There is no option for live chat or submitting a complaint within the app. We cannot even reach customer support through the helpline. So, where are customers supposed to go to get their problems resolved when they face an issue?

لا يعمل نهائي ولا توجد خدمة عملاء رحت للفرع علشان استلم مبلغ محول لي ، وتمت الافادة انه لازم انزل التطبيق وتسجل تفتح ملف. نزلت التطبيق وواصلت على الخطوات واخرة خطوة تجيني رسالة انه تعذر انشاء الحساب يا اما اتصل بخدمة العملاء او زيارة اقرب فرع، سالت الموظفين في الفرع وقالوا لا ما نقدر نساعدك يتعاملون من طرف خشمهم. اتصلت على خدمة العملاء ولم يقم اي احد بالاجابة تقريبا معلق في الخط نص ساعة وللان مش عارف استلم فلوسي. نجمة لا تستحقونها نهائي.

I am unable to open the application. When I attempt to log in using my passcode or biometric authentication, the app opens briefly and immediately crashes. Whenever I try to reopen it, it closes again right away in a continuous loop. I have already contacted customer care, performed a reset, and reinstalled the app, but the issue persists.

احاول اضافة حسابي المحلي في بنك اخر وتظهر لي رسالة اكتب الاسم الصحيح رغم اني سجلت الاسم كما هو في البطاقة باصافة "بن" وكما هو في الحساب بدونها ولم يجدي احدهما نفعا. التطبيق ايضا يتطلب ايداع الفلوس في المحفظة ولا يسحب بشكل مباشر من بطاقة مدى مثل التطبيق السابق او مثل تطبيق شركة ارسال. بعد ايداع الفلوس في المحفظة عليك الدخول في ماراثون محاولة التحويل وتحصيل الفلوس. اكثر من عشرة ايام وانا في معاناة قبول وكالة شرعية حيث كل مرة يتم ارسالها للرياض حيث تنام عدة ايام لياتي رد بالرفض وطلب تعديل

تطبيق سئ جدا وفيه مشاكل كتير انا عندى حساب وحولت أكثر من مره عليه أمس حاولت افتح التطبيق أكثر من مره يرفض ويطلب تفعيل خدمات الموقع بالرغم انها مفعله اضطريت امسح التطبيق واعيد تنزيله بعدها يتعامل مع التلفون على انه جهاز جديد ولابد من الانتظار اكتر من ٢٤ ساعه للتوثيق على الرغم ان الجهاز نفس الجهاز لتحويل مبلغ انتظرت ٢٤ ساعه ولسه مايحول يعنى ٣ مشاكل فى التطبيق فى ٢٤ ساعه

The new Enjaz Pay app needs improvement. I faced repeated password errors, and after making a 1 SAR test transfer, I could not clearly see the transaction details or status. The old app was much clearer. The only good thing is that my existing beneficiaries and account details transferred automatically. Please improve transaction details, transfer tracking, and error handling.

It's not nearly as innovative as they seem to think it is. I tried to register for the app. Every time I approve on Nafath, and go back it makes me repeat the same process. Very bad service. And then there's not even an online portal. Update: I've been able to create the profile online, but now the app has this problem when it closes and asks for your password every few seconds...or if you tap on any function in the app.

You can not check whether money is transferred or not? Pending money transfer status is not available in the application. Every time while adding money, I have to enter card details.
