the whole thing is a scam for your money theres no customer support number and their smart pay feature will without reason swipe money from other accounts attached to it. the bank denied my mortgage payment when I had sufficent funds. would not move your money to this bank/card or do any business with them.

Great So Far

At first, I was skeptical and confused because of the smart pay but after 2 months I got used to it. I like that it starts off with smaller amounts of credit and slowly increases each month so you don't stay in old habits of overspending. it does have a monthly fee of $8.99 but that is a small amount compared to interest and yearly costs for other credit building apps. In just 3 months of using Atlas my score went up 28 points. I wish there was a way to customize smart pay though.

I made my account on my phone and now this app won't run on my phone. I'm so frustrated with this experience. there are so many different companies named Atlas that I can't even find the right web site to log into my account that way, if there even is a web site to do that. meanwhile I'm unable to access my account to attempt to transfer money or even activate my card, which I couldn't even do if I had access because the card has never came in the mail.

been a pretty cool app so far, I upgraded to the metal and I think the card might actually be made of metal as well which is pretty cool as well. I have seen a slow rise in my credit because of atlas so, for anyone looking to raise their credit scores I would definitely recommend Atlas

So far I love the atlas credit card it’s really cool how you use it and I love how it can’t get overdrawn like some other cards this is one of the best credit cards I’ve had I also love how your payments get reported to the credit bureau right within the first three weeks of using the credit account.

Stay away from this app. They will make you in debt to a membership fee and hide it in the terms and conditions. then the app does everything it can to convince you not to cancel your subscription it even forces you to give it an explanation when cancelling they're deceptive about charges, and deceptive about terms.

I would not recommend this application to anyone. No actual person to speak with when dealing with your funds. Do not waste your time with this

Cancel my account!! They need 3 confirmations to cancel the account. I tried to cancel before the next membership fee but it never went through.

I love using Atlas, it's convenient and my credit score is going up already. Only 3 stars tho because front line human support is so cheerfully useless that it's like Douglas Adams created them... Updated to 4 stars. Once you go up a level, human support improves. Getting there requires time and clever prompting, however.

I was being charged $10/m for their build card & it cost me more money than worth. B4 due I canceled & 24 hours later got an email that went to my junk saying plz don't cancel. Then 12hrs later got an email to junk saying since you didn't reply we're not canceling. Charged me. I complained & they closed my account. I got a deposit in my account the day they closed so assumed was a refund. Heat nothing from the again until now several months later bc my fico score went down saying I owe them $17

1 star for the constant HARASSMENT of advertising notifications and text messages. Lumping in your advertisement notification with the general notifications is disgusting. Be ashamed Atlas.

Atlas has made such a difference in my credit rating. After trying other options full of false hope and upsells, Atlas was the only one that let me show my true willingness and effort to improve my credit. Thank you for doing what you do with the amount of funds I do have and not constantly requesting that I pay with funds I do not have.

WARNING ⚠️ if not approved. You will not get 50 unless you go through Credit Carma. They don't tell you that in the ad because they don't want to give everyone who doesn't get approved 50. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and it doesn't take 2 mins. Now if I get approved in the time it's taking them to link my Bank I'll change my review but it's been an hr and they haven't approved nor denied me yet. I want my 50 like it said in the ad. at least if they are going to deny me.

Takes FOREVER to get money deposited on your account. I had 2 bad charges on my card. It took 2 disputes to settle 1 account. I sent them 24 pics and they said I was at fault! Then I disputed that same decision again, this time I sent them 1 pic at a time, and they found the fault WAS with the other party. They d. One is still bad, never got my money back on the other... ordered a new card twice, and I still have not received it. Only AI on help chat. it's just not a good idea to get this app.

The app was very easy to use, with obvious things to click for next steps, as well as videos.

I would rate Zero stars if I could. Complete scam, will eat your money randomly, lowers your credit, doesn't have any type of customer support, and will cancel your account and eat the funds left. Please, if your thinking about using Atlas, I highly recommend against it. Never have I ever felt my intelligence more disrespected than dealing with Atlas. Plus, they don't correspond with other money apps, so once your money is on the app, you can't send it anywhere, or use other apps, like Cash app.

Well, so far it sounds too good to be real, but here I am!! Going to give it a try! I am honestly shocked I was approved for this credit account!!! Thank You

this app is the worst. it tells you that you need a $500 deposit a month to Access the good stuff, but when you do, they tell you that it needs to be $500 at once in order to qualify. when it increases your cash ahead, it doesn't allow you to take all of it out. it tells you that you have to take it out in 2 increments with a 5.99 fee if you want it now. if you link this account to your regular checking account it will take whatever money you get to pay your cash ahead even if it's not your day.

