this app is scammy. it took $5 out for rent reporting I immediately canceled contacted customer service and they put in the refund request now a week later they are saying they have sent it to the reports so that means no refund. they just take money whenever they feel like it. customer service just copied and pasted stuff into the text. I asked her if it was her first day. she was taking 15 minutes in between texts to do anything. complete joke

Terrible app they discriminate if you receive disability. Currently receiving disability for a work injury and I just needed a bit of cash to complete my rent and they denied me because I'm receiving disability. Despite me paying them on time for anything I borrowed from them previously.

It said 1 to 2 days to verify my bank.They did it overnight , got it the next morning.

App might be great for those who want advance pay but I wanted job alerts like the email said. I shouldn't have to provide my banking info if I'm only looking for a job. Maybe if I found a good job, I'd use the advance pay.

Horrible! any 5 star review must be a bot! They debited my account multiple times too EARLY and caused my bank to charge me NSF fees/overdraft fees depending on how much I have. I'm a government employee - it's easy to see online when our pay dates are. I was even promised it would never happen again - in writing, and they did it again. If I could show you my conversations with them on this review, you'd run for your lives. I gave them too many chances, please don't be naive like me.

I loved Earn Better for it's resume help and job listings. Now whenever I try to do job searches Earnin forces me into their connect bank section and my bank isn't "connectable". But I cannot break away from it unless I exit out of the app and close it. Then I try to get back to the job searching only to be forced into the banking part again only after a couple minutes. So I'm not crazy about them uniting these 2 companies I guess.

This is the most difficult loan app I’ve ever used. Adding a bank account and completing the verification process are unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. The overall experience needs significant improvement. The support team was especially rude when they asked for other bank documents for the approval process. I gave up after 20 minutes of verifying something ive already verified previously! garbage app

Keeps accurate record my regular bank account. the only thing I don't like is that it refuses to send an advance if my account is in the negative. which is their idea of not wasting an advance but would keep the account out of the negatives if sent. Otherwise I love it. Likely going to make this the only advance app I ever use.

Customer service is worthless. Other advance apps are super happy to help with overdraft fees when incurred by their early withdrawal. This company takes funds early to the tune of sometimes 4 or 6 overdraft fees in one day - because it decides when your paycheck hits your account and withdraws a full 12 hours in advance. I would absolutely never recommend to anyone. Use Tilt. They have amazing customer service.

This app is amazing! I live paycheck to paycheck and was in desperate need for $50. I tried so many apps. Some were traps with insanely high interest rates. One didn't work because I'm on disability instead of working. (Yes I know it's embarrassing but it's the truth and I'll be back to work soon.) But this app loaned me the money and let me pay it back when I got paid.

all right guys be careful because I never even had an account with earn in and they decided to take $53.99 from my account and of course when you contact them they're like oh we can't find an account with your name on it and I'm like duh luckily my Bank closed the account and reopened a new one for us but these guys are thieves so be careful

I got circle talked because the app doesn't accept Savings accounts and because I'm not changing direct deposit to a checking account they can't do the one thing they are designed for which is helping people when they are struggling.
