers I input into the calculator as well. App was deleted within 5 mins of using it. Wish I could give a negative amount of stars.

Only allowed 50 entries. You have to pay to input more entries.

What's with all the hate? It's a light version of a really awesome app. Once you understand how it works, it helps a whole lot! Among all other budgeting apps, I still find this to be the best for managing finances - bills, savings, expenditures, accounts management. And I've been using this since 2012. I suggest trying it out and getting a good understanding of how it works. Reset, then test, until you find the setup that works for you. Then purchase the full version when you're ready. It will be worth it.

So excited when I finally started using this app. Then I read there are CAPS in entries before demanding upgrade. Still cannot find out IF also an online component. Want to love and use, but struggling to love it. Devs, please address.

Looks like the first app that actually fits my needs. Unfortunately, it wants me to login/sync (my financial info?!) which is a complete dealbreaker. Would try again if there's an offline option available.

I would totally buy the full version if there was a balance widget, being able to add an expense is great but being able to see your balance from the home screen would be even better. Otherwise the app is great, user friendly and I love that I can track on multiple devices.

For my personal needs would be a conversion from Europe to Php. The app is forcing an exchange towards $ which doesn't fit my needs. Whoever has no use for $ is advised not to waste the time for this.

There is no way to see previous month expenses easily. What a loss of spending so much time feeding into it. Then I found it when I was about to uninstall it.

Trial version! They don't say it is until you add 10 transactions in. Horrible for this alone!

Adding an account with different currency could not edit the conversion rate. Windows version was tested without such issue.

This app does everything that I wanted it to. The roll-over function was a must and this one works great. I also like the synchronization between phones.

Nice app but does the imports only work with banking. Have tried a spreadsheet csv and it doesn't pick up any data.

The only one that I've ever found that lets you flexibly set budgets on different period lengths per category) my phone is monthly, rent is fortnightly). Is there a feature request mechanism?

But then declined to add an expense or income because I'd reached the LOW quota on the free version. To continue using this app I would have had to delete everything from the previous month and re-enter the new balances for the current month. Been trying lots of apps ... guess I'll keep looking. Recurring entries do not work! Would be perfect if it weren't for this. Unfortunately it is no good to me without this feature.

Lots of limits in this version. I have wasted my good time in setting up this. If you can't provide complete features in free version then don't launch free version as at the current state this app is useless and time waste .

I would like, for example, to open the app, tap once to start adding an expense, search for the kind of expense I'm adding and having some of the details, like account and payee, auto-filled based on previous expenses. Currently the app requires you to tap through lists to enter details like categories, payees etc, and there is no auto-fill. Not good for everyday use.

Its an ok app 1 flaw is I would like to account for my credit card and line of credit but there is no option for that it says to start with expenses but I found it easier to make a budget first then I will add my expenses as they come in first thoughts were its a little confusing the way the app works but will give a different rating after trying it for month or 2 im glad I started with the free version

Keep crashing, not opening after restarting mobile. Not ready take risk after putting all data's. 20 transactions not enough to evaluation. At least 50 should be there.

Not the best in my opinion. it has a good interface but some features like the reoccurring, i had some problems with understanding. Some of it does take a little getting used to. Missing some good features like transferring $ from one account to another, Split transactions, in app calculator...

Beware if you need help AFTER you buy the app. My wife and I sent several emails asking for assistance with the sync feature to no avail. The only reason we bought the app was so each of us can enter transactions but we can't sync...what's the point? FAIL

When I put in a partial payment it shows up that the bill is paid in full instead of the balance left owed, I only have the light version but am very interested in purchasing the full, however this issue is something that would keep me from doing so. Can this be fixed? I think the app is good otherwise.

Hi, I have installed the software in android mobile and mac and connected to dropbox in both devices. The data is not syncing between these devices?

Its really a good app with lots of categories to select. Also have calculator included which makes easy to add amounnt for same category. Simple and good look

What's the sense in having a budget app that limits the amount of expenses you enter

Expense entries must be minmum 50 in lite version . useful and modifiable according needs. Debts and Lends also be added.

Pie chart comparison for income, expense, both needs to be given for selected period upto n no of months/years in app itself

There are two problems: {1} Can I set the budget for only one or some category? (e.g. only Food) I tried set to Food only, but when I add expense of Gasoline, that also add to the total, causing a false impression in the Dashboard. {2} Can Android version set a default account to pay expense from? My friend who is using the iOS version can do that, while I can not find that option anywhere. Overall it's a great and useful app though.

At first sight it seems very promising. What I really miss is a "withdrawal" function where you can easily transfer money from your Credit account to your Cash account. Please include a withdrawal button. Thanks.

This version is limited up to 20 expenses entries. Why you shouldn't describe it at all. And only because of charts I changed my old app for monthly budget with this. This app: Toschl finance is definitely Better!

Too limited. Can't put my full budget in it. Waste of time. You are limited to 20 items total for expenses and like 10 bills. You are forced to but the full thing.

While creating account and entering opening balance in currency other than the base currency, system is not picking exchange rate. Other currency and base currency rate is showing as 1. If this gets fixed I'm willing to pay for this app.

App looks pretty sweet but we cannot manage to join an android device to a group created on an iPhone.

Uploaded lite version to see if I liked it...as it is so limited on expenses, I am unable to see if it meets my needs..and obviously wont pay for something if I dont know whether it works for me or not..disappointed. Maybe a 30 day free trial of the unlimited version would make it better to assess.

This only lets you upload a few expenses. It takes A TON of work to upload everything and then you get a msg asking you to buy the full version. More work than its worth.

Good but...would like to see some widgets for my homescreen, like a calendar/bill and a report budget and expense widget. Unfortunantly right now there are NO widgets at all. Get some and get more stars.

I'm wondering why the icons look so bad compared to the iPhone version I saw on YouTube. Those iPhone icons make the app look so much more advanced and sophisticated. These icons have too much color which make them look complicated do yourself a favor and make them simple simple is what draws attention, that's why iPhone's are selling like hotcakes. Please do something to make them look more sleek like the iPhone as I hate the iPhone and it's app is winning, I see the custom icon spot maybe add an option to switch to the other icons so it's easy for everyone not sure where to get icons from myself to do the switch :( Also your main layout doesn't scale with changed DPI so it doesn't fit on my screen properly, I'll live but it would be nice if the app was intelligent enough to scale itself accordingly. I really want to pay for this app but I don't think it's worth buying yet. I will re-rate and purchase if you fix these two things and I'll refer this app to everyone I know :) Edit: Checking the PC app and it looks awesome, the icons on the PC version are EXACTLY what I want on my device please ( I purchased the desktop one pretty please add this icon option for me)
