Password does NOT hold. You are forced to create a new password EVERY time you open the app. It remembers every former password, but you still have to create a new one each time! FIX THE 💩 APP!

Stupid app keeps saying trouble logging in when I use the right password and username. Then send me a code and says I don't have an account when I put in the code. I miss doing it the old way, this app sucks and never works.

Up until a few days ago I could log in with my thumbprint, now it's not working

it's simple which is good.

My 4 stars is because I cannot see my deposits anymore. when they were made or how much. As a household who has not always been informed timely on changes it's extremely important to see those numbers when they are supposed to be or have posted to my balance, not just show up without any record keeping or accountability.

Doesn't work AT ALL!

FAR Worse than the original app. Clunky login, biometric errors, randomly says I don't have an account. WHY did they remove all deposit info? Transactions only show outgoing and no monthly incoming benefit. Doesn't list your benefit amount on any of the screens, all it shows is your balance. Bring that information back. 10/26: MONTHS have passed of bad ratings and nothing is fixed. Still have login issues, biometric failures. App takes forever to load.

this app is frustrating. I know I've entered my user name and password in correctly and it keeps telling me it's wrong even though the day before I used the same login information and logged in just fine. then the next day it wouldn't work. still having issues logging in.

this app make it easy for you

be careful when initially signing up, it will take your phone number and use it as your username and you won't be able to change it later. it also never tells you that it's going to be your username for whenever you log back in after the set up so you have to play the "I forgot my username" game. also no dark mode

This is terrible! First off, I tried logging in from my laptop. I've had an account with the old site and then switched to the new site. Up until today, I had no problem. Now it won't log me in. It tells me I don't have an account. It asked for a verification code, then did not send an email even though it showed you have the correct email address. I also tried to call. When it got to the part to enter my account number, I got disconnected. I turned on my cell and it won't even download the app.

App randomly glitches doesn't recognize you as an existing user and tries to get you to reverify then tells you contact already belongs to an user. Please fix!!! Response: The app doesn't allow screenshots and I'm in Illinois I have a Galaxy S26 and the error is just every time I login the app acts as if I'm a new sign up. It then sends me a verification code and when I type it in it says Contact already in use.

My experience with this app has been a total nightmare! Why does it keep logging me off? Why do I have to keep changing my PW every day? There has to be a glitch somewhere in the system. There's nothing more embarrassing or frustrating than holding up the checkout line trying to figure out a problem you didn't create. PLEASE FIX ASAP!

was ok. now it's not. can never log in. I used to use biometrics now that's gone. the app isn't showing in my notifications settings and I cant use user ID and password. it tells me it's wrong. the only way to log in is putting in my phone or email every time, and getting verified

A horrible relaunch of an app that worked doesn't tell you the date of your benefits just advertises to you. Might randomly delete your account if you forget your password and need to verify?

The app is very easy to navigate and offers a wealth of information for needed resources.

Don't rely on the scanner. it's inaccurate if you use this for WIC. also, wic doesn't provide a very accurate list either, so it could be the communication. Just very disappointing because you have very limited stuff to get and I don't get to use half of the benefits.

The touch ID scanner doesn't work. But it's still safer to input my password. It needs better security on the app, anytime a person clicks out of the app it should automatically make you login in again. I do like the helpful resources for EBT users!

whenever I'm trying to log in, it apparently won't remember my account, even though I would put in the correct username and password for that specific account. plus, when I try to call the card, and I put the information that I need for that call, it immediately hangs up

This app is so much worse than the old one. It's slower, filled with ads, and harder to navigate. It also no longer shows deposit information. They apparently don't appreciate how reassuring it is to see the pending deposit. They could have just updated the UI and made the back button work in the old app, but this is the garbage we get instead.

I was like, how can the official app have this many negative reviews? It turns out, there's a ton of answers. Use a third-party app instead, making this app was just a big waste of tax money.

Editing, because now the biometric isn't working. I chose to use biometric because I can't remember all of my passwords. This app is so frustrating. I had to re-enter my card three times now, but this time, it says that the card already exists. If you select to use support, you have to choose a card, but there's no card showing, and AGAIN, you can't re-enter the card because it already exists. Make THAT make sense. This is probably the worst system that I have ever been FORCED to use. Do better.

terrible, eberytime i turn around, my account is locking me out because it keeps saying invalid password or username. then when I try to verify,it cant find my account with the email or phone number I used. AND when I try to create an account again, it says the account exists. this app is garbage

I went in food lion, scanned yogurt item to see if it was wic eligible, it said it was. Had held up someone in line because it wasn't covered. I prefer the original app.

pain to get in and unfreeze the card

It looks nicer, but it keeps deleting my card randomly, so I always have to add my card. It's very inconvenient.

My disabled brother can't get food cause he locked his card and now his card has vanished. It's not in the wallet. And when he tries to re add it. It says check the wallet. His meals in wheels didn't come. We came to help him shop. He's screwed.

was so much easier using the app to replace my card instead of sitting on the phone waiting for someone to get to me on the customer service number...It took me about 1 minute to submit the request for a new card versus the 20+ min wait on the phone...highly recommend

I am logged out every time I try to access my account. Every time ask I try to access my account, it says account not found. I have to create the account all over again.... today I reached the end of the account creation for the 4th time and now it says account is already under this contact so I wasn't able to proceed. It does this on both Android and iOS. I no longer have access to my benefits with this app specifically. It's a complete waste of my time at this point.

Selected remember me, at 1st update it forgot me . old app showed pending benefits now it just shows balance and outgoing transactions. what was wrong with old app did it give me too much info this app is not simplified. and although helpful links ads for Walmart+ ebt discount and Amazon EBT discount? now Biometric log in doesn't work and this is a clunky ad for Walmart

Never shows incoming benefits. Always forgets biometric. Always forgets password. No account information, just and only the balance which is delayed. total garbage.
