I got this app but it will not let me install on other devices and will not let me sign in like they say I can on other devices so I started two trials impossible cancel any account I hope they get back on my inquiry

My son absoultely loved it. He especially loved the part where there was massage with stories. I only think the part they can improve is providing an option to purchase it forever instead of monthly or yearly subscriptions. I don't like keeping track of subscriptions since I already have too many of them.

The free trial has been amazing so far and my son absolutely loves it. Only thing is, I'm not liking how every story is American, there should be British voices as well, as kids seem to end up pronouncing words differently to how we say them. Very much worth the free trial though, not a lot of options. Also, most of the massages are the same. I have definitely noticed my child relaxing more before bedtime and it's a bonding bedtime activity for us. It really is a good app.

I recently downloaded the Storybook app, and I must say, it’s been a delightful experience for both my kids and me! The user interface is intuitive and visually appealing, making it easy for my children to navigate through a wide selection of stories. The quality of the content is impressive. Each story is engaging and age-appropriate, with a great variety that includes classic tales and modern favorites.My kids love the interactive elements, which keep them engaged and excited about reading.

I already paid for my month & the massage stories are amazing but I cannot play audio stories. It stays play episode 1. I tapped it, held it, everything, and nothing happens. If the audio stories would also work I believe the app would be worth paying the yearly considering how often I buy my child books and their prices. But, unfortunately I'll be canceling because I'd be paying for only half the app to work.

THEY SHOULD TELL YOU CANT USE THE APP WITHOUT BUYING A SUBSCRIPTION!!!!! I HATE WASTING MY TIME ANSWERING QUESTIONS 100 QUESTIONS AND THEN AT THE END YOU HAVE TO PAY BEFORE YOU CAN EVEN USE IT

The app itself is lovely, but I've been charged twice for the subscription and haven't heard back from the developers since emailing them. Hopefully this is not an issue for others

This app is a blessing. My daughter looks forward to her massage time before bedtime and the night affirmations. It is a beautiful bonding time. The app is well made, the text are designed to make the child feel better and boost their self esteem.

I would like a refund please you can't rip people off like this my child even said it was boring cos it's all repetitive. You charged me twice. I cancelled and you still charged me. Not happy

They have charged me two subscriptions for a whole year before my trial was up. The cost of each subscription is a lot of money. I have contacted them for a refund of at least one

The application is excellent, it has helped me with my children's routine. She is wonderful, while giving them a massage she tells a motivational story to the children which generates security in them. Also the customer service is excellent.

Was planning on cancelling as didn't find the app useful, however you've taken money from me without warning or sending me an email to say the 7 day trial was almost ending. Please can I have refund as you haven't followed through with what you promised which was to inform me prior to taking any money!

I tried this during the trial along with other apps to see which my kids liked. I planned on cancelling as the stories and meditations were subpar and way too short for what we wanted. It renewed before I could cancel because it went by the hour and not the day. Wasted money for an app we don't have use for. Check out competitors, better for the cost.

I canceled the day I was supposed to be charged and still charged me. I didn't like the app, it didn't have as much content as I had hoped and I didn't find it useful. I want my money back.

Love this app!!! I wish I had more free features. But the nightly short stories are great. Love the affirmations and breathing exercises as well. My kids love it too!!!

This is a great app, a really good investment I did 3 years ago and still helping me a lot!

Since using this app my son goes to bed every night in his own bed and room without anxiety and crying. If your struggling with sleep training this app is a game changer and a must. Plus our bond is growing more stronger so its a win win.

So the app functionality and layout is great, but the stories? Well, one was promoting animal cruelty. The entire episode was about a homeless man pouring liquid ina dogs ears. I thought it would turn out to be medicine or something, and the episode finished with the animal "ears tattered". This was under the connection category. What's the deal?

I'm amazed with how great this app is.. My boys are getting so much from it and I'm enjoying massaging them and the closeness it brings.. Thank you x

Couldn't use the app. When I opened the app, it asked the age of my child but froze on the next screen. I deleted the app without getting to use it. Too bad.

Very basic app and you need to get a subscription to be able to try it. Gave a try with the free testing days and was not impressed. Same music to many "stories". Stories are just 3-5min record of a positive affirmation to you baby. We already doing this ourselves so do not fancy paying for it.

The app does not let me get past uploading a picture of my baby. I was looking forward to paying for the app but I'm already having issues

App worked well, for a few days. Now it won't load. Their Customer Support is lacking. They tell you to email them, and don't email back.

I keep trying to open the app for the first time and it closes. I get a message saying the app had a bug.

My kids had a hard time falling asleep, since we discovered Story Book now they fall asleep super fast and they also love it. It is a beautiful moment that we share together and they look forward to it. Super recommended.;,,,,

This might be a great app, but plan to spend $3.99 a month. You only get one short story. Everything else is a purchase. Edit: The developer commented I could try the limited free plan, and I tried before this review. It is one story. If you download this app, plan to pay. That's all I'm saying.

