Great app! I tried tracking my spending with excel and it was going well for a bit but the features in this app has helped track everything so much more! I enjoy the bar charts that help visually understand where I'm spending too much money, or the auto fill feature from your inputs and automatically categorizes for you, and setting the budget has been very helpful! Love this app!

Could be better if I could see when recurring transaction months left (eg.: 7/10). Also these could be imbued in the add transaction menu in a checkbox so I wouldn't need to move to menu to add a new recurring transaction.

This app does not kid around with the free aspect. everything on it is free, like I can't even find a spot to spend money other than donate. the app is super easy to do and has a TON of useful yet simple tools to help you with finances. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get this app to view everything in one place and get ahold of your spending.

Great app, especially since it's free! Super detailed, a lot of useful options and still pretty easy to keep a good overview or drill deeper into the data. Being able to share a single account with others is really nice too, exactly what I was looking for.

Hands down the best budget tracking tool I've ever used. Has all features available with no ads. Ability to set up reoccurring transactions, and carry overs for each month. Really clean UI and overview of expenses.

I opened app didnt even get to see it work. I was asked to enter my email. I got to get started screen did that. Saw a picture I assume was the developer. Went to next screen, to put in my budget. When the entry screen came up I could not see the numbers behind the input. I also did not like I couldnt put in the decimal. I put in the numbers. After that I submitted, could not go further untill after I joined somthing, I uninstalled, you know my income and have my email, I dont have an app, I t

Needs a lot more categories and pie charts but the fact that it's 100% free with zero ads and no bs makes it a very good choice.

Up until now I've been using My Money to track expenses. It worked well but had many features hidden behind a paywall. I love Stephen's attitude towards HAVING to pay for what is essentially a very simple program, or being bombarded with ads. I understand developers should get paid for their work (apps). I've only just started using Monee but so far I really like it and the options available. I initially had a question for Stephen and he responded within hours. That speaks volumes.

Monee is way too excellent, it is a 100 for me with its simplicity,amazing interface and the ability to tell you where your money is going to or where it went to.I would love them to add ability to transfer from one category to another or one account to another in case that categories amount finishes before time.Thanks Stephan.

best app ads less and no subscription payments. one suggestion is in recurring payments add a feature that it should be reflected in the accounts only when the user says the payment is done or the revenue has come into the account and in the main home page it should show a list of done and undone payments of recurring list also. and also in the recurring payments it should also have a feature of variable payments that is if variable payment feature is clicked the user should have to enter amount

Very good app, simple and useful, I have used many apps. This is one of the best apps. You can create multiple accounts and add quick transactions. Its chart is also good. You can add one or two more functions. Like changing weekdays and day view.

Really smooth process, and simple but effective way to keep track.

Wow- amazing app! This app gives me everything I want and nothing I don't. It keeps track of my monthly budget and includes income. It does a lot on its own and it's easy to use. It has many color options, with a lovely interface. And a beautiful design for an app, which I appreciate since I have to look at it every day. The developer put time and love into this app for sure and it shows.

good ui , user friendly

The user interface is excellent, easy to set up and use. The only thing I am confused about is adding credit card transactions and payments. Right now, I am adding it as a separate person under the same account, and creating seperate expense and income transactions for payments. If there is a more straightforward way available then it would be useful.

For a daily spending and income tracker, the app is great. It's simple and easy to use, I would have liked if it has a feature to separate savings and spendings by accounts they are in. But for a free app it's already in a great place.

I've been using it for about an hour after days and days of trying to work on an excel spreadsheet like it's 1999 🤪 this app is awesome. I've had other budgeting apps but I love this one cause there's like a whole dashboard where you can see everything and it's not overwhelming. oh and it's literally free with no ads. we are bogged down by so many ads everywhere. definitely a motivator to want to donate to this project. especially because it's great!

What a simple and Game Changer app, Stephan. Absolutely love it. I have one suggestion though, can you provide a toggle to turn off the "frequently expenditure category" while entering the transaction. I have a very concentrated list of categories and have it colour coded. If the category can stay fixed, it would be helpful. thanks for the app though 😊

Very easy and straight forward. He doesn't try to impress with app salad.

it's really simple, asthetic, minimalistic, and has the basic functionality and features other budgeting apps should have without sacrificing ease of use. you can also export to csv and Excel and it supports various charts and categorization features within the app. one suggestion I would like to see added, is more in app customization to the chart. I want to see my total account balance without having to switch out of the monthly view. I just want the number and maybe another colored line.

the app is great to see how your finances are spent, however a couple of things I find handy on the app if needed, 1, when adding a monthy bill, instead of having to add it as one through settings, if there was a tick box or switch when creating it would make things easier. 2 I'd like to see in a pie chart of the segments also, some people that are visual would probably like to have the option also

I must appreciate the developer's effort in keeping the app free of ads and giving all the necessary features to maintain a clean expense tracker. The best app I have used for this purpose. There are a very less good people out there like this, "Live and let other live too". Kudos my friend!! PS: When app lock is enabled and I am drafting an expense/income, once I switch the app (to verify details of transaction) and come back, the drafted expense/income is cleared. Please fix if feasible.

