So far, I really like the app. It is very simple, organized and powerful to use, especially for small businesses that have multiple income sources as well as Zika, different accounts that you need to have money in for certain things like commission materials, credit cards, etc. 100% recommend as an additional bank for a small business owner.

GARBAGE!!! ZERO customer service. no resolutions, just ghosted. Endless AI checklists, no human communication. Even basic features dont function as advertised.

The app has issues with codes . I'm trying to update phone number it isn't verifying its own codes I know are correct I write them down I called customer service and haven't received an email yet. Why should I add money to this account when the app glitches somehow and sends codes but says they're invalid? I also said in voicemail if they don't figure it out I'm closing account and leaving bad review. This is ridiculous they can't fix this.

Found is so much more than a bank. Track and send invoices, tracks and tags income and expenses for taxes, allowing multiple cards with individual allowance to be set. it has become an indispensable tool for my small business, providing guidance as I navigate unfamiliar waters.

If your account gets froze, you are BLOCKED from customer service! Horrible policy. How do you resolve something when you're blocked. Then they cancel your account... Super Cool! Plus, you get emails from multiple people because no one has any idea where the email thread conversations are! They required me to update my addresses. I spoke to customer service, attached all the proper documents, and they froze my account.

App works great for the most part. One issue I constantly run into however is when I go to add money from an external bank account it says it needs a phone verification but then it doesn't allow me to send the notification.

Not all places take fintech

not a real bank account as it cannot accept direct deposits from institutions (I am an author and Amazon will not pay this account). you have to pay a monthly fee to manually add transactions if you need a business statement, though. Definitely not very good but gets the job done I guess

Used to be good. The more AI that got added, the worse the experience with the app got. Customer Service AI was a nightmare to deal with and kept refusing to connect to a real person and wouldn't offer real solutions to issues. Had my account closed.

With having this bank account, it's been super easy to manage my business. Having the different categories to label different transactions, makes it so easy for taxes time. I will open another account for my other business.

Here at Found we're notified to categorize our purchase to the use of the funds spent for tax purposes to make sure we keep up on our filling submission. Thanks, Found.

best card and app for self employed folks who like to "set it and forget it" when it comes to filing your debits for purchases and taxes at the end of the year as well as quarterly. perfect if your just starting out or already know what your doing.

I can't access my information. I sent an email about the issue. I haven't heard from them.

They gave me an account with the mark of the beast - 666. I asked for a new account and the a.i. said, "No." They lost my business because if you close the account - WHICH IS THE ONLY OPTION BECAUSE THERE ARE NO PEOPLE TO SPEAK WITH then you're not allowed to open another account with the same name. And they don't allow separate savings accounts.

Simple, easy to use

Despite going through their customer support path, they did nothing to help me navigate establishing a bank account when I needed help. They gave me no explanations as to why I was being denied, no recourse. If that is how they do business, then I'm glad they turned me away because other businesses deserve my patronage.

Its a great app, 10 out of 10 I do recommend 👌.

My biggest problem with the app is that you can't back out of it (close it) with the back button. This used to be a problem for Apple store app developers that simply tried to port their app quickly and easily to Google Play store app versions and am wondering if this is still the case here even though developers should know better by now. 🤨

I constantly have to reconnect one of my credit card accounts, and the website & app won't allow me to add my Amazon bank card. I have a lot of transactions through my Amazon business account, and can't connect it.

Lord forbid if your card is stolen and money is spent they will not take care of you! I had $700 and some dollars spent on my stolen card and did not get reimbursement for one single penny. Instead I was told that it looks like I made the charges. they're not helpful in this matter whatsoever.... in fact they will avoid you if it all possible. I have never been treated this way and intend on letting consumer reports better Business bureau and the attorney general know about it. FDIC be next

Mobile check deposits take a lot more taps than most other bank apps and there does not seem to be a way to turn the flash on to prevent shadows.

Do NOT do your business banking here. Thieves.They created a problem where they denied my ATM withdrawal. Funds were available, but my withdrawal was denied, then my account reflected that the money had been withdrawn. If you pay attention to the codes on the bottom of a reciept it will tell you why you were denied. In this case, Found denied my transaction for reasons that they won't explain. They caused the problem and now my money is in limbo while they investigate the problem they caused.

Found Bank was there when things were perceived as low by others. Found Bank provided good and consistent service to me.

amazing app I downloaded it because I do housekeeping on Homeaglow And I can instantly cash out with this card it's amazing It only takes 30 minutes and sometimes earlier to come in no money but it's all worth it I highly recommend

For any real business, this is a terrible business bank account. Unless 100% of your interactions with your clients is digital, this bank app is garbage. I'm closing it and going to an actual bank.