I tried the app but my 16 month old didnt seem to have any interest in it. I wasnt able to cancel my subscription in time but they were very nice and helped me get my refund. I just had a hard time finding the right email address to ask for the refund but it all went very smoothly once i got in contact with the developers. Thank you familify.

Had to exit and open several times in order for it to play different stories. The sessions didn't update. 7 days is not enough time for all these glitches. I also wouldn't call the app straight forward but perhaps it's because it continues to glitch. The lady telling the story is not soothing and it looks like the only option is to turn her off instead of changing her, I love the idea and concept. Looks like the potential is there but unsubscribe... The experience maybe different for you.

I downloaded this app to see if it would help my 5 month old go to sleep easier and stay asleep longer. Sometimes it took 30 minutes to get him to go to sleep! This app was very easy to follow along with and the stories were very cute, however, it did not work for us. I forgot to cancel my subscription before the 7 day trial ended so I reached out to the developers and they were able to refund me. Very nice!

Since I was little it has been difficult for me to make my now 5-year-old daughter sleep, who every night asks me for massages and falls asleep quickly, particularly those on her back. Thank you very much !!!!👌

Notification of the massage no yes yes what time to start the sleep routine. My kids love her My son and I really like the app but we would like them to incorporate head massages and more variety of stories. There are a lot of backs, but my son really likes the hands and the face and there is little variety. But it's still a nice app!

It only took 3 stories for all 4 of ny children to fall asleep. I would of gave it 5 stars if there where more books to choose from.

Downloaded it 2 weeks ago. I did the 7 day free trail and forgot to cancel it before the 7th day. But they were very helpful with getting my refund. The stories they have are short but having that massage and quality time with my son was very nice. Really did help him fall asleep faster. I also notice he stayed asleep longer.

This app literally changed our lives!! My daughter has been a bad sleeper since I can remember. We couldn't get her to sleep throughout the night. After a few days using it now she likes her bed even more because of our Storybook time. She loves the stories and being pampered by mom or dad. It's brilliant!! Can't understand why there are bad reviews. If people forget to unsubscribe is their fault getting charged. Just like any other subscription service

I have been charged twice for the subscription. I have yet to receive a refund that I was told I would receive. I SENT the email 3 weeks ago. I AM SURE they are busy racking in the money. False Advertising, they come back at you saying, it is a yearly subscription, so WAM hit between the eyes and mouth. OUCH !

Don't ever download or subscribe for free trial. After the free trial end it will automatically charge the annual subscription. It is scam apps. I only notice now that I paid for annual subscription on Jun 2020. I just download and open the apps 1 time only and totally forgot bout this apps. Then found out about subscriptions

Few free stories. You need to pay monthly for you to unlock stories. Changing my review from 1 to 4stars. Actually my son loves this so app so much. He likes me to read him stories before we go to sleep and massage him. So much bonding between us.. he also doing the same as instructed to the pics. I hope there are free stories to open. I downloaded this app for the baby massage but realised I already do half of them anyway whilst she plays on her tummy ect! But if i didn't this app would be very useful. There are video description you can follow very simply along with calming music and poems! I forgot I had it after the 7 day free trial but customer service are amazing and understanding and refunded me the money back! Marcio's was brilliant help! Thank you!

Works wonders! The stories are fantastic and the combination with massage guidance have really changed our lives for the better. Ended up converting from a free trial to a subscription. Worth every penny. The negative reviews are misplaced - their customer service is helpful and super responsive.

Don't have any picture, cannot pause, few language, and who speak just look like speech not for story bed time.

I really love this app. It creates a perfect bonding time for me and the kids during bedtime. They love getting massages and listening to the stories. This app also helped my eldest sleep through the night - before, she would always wake up in the middle of the night and get scared and have a hard time falling back to sleep. Now they all sleep peacefully thru the night and wake up in the morning. ❤️

Cool app so far, the story options will read aloud or you can silence it and read it yourself. I am a fan that it shows you the massage movements. I'm in the trial.. I'm a little bleh about paying a whole year upfront. I'd be more inclined to stay if it were monthly charges instead. We'll see after the trial is over.

If they offer a free trial, it shouldn't be necessary to include your credit card! If, after 7 days I want to continue the program, then they ask for my card and I decide if I will continue, but it is a scam to count on people for forget to cancel so they can charge you even if you don't like the program.

My son loves this app. There were 2 unlocked story. At the age of 2 years old and 7 months, he loves listening to the stories that he was able to memorize some part the lines. :-D Just today, I decided to buy it. He is now checking all the stories. It's good to see him happy with this app. :-)

I did create account then stuck , it's keep asking me tell us more about your child and I answered all the questions. And not moving forward.

