it is very nice app. But I don't whap happened suddenly the app like crashes or glitches. no profiles are being shown or my profile is loading and my chat tab is empty or anything is working properly. It is just a small circle like it's trying to show profiles but nothing actually is being shown for the last 3 days. Please i need response ASAP.

Good concept, however there are a lot of restrictions that require you to pay. I was unable to switch off location as you had to pay to be a gold member. Made me feel unsafe, as it shared my exact location.

I created my profile yesterday and it's not visible to other users and i contacted u via mail but u didn't respond.

Dear bumpy Support Team, I am writing regarding my refund, which I have already been informed has been processed. I am having a problem when trying to enter my card details. The card I am entering is the same card I originally used to make the payment for your service, but it is now being rejected as invalid. I do not understand why I should need to add another card when you already have the original payment information from my transaction. I am therefore requesting for refund.

The algorithm of Bumpy is very unbalanced and inconsistent, still It keeps forcing me to see people I find completely unappealing, over and over again and it is not showing me the potential matches or appealing women on purpose. I am sick of swiping the women who like me to the left. 😅 They should make the algorithm much more consistent and proper. Or else this app is just an international disappointment instead of international dating.

Picture I tried to upload apparently doesn't comply to rules, check rules, see that photo does comply to rules, try photo again but slighlty zoomed in, still doesn't comply to rules with no clear indication as to why. If this is how much I have to struggle just to create a profile, I'm not even interested in going any further.

Bumpy is useless. I feel that they are scamming people. I have already paid for the service and sent screenshots of my payment confirmation to their support team. Instead of properly helping me resolve the issue, they keep sending me instructions that I don’t understand how to follow. Their customer support should guide customers step by step instead of repeatedly sending the same instructions. I paid for this service and deserve proper assistance. This experience is extremely disappointing