The card itself is okay, but the benefits are hyped to the point of false advertising. Of course, every time you need help, you have to fight with the AI bot to get your request sent. The credit tracker doesn't really tell you anything. I want to be able to see the changes and when they've occurred. They don't notify before withdrawing your connected account. I saw a withdrawal and didn't recognize the amount, so I contacted my bank to confirm it was legit. Atlas CLOSED my account for no reason!

Very user friendly. Easy to navigate and seamless to use. I have not had any issues with my cards or the app, which I appreciate very much.

terrible awful never EVER AGAIN this was a horrible thing to do I never got a physical card after they claimed to send o evout four times. I couldn't withdraw my own money without paying to transfer to another card and then I would have to wait at least cc 2 or 3 days before it would get there they do not offer a instant transfer option. and the customer service is a joke no number to call or actual cs chat unless you want to schedule a call back and it will be a few days before u hear anything

I had no established credit whatsoever. when I got the atlas card my credit set up to 694 I could not believe it. Atlas is the way to go!!

not what I thought I was going to be signed up for some whatever they say I owe them money but yeah you'll never see that money cuz it ain't worth it to me whatever the office just smoking mirrors a bunch of or nothing really did not enjoy the app or the experience made me kind of angry

they advertise a $1,000 sign up bonus and I was going to make this my primary bank account and right when I signed up confirm my identity. the $1,000 bonus was that day and it said I can't sign up so they didn't have to give out the money. that's a scam and that's a lawsuit way to happen

has definitely helped to raise my score! would 10 out of 10 recommend to any first time credit card users! it has great benefits.

In just a couple of months my credit score has went up over 40 points! and the app is easy to navigate and understand. choosing Atlas was a great choice!

love this app never thought getting my finances together could be so simple and fun. very easy to use helpful and advertises exactly what the app says no surprises or hidden fees.

This app uses word play to trick you into thinking you have money that you don't. I had the app pull money out of my side account for a total of $100 then when I used atlas to spend my money they tried to tell me I owed them $100 cause what they did was when I spent my money it was ran as credit not debit. so they wanted me to pay them twice for spending my own money. Then when i called out the obvious scam. they kept trying to hit my account for $100. my bank even called it scam behavior.

I love this app. I had horrible credit for so long, but didn'tknow how to fix it. After hearing about Atlas, I downloaded the app, and my credit continues to grow.

Took off membership fee after I canceled for the free one. don't like atlas at all updated to 3 stars . they are trying to help me cancel but I still have not received a refund for the 8.99 membership i canceled before getting charge. once that is cleared I will leave a better review on the service.

Atlas closed my account because I used my middle name instead of my first name!! I was forced to change banks and now they're still accepting my pay that I have no access to because I'm restricted. I call this FRAUD. Atlas needs to have phone support because email support doesn't help much.

They don't have a live customer service line that you can speak with someone about any issues with your account. I tried them out at first a year ago. it was okay, but I didn't get any real benefits. so when I got back into this app,I expected it to go just as smooth as before. I was wrong. and they held my check for 2 days and then after I cancel my account they send it to my primary bank that could take up 3 days to get to me.

Highly misleading even when you read through the terms and conditions. They're able to bill the initial monthly fee, yet it takes at least a business day for someone to reply to an account closure.

I actually like Atlas. I've only had it for a month or so and so far my score is up 18 points already. When I signed up I had a good bit in my account so it let me access the 120 flex credit which is awesome!! I was also able to get the debit card since I had a decent balance in my linked account. The re payment options are every week but small amounts that you can always request right back once they take it. Eventually I plan on doing direct deposit to see what other bonuses are available.

Atlas is the best credit card/app ever!! My score went up 63 points in just 2 months of consistent use!👏🏿😇 I'm so happy i came across Atlas, there's so many other great rewards when using the card as well. Y'all better download this app now!!

awful I feel tricked out of 15 dollars mind you. I filed a complaint and one of the cs reps paused my account, felt like it was out of malice intent. I work in customer service and angry customers is gonna happen I understand but I wasn't angry I just want getting the answers I wanted, also the credit like approved when I signed up turned into a lot of extra

My experience with the app is good the only reason why i got the app is because of its benefits that others dont give plus it did say i would get i think it was 1,000 or 50 dollars if i signed up and got approved but i never got the money and then they was trying to tell me that it was 1,000 points thats a lie because on the advertisement it didnt day anything about points so i kinda felt some way about it but overall the app good i just think they advertising the wrong info.
