This app doesn't work anymore, when I launch the app it shows a blank screen and I don't know why it still in the Play Store, it should be removed as it no longer functional.

the app is ok. but it isn't FREE. of course, the app is a little boring. plus, i can tell that i need to unlock (or pay?) to watch the episodes. my 4-year old son loves Billy and Bam-Bam. 2-stars. i respect your work. not trying to be mean. :)

bruh this app is being promoted free but it isn't EVERYTHING ELSE IS BLOCK BY A PAYWALL and the trial I have to pay something like €335 or lot of money for a subscription the free videos are short and random i can't watch CATN cause of it and the I'll wait until you make an update with a free 1 week trail with no paywall and I'll watch shows before the trial ends

I'm sorry I have to give this a three for the rating because it keeps messing up and then it makes my phone hot and then my phone stops working and freezes and then when I want to open the app again so I can watch a show it keeps glitching out and then the speakers are distorted and messed up I don't know if it's going to the app or phone

none of the pages or videos load. I've tried on my chromecast and on my phone, very disappointing 😞

A few random and short videos are free, Everything else is locked behind a paywall. The screen keeps turning white while loading and episodes of shows are missing. I wanted to download an offline archive of the night time shows so they aren't randomly interrupted with bright and loud nursery rhymes (like they are on the channel that I watch for free) but other than this app, they aren't accessible online other than random clips in youtube videos with AI generated images in them. seriously?

the app is good because my young bro is enjoying the games and videos so far but the app is so amazing all thanks to baby TV app and Disney world mey GOD bless you for making our kids happy

Great content, but the UX needs critical fixes.1) The transition between shows is disruptive. The screen dims and a large 'next video' box spoils the ending. Please make it much smaller.2) Replace the number countdown with a visual progress bar; it is far more intuitive for babies and toddlers who can't read.3) Most importantly, we need a continuous, hands-free 'TV Mode' that plays content randomly. As parents, our hands are full and we can't constantly intervene. This would make the app perfect

Why do you keep on asking me to calculate and when i do get it right the video fails to download. Its really frustrating otherwise its the perfect app for my baby

This is terrible.I have been paying for baby tv for nearly 4 months and for the past two months, I have not even been able to get onto the app so why am I paying for this and I can only use my data i cannot use wifi so I'm draining my data

My boys love the content but the app doesn't work correctly. You should be able to navigate the menu in both landscape and portrait mode but this is not a option and a lot of the games won't even open. Also the screen does not correctly fit the tablet screen so you can't touch the X to close the videos. Also if this is a Walt Disney product why isn't content such as the cuddlies available on Disney plus? That subscription costs enough without this broken app on top.

My daughter absolutely loves BabyTV, so we thought we'd subscribe to the app. Well, that's not going too good. I'm almost ready to demand a refund for the past few months we've been subscribed because the app is terrible. Everytime it's getting stuck on the loading screen and it's just a white screen. I've forced stopped it. Cleared cache and still no joy. And please don't reply with "Ypu can create your own playlist by clicking the heart" That would be possible if the app worked.

Scam. Leads you directly to checkout, but only after it phishes your e-mail. Now I left my e-mail for god knows what spam, and still can't access ANY content, although it's advertised as an free app

This app is advertised as free but NOTHING is free, which is FALSE INFORMATION and very misleading.It doesn't even give a free trial, demo or sample before you buy. Seeing that they are NOT well known, it would have been good to see what you're buying before you commit. Trash. A waste of time. Deleted straight away.

My son loves the music and watching some of the learning shows. Little Lolla is one of his favorites. But after an update, his samsung table 8 just goes to a black screen. I've uninstalled it and made sure the tablet was up to date and still only works on our phones.

Purchased by accident for 6 months. It was not clear that this could not be used on my TV. Refused to refund. Update: Baby TV DID contact me more than once, only to say they would not refund my money. Here's the wrinkle as to why I changed my review from 1 star to 4: This is really good programming for toddlers. My 2 year old will actually engage with this programming like no other. He's not just mimicking, he's learning. I'm grateful for that. Still not happy with the service end. Oh well.

I can't get streaming in non-english languages to work on android TV. On phone it works ok, but when I stream to TV, language is always switched to english. Am I missing something? Thanks!

I downloaded BabyTV and also was truly captivated by the shows. The app is truly easy to make use of and also browse. The only point I didn't like was that the ads were a little frustrating. But besides that, I was really happy with the application and also would certainly recommend it to others.

Fab UNTIL update that's just hit! My autistic child loved the app, and it is suddenly portrait mode, huge images, won't rotate unless you unlock a mini player, and he has access to log in settings, which were previously inaccessible, and he cannot use it the same way, by pressing and holding to leave the programme or pause and he is so upset/frustrated. He is nonverbal and can only express his frustration in very painful ways to himself/us. I wish it hadn't auto updated. Only 1of2 apps he uses

On the website it is mentioned that we can watch the shows on app for free but on app all the episodes are paid we have to subscribe and pay for it and even throw on tv option is disabled why

Recently got this app for my autistic child again and it doesn't play many of the videos. This has caused my child real stress. The support team say that it could be because of slow Wi-Fi, but our Wi-Fi is very good. It mainly doesn't play the classics video's, so if your children like these, then don't waste your money.

