kept telling me I had to be logged in order to send a message even though it was showing my name welcoming me. So I would log fully out in order to try to reset app by logging back in and the app kept giving me error messages saying "Log in couldn't be confirmed, check before trying again- it may have already gone through" and then id back out and kept getting the same error over, over, over again. I even tried Uninstalling the app and re installing it. did NOT fix the issue in nor did upgradin

it was easy to apply to have fees waived and to be approved. I love that there is a solo mode and a collaborated mode

After having tried virtually all co-parenting apps. BestInterest is the only method of communication my co-parent & I can trust to prevent escalation, and provide accountability without sacrificing any features that other co-parenting apps fall short of.

On first glance is straight forward however I've experienced several hiccups while using the app. I'm new to this, explains things but once your actually start doing things there is no way to tell if what you've logged is correct according to the app. my biggest hiccup is that I use the calendar app solo and our schedule is random from week to week and now I'm having a TON of trouble attempting to get a court ready document for my dates. Not happy and at this point I'll probably switch apps.

Very user friendly. Great AI rewording suggestions for text messages to other parent party for neutral communication purposes.

Doing the free trial for solo mode. Just rating calendar for now. rest later. I'm disappointed in the calendar. My coparent has 1st, 3rd, and 5th weekends and conditional mid week visits depending on who has her that weekend. The weekend is longer than what the pre-programmed version of 1st/3rd/5th looks like and I can't find any way to include the midweek. the custom calendar option won't do 1/3/5. no way to include holiday rotations. I suspect the context window is small. waiting to see when

Needs a lot of improvement. Paywall for sending pictures is ludacris. Also cannot see when the other parent views your messages, this is absolutely needed. And why would I want ai to censor the other parents messages if they're being aggressive or toxic? We need those messages for court, no messages should be altered in any way. Are you crazy?

BestInterest is the closest I’ve found for parallel parenting. The AI Shield is a vital buffer from abuse. However, for those navigating abandonment, 'co-parenting' is a painful misnomer. Using an app for 'co-parents' forces me to validate non-existent effort. This branding is re-traumatizing when doing everything solo. Please add a 'Parallel Mode' to customize labels to something neutral. Help us further protect our mental space by reflecting the reality of our parenting.

Would like to see a calendar added, but it would only help if the other parent used the app

Only supports 4 countries for some reason. If you aren't in US, UK, Canada or Australia no good.

If you're the dad your messages are reviewed. Even if you're not a deadbeat. you're messages get reviewed and either approved or denied.

I wish I had this YEARS ago

SUCH a relief! No more surprise, unwarranted hateful texts or calls. I will only communicate with my ex through this app and receive any notifications on MY schedule, not just any time of the day when he feels like texting. Being emotionally abused for decades, this has drawn a line in the sand that says, "You no longer have permission to mistreat me". Five stars for this app functioning as promised, no glitches, and no ubrupt downtime. THANK YOU! 🫶

Life changing app - I have no idea how I managed before I decided to give this a go. best £14 I've ever spent - totally worth it. I chose BestInterest over the other apps because it has an incoming message filter. This has made a huge difference to the impact of the high conflict on my mental health. I finally feel empowered and supported enough to set and enforce clear boundaries. The coach gives clear and helpful suggestions to keep your communication child focussed and steer clear of 'JADE'.

I have to do the communication with my husbands ex-gf and baby mama. she's insane!! so to keep her accountable and to have her not lie about her version of the parenting plan. this app has done it all!! everything is recorded and documented. all reports can be put into a court document. the coach is amazing. they don't let hateful or wrong information pass, it's just a huge help and a relief.

It's perfect. You absolutely can't get anywhere because it lets the other party lie and you can't respond to it because you can't even say that's not true. If you want to be controlled and not be able to stand up for your child or yourself it's the perfect app. Waste of money and time.

Absolute Godsend. My ex wife is a narcissist. Always pulling power plays with our child and very high conflict. This apps automated responses coupled with the coaching it provides tailored to specific messages has saved me so much mental turmoil and stress, which affects my daily life, work, well being, and most importantly my parenting time. Adds another layer of disconnect I desperately need and gives me room to enjoy life and heal. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Well worth the money.
