Download Brick & Bolt Home Construction V10.0.52 APK From Android App Store Latest & Free

Never ever Take their service...will provide detailed review soon

app is useless . it is not even working properly. it wastes time and money of customers and the entire team accepts the app has technical glitches and data showing in floor plan doesn't match the data after uploading in app. so to match the app they cheat customers by changing the floor plan. Please be cautious. also they don't respect customers ideas they take but doesn't implement it. worst app I have ever seen. please remove this app from playstore and don't use it.

Very disappointing experience with Bricks & Bolts Gurgaon. Once the payment was taken, no one seems willing to take responsibility. Several issues remain unresolved, including unfinished plaster/paint, wall cracks, incomplete grouting, poor finishing, pending snag work, and construction waste not being cleared. Despite repeated calls and follow-ups with the concerned team, there is no proper response or ownership. On paper everything looks ok but in ground nothing in quality. Waste of money.

Five lakhs of hard earned savings of super senior lady continues waiting for refund of her initial deposit without any agreement for the job...

BrickNBolt is just horrible. Ongoing project that I'm getting executed remotely. The QASCON checks promise is fake. The process they recommend on their blogs is completely bypassed on site by the local team and contractor. There's one Customer care representative permanently attachedespite requests to change her as she's incompetent to understand the issue and just keeps on arguing. Huge mistake going with BnB. Might stop the project mid way and let the money given so far go waste even.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Brick & Bolt and would strongly advise anyone considering their services not to proceed. I lost ₹3,00,000 as cancellation charges even though my project never progressed beyond the planning stage. After almost four months, the project was still only on paper and had not moved into the next phase. Losing ₹3 lakh without the project even reaching execution was unacceptable and, in my experience, not justified.

don't value customers time ...never resolve things even co founders don't respond u

An Absolute Nightmare – Gross Incompetence and Breached Agreements Engaging this construction company has been the single worst decision of my life. If you value your time, money, and mental peace, steer completely clear of them. 1. Severe Handover Delays & Broken Promises 2. Complete Lack of Leadership 3. Incompetent Site Staff & PM Attitude 4. Abusive Contractor Behavior & Zero Rectification This company lacks ethics, management structure, & basic technical competency. Avoid at all costs.

need to fast in process

Don't waste your money if you don't have time to monitor work better to give local contractors. I am following for issues raised on handed over property with cracks not getting response charged 4 lakhs extra with poor quality.

Very professional.... happy to be associated with Brick and Bolt

CRN 545102 Worst experience ever. Took ₹4.39L, did almost nothing, then vanished. Contract delayed, full of hidden costs (height, foundation, materials). Project abandoned. Zero accountability. Ignored all refund emails for 1.5 months. Unprofessional, unreliable, and financially damaging. Think twice before trusting them. I am now proceeding legally for refund

pathetic company they are middle man fraud company don't consider them

To Mr. Jayesh Rajpurohit ji, Founder and Director, BnB I've frequently requested the Pune location and customer support team to arrange conversation with any of the senior people in their team but they never arranged the same nor share any names from the seniors team. One big blunder was done by BnB which has now forced me to change design and increase construction cost. (We had already told, mailed to BnB that we are planning to construct a P+3 floor so design the foundation accordingly but the

Hidden Charges: They levy additional charges even for basic items, even if we don't opt for any upgrades. Lack of Responsibility: There is no accountability or proper coordination. They never provide clear answers to our concerns. Middleman Approach: They act merely as intermediaries and outsource the work to local builders. This forces us to pay extra. We could save a significant amount of money by contacting those builders directly. Refund Issues: They do not refund the money paid; it is a to

quality to price doesn't match it's 20~40% over priced with 30 to 40% lower quality material and worth if u don't have access to local engineer u can go as last option but not as first option

The overall construction quality was consistently impressive.

Company does not have any control over their contractors, our progress of work is purely on luck, they took 3 years to complete, reviews are not genuine and we suffered alot, even can't go back.