The app itself works well. Just in need of a major update. Alot of the shows my kids watch simply don't play. Not very good when you have to pay a monthly subscription

I have been trying for so many times to view Tricky Tracks but no avail, video is in error. I only paid subscription due to this as my autistic daughter likes it very much. Disappointed...

This app is good, however there are some problems. I get having to hold the button for 2 seconds, but why is there a time limit, and why can I only pause, stop, or restart? No rewind or fast forward? Your app on Roku has rewind and fast forward. Also, on Roku, the Songs and Rhymes mixes 1-5 and the K-Z episodes of Charlie & the Alphabet are free, but on here they are paid. Also, why is there no free trials or 6/12 month subscription on Android when there is on iPhone? Good app though.

Most videos won't play. I subscribed but all the shows my daughter wants to watch, we just get a message in a black box that says video cannot play. Very upset tot and unhappy mum.

App not working for two days. I pay for my daughter to have this app but it has not been functioning for two days. Can you please fix the app thank you. I have tried it on four devices it is definitely the app.

The child loves Leo & Pix. I found the app and decided to see if it offered the option to watch just that show. It does... if I subscribe monthly. While it isn't that much, seeing that I pay extra on the Cable bill specifically to let her have this channel, paying extra to let her have multiple episodes of her preferred show seems redundant and like a money grab.

App works well, customer service sucks and doesn't respond to emails. If you try to use this app on an iPhone, Android or Roku you will have to have three subscriptions. 1 subscription should allow you to use the service on a mobile device and tv. You should not have to pay separate subscriptions to do so. Will be canceling my subscription and finding a better alternative that at least provides customer support for paid subscriptions.

Awful App. No point in it at all, unless you want your children to have your device and not Thier own. If installed on a child's device, you cannot subscribe. Read an earlier response to a review saying it's a fault with Google. NO ITS A FAULT WITHIN YOUR PROCESS. What's the point in having a enterable code in your app if you don't make sure of it, especially in this scenario. Poor design and poor execution. I see BabyTV have responded to all other reviews, but not this one. Wonder why?

I paid for a subscription for this app to have the option of downloading videos to watch offline, but there is no option to do this on the app. After searching on the website I found a screenshot of how to do it, but it is completely different to the app Ive already paid for. Also there was a 7 day free trial period that I didn't get, the money came out of my account straight away! Seems like a huge rip off, or not updated? I'm so disappointed and feeling cheated!

No ads (im assuming because Im paying) and its really easy to use. However so far none of the content on the app is playable. So far I can only play Beep-beep. We got this because our baby (2 yrs) is obsessed with Mr Snail. Unfortunate this is one of the many videos that can't play. I raised it with Baby TV but to no avail. 1 star out of 5 for wasting our time and for making the baby really miserable. Shame as the content has so much potential yet the app has let them down. Im now unsubscribed.

Love the content not how it works. My daughter loves babytv we just do not have it on tv. Seeing it has an app made me hopeful but the whole casting to tv doesn't work. And i am not using smart view as that prevents any further use of my phone.

terrible....i have subscribed... but can only watch it on my phone as unable to cast to tv....i can cast other apps from my phone but no baby tv...so i have tried casting it from my sons phone and from a tablet and its the same problem...the cast icon is present but is faded....so its definitly a problem with the app and not all the different devices i have tried...

My son loves the BabyTV channel at his grandparents house. We downloaded the app - onto my Pixel and onto his older Samsung 5. The app loads and works on his Samsung 5, which is a monitored and controlled device, but will not work on my Pixel. I have read through the suggestions by the team to reviews here and have favourites some free videos but cannot complete the subscribtion process as the app won't load on a supervisors phone.

Found about it from YouTube. By labeling it as free didn't mean all the content are free. You can't even lock it, which you know well baby to toddlers are impossible not to move their fingers around. Limited content and limited game.

We would like to unsubscribe the app, but there is no button or information where. We already paid for this month, and we would like to stop. We don't want to use this app anymore.

Far far too many videos don't load with an error message. Especially if trying to play them directly from the homepage. None of the videos within the 'themed content - currently Halloween eever work. I've cancelled my subscription as its becoming infuriating,. I also dislike how IOS devices can download content for offline use but android can't. This is possible on other content streaming apps. If these issues are sorted I may resubscribe

Really nice app. Children friendly. Just one remark : When I add items to favourites and cast it to TV they are not switching automatically to the next one. This is possible on the phone but not while casting. Can you do sth about that?

The app needs to support play lists - in which videos will play 1 after the other ! The app would play 1 short video (if you are lucky) & stop. The content is great - but the app developers have not done justice to it !

The videos with # on the title is unplayable! Edit : It is now working. The support asked me to Uninstall and then reinstall to no avail. What I found by myself working is changing the language to other than English and then change it back to English.

