while the app is good the new telephone system is a disaster. I'm not able to set up my 6 digit pin number

It's just a little bit complicating to use. spent a whole bunch of times just shuffling back-and-forth in pages, trying to find out how to use it. Customer service isn't great either. Spends 30 minutes on the phone just to get hung up on. They don't really help you figure out. If you have questions

the app experience as far as using it it seamless.. but demoted to 1 star.. not because of the app.. i had the account open. Who knows when still no debit card from them.. if I'm not mistaken, it's been over a year now. p.s. I'm still using the app with zelle no debit card.. p.p.s. I'm done calling customer support you guys have all my info. if you want, you can send me the ATM card. I'm done being harrased by your automated phone system every time I call.

Buggy software. Check image capture does not work properly. App keeps on locking you out, have to uninstall and reinstall just to get updates. Apple Bank left note here that I should call them. I did and all I got was an irate uninformed customer service rep who was clueless. They were not able to solve a single of the issues Update Nov 2021 The app was updated and works much better. 4 stars updated 2025 features added made it easier to capture check deposits. now giving it to five stars

it's a bit difficult managing one bank account with two apps. still would be great if I can manage my bank account with just one app.

It's good, but it doesn't let you manage your debit card through the app. The Apple Bank debit card app is totally useless. It won't let you sign in and when you want to create a different profile it doesn't recognize your last name. Also, it doesn't send a code to recover your username even though it says that it sent you an email. Total garbage, but the banking app is good. Let us manage our debit cards through the app.

App could use some work. Seems like a glorified web browser (which is fine) however when I scroll down, all of the buttons that are supposed to be pinned to the bottom of the screen get scrolled up with the rest of the page, which should not be the case

Very good app providing most of the necessary mobile banking functions. The mobile budgeting app was/is above average and a good alternative after Intuit's deactivation of their Mint app.

Why do you make new version not compatible with old smart phones? Which new features are so necessary than require new smart phones? You could have both working versions. Why you dont respect your customers with old smart phones and force them to buy new phones?

I always balance my check book by what's online. I really didn't need paper statements. I shredded them, less shredding

this is the worst banking out there.there's no way to change your address even on their profile . they promised they going to mail a debit card when I opened the account they never did! I went inside the bank and the teller says there's nothing she can so they don't take care of that some other apparatus does! what a bunch of hogwash and bs.. this whole place is a bunch of BS .. all their money is made by dinging and nickel-and-diming ppl who signed up for the free account