I regret trusting Brick&Bolt based on the initial experience. The final finishing and customer support do not justify the brand’s claims of professionalism and quality. I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and improves their post-handover quality checks and customer support so that future clients do not face similar issues. I advise anyone considering their services to explore alternative options without hesitation.

Brick and Bolt is a commission agent company, their employees are amateur with no technical and professional knowledge. They hire cheap contactors to do work who ultimately screwed everything up. They underquote just to grab the deal and takes booking amount after that they made half baked contract scope of work. They don't follow the signed contract T&C as well. They takes contractor side during poor execution . I highly recommend to stay miles away from this unprofessional company. Bad..

CRN145310 site engineer and office team fully supported but they have limited access due to which contractor taking upperhand and my house construction two years completed still till today no doors fixed no plumbing items nor any electric work it is yet to be started only god knows when they will hand over my house and also be ware of hidden charges before considering this bnb

CRN304231 I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by Brick & Bolt. Unfortunately my experience with Brick & Bolt has been highly disappointing, and I feel compelled to share the challenges I faced throughout the process. Given the gravity of these issues, I strongly advise others to consider hiring experienced local contractors or masons directly, rather than relying on Brick & Bolt’s unreliable network and disorganized service model.

very good application

As you like so you do the best

The person working for our project, Engineer Mr. Akshay is very honest and hardworking. The project is going smoothly and Akshay is pro actively looking into issues and rectifying it immediately. The quality checks done by Engineer is also very good. Overall the timeline of the project is met and provided good quality.

CRN 218631 project delay have many issue regarding contractor. not taking any security and safety measures. not completed any work in time. Company also not Innitiating to change the contractor after requiting many times. no proper curing done. spoiled my dream home.

I came to know about this company from nephew's friend who had got his duplex house constructed by same company. The Firm & Site engineer & also contract engineer are too good. They respond to all your queries any time of day. I'm getting my duplex house constructed while working faraway in ajmer, rajasthan having come only for ground breaking ceremony. Our 3rd.floor is getting ready for completion. They are very professional. I'm going to recommend to all my friends. This is an excellent firm.

Very bad. Not completed my house construction on time. Still pending. No responsibility by company to solve the issue. Contractor act independently and violating agreement norms. Contractor started there own projects blaming company not paying them.

I highly recommend Brick&Bolt for home construction! My cousin suggested them, and I’m so glad I took his advice. The entire process, from the initial consultation to design and construction, has been incredibly smooth. The team is very professional and detail-oriented. I especially love how easy it is to track progress through their app, it keeps me updated without visit the our home site.

BricknBolt deserves a 5-star rating for their service. They recently completed my house construction, and i am happy with the service. Everything we discussed was executed perfectly, and their team was polite and knowledgeable. I received timely updates on the app, which made the whole experience stress-free.

BricknBolt has been amazing from start to finish. Their team was knowledgeable, and they worked closely with us to make sure our requirements were met. The real-time updates through the app allowed us to see progress even when we weren’t around. I’m very happy with their service!

Great Attention to My Needs The Brick & Bolt team listened carefully to my requirements and ensured they met all my expectations. Their attention to detail was very impressive. I’m super happy with the result!

Efficient Work I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently Brick & Bolt completed my project. They didn’t compromise on quality, and the results were just what I was looking for. Highly recommend!

This company is expert in marketing and spamming people with countless calls once they get their phone number from the app or websites. Sends whatsapp messages like a spam. Blocking them on WhatsApp doesn't stop. In execution they are like a local contractor only. App and marketing are just cover ups.

Brick & Bolt's project management is efficient and well-organized.

From the moment we engaged with Brick & Bolt, we experienced exceptional customer service. The team was always available to address our concerns and answer our questions. The project was well-coordinated, and the construction quality was top-notch. We were particularly impressed with the post-construction support they provided, ensuring everything was perfect. Brick & Bolt truly cares about their clients.

We decidd to build our new house and Brick & Bolt came highly recomended. The project manager asigned to us was extremly professional and managed the construcion seamlessly. Despite some unforseen challenges, the team handled everything eficiently, ensuring the house was completed on time. The atention to detail and comitment to quality were evident thruout the project. Brick & Bolt made what could have been a stresful process, hassle-free. We're so happy with our new home!

