I haven't been able to log in to my account for the last 3 days. Every time, it shows 'Something went wrong, please try again later.' I called customer service, and they said it was a system problem and to try again in 2 or 3 hours, but it still doesn't work. Please take the necessary action to fix this bug.

Very terrible user interface, the system is always laggy. Transactions disappear so often I lost track of my money! On top, the customer service is hard to access and isn't helpful. one year later: extremely disgusting customer service 30 minutes to reach someone I can talk to. they blocked my cards for no reason!

It does not work properly. Always signs me out saying that session logged out due to inactivity. Called the support team, they said there is no issue. What a Joke...

Multiple issues -Transaction history is not sorted by date, and displays the trx date randomly which is very confusing -Transfer wallet to wallet within inma pay is disabled for visitor flow -You cannot extract statement or transactions from the app

My complaint regarding the refund was filed on June 22, 2026, and this has been the worst experience I have ever had with AlinmaPay. If I could go back to the time when my employer was helping me open and set up my Alinma account, I would tell myself not to do it because AlinmaPay has been completely disappointing. My hard-earned money has been stuck for so long—money that was supposed to be sent to and used by my family. I have already submitted all the documents they required from me

Never Ever use this app for some higher exchange rate. My app is blocked for last 10 days and I have called customer care multiple times but they say it will be resolved soon. Very pathetic customer service. They may block your app and money for no reason and you will mentally frustrated.

Very poor performance, I called last Wednesday July 29 and Thursday July 30 customer service, they said it was blocked and did not even informed me what was happening. I couldn't use it as payments to the stores and can't open the app for weeks until now August 6 still unresolved. I don't know when will they want to fixed it. The customer service just said they will inform to the MANAGEMENT. I am very disappointed!!!

Worst experience ever. It's been more than a month, and my money is still stuck in the account because I'm unable to log in. I've been calling customer care every day, but the only response I receive is, "It's a technical issue and will be resolved soon." This is completely unacceptable. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I called three times, and the same representative only followed a script instead of understanding my issue. After answering all her questions, she said she couldn't help and there was no solution. When I asked her to raise a complaint, she argued with me, asked why, then refused to file it. واحدة من افضل المحافظ الالكترونية من ناحية كاش باك و سداذ الفواتير و اغلب المعاملات و داومت عليها لمدة سنتين تقريبا لكن للاسف اول ما صارتلي مشكلة، الدعم الفني سيئ جدا جدا مقارنة ببقية البنوك معاملة بسيطة لي الان شهرين، ان شاء الله بخلصها و مابرجع للمحفظة هذه ابدا
