la verdad yo les recomiendo que no usen eta banco yo lo tengo y. causa muchos problemas las tarjetas fisicas. que mandan solo funcionan 3 meses y dejan de funcionar y es frustrante tener que pasar por problemas y después tienes que perder tu tiempo tratando de solucionarlo y el el servicio a clientes no solucionan nada. solo te dan respuestas estupidas yo les recomiendo que no usen este banco

when I'm in the grocery store and im ready to pay with my comun debit card sometimes doesn't work this thing happens in the gas station and not all the cash points are available o able to get cash and I have enough money in my comun debit card I wanted to give a 5 ⭐ doesn't support overdraft 😆😁🥹

Comun is a great online financial platform. The app is easy to navigate and is relatively simple to use. It is a perfect app for everyday use. Opening an account takes a few minutes. it's a bilingual app. ENGLISH and SPANISH. I recommend it without reservation of any kind.

Please be aware. do not do banking with this app, be aware that this company offers 0 protection against your money, my Comun debit card got cloned and $800 dollars were withdrawed out of my account. Joel from who knows what department gave me the run around saying that "Visa determined that I did that charge". we're I clearly reported this as fraud. YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE HERE. If I had a way to share screens shots of all of this it would be lovely. This is a serious threat for every body

No se me quiere hacer un rembolso de 240 dolares sobre un problema que hubo el 23 de abril. Fue un retiro en un ATM ( o asi lo detecta la app) no autorizado, realizado a las 2:06 pm. Quise darle varias oportunidades al equipo de Común, pero simplemente me rechazan los 4 formatos que les he mandado. les he entregado pruebas (tickets y capturas de pantalla) y respondido lo que se me pide y cada vez he sido rechazado con la excusa de que no tengo suficientes pruebas

quiero dar mi opinión acerca de esta fabulosa aplicación de Comun Bank 🏦 to-do muy fácil y sencillo desde aplicar para obtener mi tarjeta, lo rápido que me llegó (tres días hábiles) y lo más increíble que puedo depositar y retirar dinero, no digo algunas partes sino decenas de lugares a mi alrededor, algunos cobran comisiones pero también hay muchos que no lo hacen y es gratis tus transacciones y que los envíos d remesas cuestan muy poco si no es que gratis por sus constantes promociones

Unica queja El Deposito de Cheque Sigue sin funcionar. Hice todos los pasos tal y como indican en El video oficial de Común, firme, endosé mi cheque, le dí palomita en la casilla de "para deposito movil" y escribí "Para deposito movil en CFSB y Sigue rechazandolo, Tengo que seguir pagando $10 cada vez que voy a cambiar mi cheque en El banco porque su app no funciona.

La cuenta se abre rápido, con tu pasaporte vigente y la ubicación activada mientras estás en tu domicilio te tardas unos 8 minutos. Realicé el depósito de un cheque pequeño para ver cuánto tardaba y tomó los 6 días hábiles en ser depositado, una semana por el fin. La tarjeta física tardó 5 hábiles en llegar, con eso ya puedes hacer depósitos de efectivo en cajeros Allpoint+ y se refleja de inmediato. La app siempre se queda cargando al abrir pero si te sales y vuelves a entrar se arregla.

COMUN used to be my go-to and favorite banking app. It was simple, convenient, and worked perfectly for my everyday needs -until recently. My account has been frozen without explanation, and I’ve been locked out of my funds for days. I reached out to COMUN Support and completed all the required steps to resolve the issue, but I still haven’t received any updates or help. The lack of communication is incredibly frustrating, especially when I urgently need access to my money. So disappointing):

Terrible. I don't recommend using it, for your safety and your money's sake. I tried creating an account several times, and shortly after, it stopped working. Both on Android and iPhone, it simply locked me out of the account - countless times. When trying to resolve the problem with support, they only said they couldn't do anything. I'm really sorry, but I prefer an app with a more professional team and fewer errors.

Buena aplicación, puedes abrir una cuenta fácil con el pasaporte, el tipo de cambio en las remesas no es tan diferente al cambio actual, mejoraría la app que al momento de depositar en los cajeros all point no tengas que usar la tarjeta ya que puede ser probable que te la lleguen a clonar, a mí me acaba de pasar, me clonaron mi tarjeta y me quitaron el dinero por medio de un retiro en cajero, aún que ya está en proceso de investigación por mientras se resuelve no tengo mi dinero.

Este servicio de banco es ladrón , tu dinero se desaparece y ellos no dan respuesta. Dicen que investigan el problema y no investigan nada, me robaron $720 de mi cuenta y ellos aseguran que yo saqué el dinero cuando común sabe que no me permite sacar más de $300 al día y que raro que cuando sacaron mi dinero el banco autorizó la transacción, y no hablemos del servicio al cliente porque es el peor y grosero tienen pésimo servicio. Es mejor que se alejen de estas compañías de lavado de dinero

Usaron mi tarjeta para hacer una transacción nonautorizada por mi...pedí que no la pagaran y la cancelaran... El dinero según ellos aun estaba en mi.cuenta pero no les da la gana de cancelar la transscion...pueden hacerlo pero no.quieren Entonces dos cosas me están robando ellos y están haciendo fraude Y tristemente eso es a lo.que se han dedicado los bancos desde la pandemia a robarle a sus cliente..a cemetery fraudes...a eso se han dedicado y siguen haciendolo...que asco me dan....gente inepta

Desde el día 12 esperando mi tarjeta y nada,y lo que me dicen es prácticamente hacer el mismo proceso nuevamente,algo parecido a unos de los comentarios que ví. Me hice la cuenta porque la aplicación viene de fabrica en un teléfono que adquirí aquí en Estados Unidos,pensé fuese buena pero me an demostrado todo lo contrario,no la recomiendo. Por fin un banco hecho para latinos!

AVOID THIS BANK!!!! They shut my account down for no reason and took all my money! I only used this account once or twice a month for gas and that was it. They had no reason whatsoever to shut my account down. Customer service pretty much just tells me to f off. By far the worst bank I have ever used.