The app has become extremely slow and unstable taking so long to start up upon opening the app and when trying to watch videos, leaving my son upset and frustrated. Very disappointing especially as I pay for the subscription!!

This had all the promise of being the next best thing to having the BabyTV channel, however the irritation from it not working correctly unfortunately outweighs paying for a subscription. Currently the app doesn't work at all, it just loads the initial screen, and prior to this I found that I am unable to create my own playlist and cast. Putting on a new episode of something approximately every 5 minutes is not something I want to be doing.

Downloaded the app onto a new tablet and now I'm getting the US version (cuddlies for example) and less songs? Whereas on my phone I'm still getting the UK version?

I like BabyTv a lot, but the app isn't what I expected. I can't cast the content on Chromcast and the app isn't available for Google TV. Unfortunately I'm stuck on my tablet to help my kids watch it.

The app seems to have a lot content once you subscribe to the service, but the player itself seems to be lacking some key functionalities, such as: - access to scheduled programming, so that you can have the same behavior as when viewing in a cable tv - ability to create multiple playlists - ability to create playlists of shows with randomized episodes (meaning you'd choose a list of shows, and each would show a random episode) - ability for continuous play when casting to tv. 2 stars

Absolute rip off. Very annoyed as my daughter wanted it after seeing an ad on tv. We downloaded it because itvwas free but everything is locked until you purchase the free trial. She has not used it once but charged none the less. Tried to get a refund but no response. I would pay for pango or sago mini wayyyyyyyy before this app.

Since update no longer registers my subscription and crashes when I click on favourites. Installed on another device. Won't play half the videos. Useless now!

The new update has locked all shows in Portuguese, but all other languages play fine. I contacted customer support and did not hear back. Not very happy at the moment with this app, since I use it to help expose my toddler to Portuguese. Would live to see it fixed. Thanks.

Unnecessary updates. I played the night songs for my child every night before sleep. Unfortunately after this latest update, it shows "unable to play video" each time I clicked on them. If u want to do an update, it should be an improvement, not with more glitches. And it is nothing to do with connections as the other videos were perfectly fine. I already sent an email but there was no response at all. As this issue is not really resolved with silly excuses given, I am unsubscibing to this app.

It's a good app, I downloaded it for a feel of nostalgia when I found out Hungry Henry was still airing. I got it and opened Hungry Henry, then it said I had to pay to watch it! I believe that this is not fair and it is not worth paying for.

The app is very educational especially with little Lola but the problem is 95% of the time you just have to pay to watch every episode and show so please can you fix that and also you forgot tricky tracks one of my favorite childhood shows so you have to fix this okay 3 stars because of that

Doesn't seem to have the ability to cast from your mobile to the TV (which would be handy) and the whole app is really buggy with buttons to go back not working etc. Really needs improvement

Stupid app! It won't let me log in so it keeps asking me pay for a subscription. I already have one!!!! Next, with every video, it asks for a code. The child has to keep having the code put in. I will delete this app.

I uninstalled this app 5 minutes after installing it. Not good at all, far from ready to be released here. Not optimised for mobile phones. The app has unclear content and bad user experience.

An useless app. 90% content is available on payment. Unlike android apps it reminds me of blackberry. Use youtube insted.

Nice that some of the content is there but you can't control the video ( pause, stop, rewind or forward and you have to close the app to get out) or cast it from your phone. It's a huge waste till you fix those things.

Ive got babytv for my baby since around 2 years, it was sooo good, but after the last update the whole app is completely different and very difficult. Before we used to have a full list so you enter which character you like and play the videos constantly, now its very very hard with a code on every time you want to play a video then only 1 video will play so afterwards it wont work automatically, you need to be available to put the code and then play a video. Im really upset of the new version!

Can't cast to TV - therefore no point in having it on my phone, I'm not giving my toddler my cell phone. Also no option to watch offline - not everyone always has internet access.. Very upset The Egg Band shows were removed from YouTube, and now they aren't even all available on the app either!

A wasted opportunity, you can't cast the programs directly from the app. My kid absolutely loves this and I would have happily paid if it was possible to cast to Chromecast or similar, you can't, and I'm left feeling this app is a waste of time.

Not that great. The app is quite buggy for one. The free videos have halved in quantity to what used to be available. The premium service is missing loads of shows like its a wonderful day, lale ki lolu, circus comes to town, mice builders and loads more. You can't download anything to watch offline and some videos are poor quality.

As soon as i open the app on an android tablet, it freezes. had this issue for two years now.

its alright but there is a catch when i tried to show my baby brother his fav show it came up with a thing saying you have to pay!! its not useless but looking at the quility it may not be worth the money.

You can't download shows for watching when traveling out of wifi availability areas when using an Android. It was my sole reason for subscribing to this app. I've had it less than 24 hours so hopefully I will be able to get a full refund.

Its total garbage....i subscribe to sky tv for this channel so why do i have to pay twice......plus has everyone noticed.....baby tv only reply if its some mugg or employee giving a good review.....plus ive only had baby tv for my son who is 6 weeks.....and its total repeats ive seen the same programmes 5 or 6 times in the same week.....play store should sack it....x