All in all very positive, but 2 stop signs for me is the apparent lack of main/sub categories, I can't deal with a flat category structure for either expenses or income, as I use mobile data for import to another program developed by me, I too see no facility for import of external data like a csv file, however don't be too down hearted, it's a strong start for Monee and certainly on my radar now 👍 Stephan, thank you for your reply, I'll follow your progress

Hello there. I'm editing my review. Not for a complaint. But for a suggestion. I noted that some texts in the apps are very close to each other to the point its hard to read sometimes. I meant letters in some header texts have no gaps between them. I don't know if this was a issue in my part. But love to have some response about it. And also thank you very much for this app. I started my budgeting habbit with this app. And I love to keep using it. As a student this is a total life saver.

every thing is awesome , just a suggestion if you can add gdrive backup and restore data and backup and restore offline and if anyone want to migrate to your app then template to import data into your app then it would will be 10x better

It's great so far. Covers recurring expenses too. Most other apps don't do recurring expenses. So it's a big plus. Suggestions. 1. Allow Export options in Recurring & Budget lists also. 2.Allow colorful icons or even Android Emojis as category icons. 3. Allow interface zoom scaling options. 4. Include options to classify the payment as online / offline

The app is easy to use and it's easy to track your finances with it. You can even add multiple people and multiple money accounts per person so you can track e.g. your PayPal, Bank account and the cash you have in your Portemonnaie with it. Positive and negative is, there is no tracking of the actual account, so no way there will be any tracking of your bank number. No ads, thank you a lot!

Really an amazing app with actually no ads and no payments needed. I would only like to have the option to have monday as the first day of the week.

so far so good. I can set up my categories and the notes are displayed on the main page. I can set up recurring incomes and expenses. thanks. I would have liked to be able to see the name of the categories that I have set up along with the icon on the list. I'm talking about the icon on the viewing list of transactions. I see the icon but not what the category means. can I send a screen shot?

I've been using this app for a while, and my experience has been quite good. It's easy to handle, and I always have my expenses and revenue at my fingertips.

I love the lite and minimal aesthetic of the app. It's quick, to-the-point, and AD FREE! Bug report-12/18/2025: the app crashes when I start typing in the filter page and I have to clear the app's storage to be able to open the app again.

I have been using this app since a few months and my experience has been very good. Although today, it keeps crashing. I tried restarting the phone and it didn't help. Kindly help as I don't think I have backed up the expenses thus I can't delete and reinstall the app.

Wanting to track expenses, I asked an AI to recommend an android app through which I could track expenditures, but would not collect, sell, or share my personal/finance info. Monee was the top recommendation. This app has absolutely met and exceeded my expectations. I appreciate the plethora of icons and color choices for bar graphing expense categories, and that it supports (or perhaps defaults to) dark mode to ease eye strain. Navigating the app is snappy and intuitive. Kudos to the developer!

It's a decent app. I need more details in my tracking.\ i.e. see the individual store name to track and compare against bank statements, not just a sum of the category. Perhaps add sub-categories to clean and shorten the list, i.e food > groceries, restaurants, snacks, or bar hopping. I'd also like to identify the payment source, i.e. credit card, debit card, savings, checking, gift card, subway card, etc.\ For simply seeing what you spent money on, it works well.

I'm really enjoying the app so far. I was looking for a way to monitor my spending against my income and this does just that. it's simple and easy to use and I like that you can add your own categories and colour coordinate them so it's easy to see at a glance what is going where. I also like the way you can view your spending by category and there is a percentage that helps to see where the most of the spending is going. Is there a way to add in expected income/outgoings in a separate record?

There is no ads and can change the currency. I was doing something similar in Excel sheet but this is much more easier. Will try to use it daily

The app is great! I just wish that there is an option to confirm before deleting since it's easy to swipe and delete transactions or maybe an undo option will do. Also, an easier view of the transactions per date/day would really help.

Came across this app on Reddit! It'd be nice to add a GOAL feature. Like saving up for a nice shoes or a vacation. With a progress bar. A nice addition are adding Bank Accounts(no APIs, but just inputting the numbers) to track your money. Say, we had an expense for food/grocery, then it'll ask which bank account was used to pay it off. Then it'll automatically deduct it to the bank acc