This app is horrible, they charge me twice for the annual subscription, and I send a message but they never replied to me. The worse part is that when I tried to log in it says that my information doesn't match or when I finally log in it ask me to subscribe to the annual subscription.

I used the trial and unfortunately, it doesn't fit with my routine. But I was very impressed with their customer service that did everything to make my experience the best. I will try to use again once my baby grows a little bit more.

It's a good app that has massage techniques for babies with a story (voice over) with calming music. I have a few suggestions though. Would be great if there was an option to speed up the video. The number of videos is limited, for an annual charge of 3000 INR, it seems quite less although the content Is good. I'd have loved it if they have monthly charges instead and age wise changes in story/techniques. Andrea from the app team was super supportive in getting a refund. Overall, worth a try!

Do NOT do a trial!! You cannot cancel! They charged me twice and it took me forever to figure out what I was being charged for. I'm so upset I'll be disputing with my bank. Shame on this!!

I was trying to cancell it so many times, like the second day I tried it! It's nice but not sure it was for my kids, for more than I tried to unsuscribe the app said that I was but it was still running I hope I didn't get charged for it. The only thing I was able to do was uninstall it but still not sure if it was cancell.

same issue here.. i cant cancel my subscription.. they told to directly go the play store, but honestly i dont really know how to do so i delete all my payment methods, and i found email from google play that said my subs has been canceled... but why i can still using the app normally like trial mode.. dont know why.. regardless, i found this app very usefull, but i would love to have option to subscribe or not, thanks

If I could give no stars I would. This is such a scam. Not any help at all AND I cancelled subscription on the first day way before trial period ended yet I was still charged for the year. Not happy at all.

Do not download this app unless you 100% want it. I immediately discovered it was not for me and right away tried to cancel it. I tried for 7 days to cancel the subscription. For 7 days it would not let me and kept saying technical error. Funnily enough, after the trial period my card was charged for the whole year and the app works fine now.

Although this app is not what i was hoping for, Any and all problems i had they did help me with and took care of for me so any issues or problems you may have with this app they will help you take care of the issue or problem and because of that im happy now...

I downloaded the app and it wasn't what I thought it was. I was looking for stories to read myself to my daughter. I tried to cancel it but, tha app wouldn't let me. I was charged the year subscription. I spoke to customer service and they were very understanding, quick with there replies and my refund. I give them 5 stars for there awesome customer service! The app may not be for daughter and I but, it's worth checking out if your looking for something different than just a story.

Looked at this App for my colicky son, discovered he's a little to young for it so wanted to cancel it and wouldn't let me cancel subscription before it was to late! Now I have paid an annual fee for an app I don't be using, very disappointed.

Forced into free trial! I downloaded it and started setting it up. It then came up for the free trial and asked for the payment options regarding the membership after the free trials ends. I immediatly pressed back as i didnt want to continue. It then said that my free trial has now started and i cannot cancel the subscription (which i never agreed to). Do not download!!! I need a reply back from the developers asap as i dont have that kind of money spare to disappear.

Amazing...we have been using this app at bedtime for a little over a week... My 4 year old has stopped the nightly routine of trying everything under the moon to not go to sleep... since downloading, I ask her if she wants a back, tummy, face or hand massage... she picks 1 or 2, I do them and then she goes to sleep & does not call for us multiple times... she is also sleeping later love this app I am more relaxed she is relaxed no more bedtime fights... can't praise this app enough ...

A purchase was accidentally charged to my account last March 7 for 260 pesos and I would like a REFUND please I did not authorize this! I already sent and email but still didn't get any response I'm so frustrated right now!!!

The app should disclose that to be able to use the music and massage sections and to have more than 2 books you have to pay as the free services on the app are next to nothing. Terrible!

I really enjoyed this app, i am new to it but was also quite pleased with it in general the music is also very peaceful and soothing nearly put myself to sleep lol and my daughter really loved it , it helped her to relax whilst going to sleep and i can sit for hours reading book after book , but to be able to massage her off to sleep was amazing so this is a hit what a beautifully illustrated app also. I would recommend this to all parents.

This is fraud app. My baby had accidentally installed this app which we are not aware of it now they took 3k money from my credit card automatically. Such a fraud people I want my money back. Other wise gone a sure u people.

It was not the app itself that I was disappointed in. I was very fond of its functions, but my daughter was not a fan. With that being said, what was not okay was the response time of customer service. I didn't receive a response or confirmation. I was also unable to cancel my subscription when my trial was over. I tried to in the app and it simply would not cancel. Now I have a permanent subscription being charged to my card with no way to cancel and no way to contact the people with issue.

Tried to play a story but playback failed and only one song would play. Tried to cancel my subscription but haven't received any confirmation of cancellation, so I guess I have to wait and see if they charge my card. Very disappointed.