One of the best business decisions I ever made was using Found for my Small Business. My favorite feature is how they allocate my funds to the respective accounts after each sale I make. Plus you don't have to pay a fee each month to keep your account open. Many more features but those are the ones that locked me in.

since update the app doesnt work now... Thought it was gonna be better. I switched from Novo because I liked that they over tax prep, but this bank is the absolute most difficult bank to get money into!! You have to run through so many hoops and if you link a debit card, they limit you to $200 a week! I have a really important purchase to make for my business & will have to pay for it out of my personal account because I can't get money into my found account. This account has become worthless

I loved this app. For a long time. But it has now been months of not being able to access my business bank account. Everytime I try to log in, it asks for the login info again. Over and over. There's also no way to login on the website, it just takes you straight to the app, where it won't let me log in. I was hoping the new update would've fixed it. It did not.

running into issues with a biometric loop that requires a logout and log back in sometimes multiple times just to get in to see everything. the functionality of the app is great but getting in has been a problem with this last update

I really love this bank except for one real thing. It doesn't use Zelle, so you either have to transfer money and wait 1-3 days or pay instant transfers with venmo/cash app and no Credit Cards for business at this time. Otherwise it's great for small business. I just use the free version and have balance sheets and expenditures. Turbo tax loved it when I gave her that.

Great choice for business and online banking

I just finished removing all account funds. I am closing my account. I had endless issues with trying to make deposits, and transfers. There were fees for everything! For being advertised as a no fee business account, there are a lot of charges connected to having it!. The headache of trying to do basic tasks, when it is supposed to simplify..not worth it!

they advertise as a small business loan plan but that's a huge lie found can cram their scam too! I rate thee as a zero

After months of working with this program- I found a some glitches-- there's is no visible way to see if a receipt is attached. you have to click each line or do a search. * when adding splits to a receipts, the programs freezes and you have to hit save multiple times. sometimes takes you out of your sort to maintain screen. * when you upload receipt the ai looks for a line. but sometimes its already there causing duplicates lines. convenient when it works. 5-14 app still glitches when scanning

they are horrible customers support don't do their job right I had a fraud transaction made on my card for 2000 and they told me to send in information and I did and then they emailed me saying I don't have enough information to get my money back this supposed to be a bank to protect your money you money not safe with this bank they don't do their job so I help the crooks take money you shouldn't be in business if you can't protect your customers money run run far away from theses people

I did a ridiculous amount of research when searching for the right business bank. Oddly enough Found bank was never even mentioned by 99% of online recommendations. Really strange b/c Found offers something other business banks don't, tax prep assistance. It's built into the foundation of the bank for all transactions. That's HUGE! Account setup is fast & easy (unlike Bluevine). App is 👌🏼. All the support & tools I could dream of. I've experienced 0 issues. Unbelievably happy I found Found!

I rented a car from Avis and paid wkly over the course of 2 mths. When I returned the vehicle, Found allowed Avis to over draft nearly $2,000 in double-charges for the rental. When I disputed the transaction and provided evidence of prior payment, they denied my claim and closed my account. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOUND FOR ANY BUSINESS!!!! If there's an issue with an over-payment, double payment or whatever the case, they'll side with the merchant, then close your account.

I WAS using Found for my primary banking app. However the app has completely stopped working. I have uninstalled/re installed/ power cycled and all that. f8nalky Ive given up and started using my secondary bank instead. It really blows because this isnt the first time the app has stopped working for me.

lot of legal problems. they must have cut corners on compliance checks. stick with real banks. this app issues checks that aren't even issued in the LLC name from the account. creates legal issues for account holders. if you have an LLC and open an account with found, it is not clear whether the money is in your name or the business name. not sure how regulators allow this to persist.

love the app but the android back button does not correlate with the app back button, which is really minor but causes no end of frustration when I'm trying to quickly add trips to the mileage tracker

so far so good. they've got some upgrades on their list and im optimistic

4 stars only because interfacing with old school customers and vendors is burdensome. my insurance carrier requires a check. Found sent one for me, but its been 11 buissness days and still no sign of it. that might be the post office, but that's still a system's problem. also, depositing paper checks takes forever. I have a lot of clients that won't do transfers. so it feels like buissness is lagging. everything else is great.

I get fraud alerts and declined on 50% of my transactions. Incredibly inconvenient for a business account.

on a pixel phone, the app does not load properly when logging in , it asks for my fingerprint , does not load, and then it asks for it over and over again, until i hit sign out and then log in from zero. major bug

After a serious fraud incident involving 14 unauthorized attempts on my account, Found denied all disputes totaling over $2,500, stating “no error occurred,” without showing evidence of a real investigation. I was unable to reach live support during the crisis, and responses were slow or AI-generated. Even weeks later, fraud attempts continue on deactivated cards. I no longer feel safe banking with Found. check their BBB page, they do nothing for customers who experience fraud.

After downloading and opening my Found account I realized that the app offers so many amazing features that I didn't need use quick books or other business apps! I love that I can send invoices and that it calculates and even puts aside the quarterly taxes that I will owe which is amazing for a new small business owner! Definitely recommended 100%!

CAN'T SCROLL DOWN ON INCOME AND EXPENSE PAGE! I logged in and logged back out, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone. still can't scroll down on expense and income page. My device is a Samsung Galaxy s20 Fe. Android version 13.

Difficult to understand at first but very easy once you figure out the business language.

freezes at login continually. prompts for bio (fingerprint) and reloads same prompt. eventually will load to phone/password screen but then returns to bio prompt in circle. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, no resolution. website directs me back to app login, no browser version available.

I use Found for my business and it's been awesome. Easy to use and perfect for a small business. I love that it automatically pulls taxes and sets them aside from any income into the account and once tax needs have been met, is stops pulling them. Awesome bank... definitely recommend and have to those looking!