Initially, dealing with Brick & Bolt was disappointing, as it felt like they didn't care about smaller budgets and plots. The initial quotes were too high, and things didn't start well. However, Brick & Bolt became more open and flexible, changing their policies to help customers like us. They listened and adapted, showing they're willing to improve. My experience shows that speaking up can lead to positive changes when a company listens.

Brick&Bolt made my home construction a stress-free experience. They handled everything, allowing me to focus on other things.

Communication with Brick&Bolt was seamless. They were always responsive and kept me in the loop.

Worst experience with Brick and Bolt. I have choosen options in budget as less than 20 lakhs and 500-900 sqfts. Post submitting my request as per the given options, I was told that they will only take requests if the budget is above 25 lakhs. Why the hell there are options available as "less than 25 lakhs and 500 sqft" when you cannot construct a small house?

Worst freaking spammers in the market!! Have spoken to so many of them and requested them to stop calling, even have blocked multiple numbers but they keep bugging all the time!! What is the point when I am not interested!! I just wish they go out of business only so that their spam calls would stop!!

Response of the staffs is very good and cooperative

Worst construction company ever. Nothing seems to be organized. Couldn't even commit to there words. Slow on action and bluffs on the quotes. Not at all reliable.

CRN286134: Brick n Bolt will just provide you a contractor and their job is done. For this, we need to pay more. Don't expect anything except this. There will be no much visits, they just get the photos from contractor and update them in app.Not very sure about any quality check that they do ever. You definitely will pay more than what they quote.Example, In package they don't mention sand type, In agreement it is mentioned m sand in classic package, now I had to pay almost 70k extra to upgrade.

CRN243560: False Promises, Poor Quality, Unexperienced Team, No customer support, worst Contractor selection and many more...Don't ever go for Brick and bolt....be careful guys!!!

We got many wall crack after 3 months from project handover. After complaining through email and support tickets. Support tickets are closed automatically without providing any solutions. BricknBolt does not follow their agreement terns for warranty. Only sales teams are good before taking project. Delivery and support is worst.

Dont choose Brick and bolt without comparing with other construction. Dont pay advance amount if your not fully satisfied. Because you won't get redund They only advertising their work across various social media platforms. They often offer discounts, especially during seasonal or festival times. However, my personal experience with Brick and Bolt has been disappointing. Despite detailed discussions during the project planning phase, I found discrepancies in their advertised services.

This brick and bolt is hopeless...never trust this company...they will be really sweet in the beginning and as and when the project comes to final stage they just loot money 3 times more then the given quotation and they don't even intimate there clients...they just get extra and expensive materials without even taking clients approval...and finally they demanded them to pay...my house construction the quotation was 62L but we have ended up with 80L and we still need to arrange 2 more lacks...

Company ok but no team work no proper work all is delayed n each n everthing they wil charge extra amount

My entire experience with brick and bolt has been frustrating and highly unprofessional, they never stick to the promised timeline, I have lost money and time due to my mistake of choosing brick and bolt, please don't make any payments to the company without signing a agreement,CRN 235423, After paying a huge amount as advance my project was delayed for about 6 months after which i choose to end my commitment to this company, the tickets you raised are rarely addressed.

Great experience.. their delivery team is very fast and reliable.

I haired BricknBolt for my house construction and i have paid the booking amount on 11th November 2023 and the outcome from BricknBolt is No Response. Really appreciated BricknBolt and their team for the quality of services offered by them after the booking which i would like to mention here. Services they offer after Booking. 1. No Response ( Wow factor ) 2. Delay in process ( Mind-blowing ) 3. Team Work ( Amazing )

Crn156273 is my project I'd , very bad service by bnb team I will not recommended them to anyone due to lot of issues during construction and delays

I hired Brick&Bolt for my home construction, and the results were beyond my expectations. Their team was very professional and their attention to detail truly impressed me.

Brick&Bolt made my house construction process very simple and budget friendly. Their professional team was very prompt and took care of all my preferences. I am extremely satisfied.

This is regarding CRN151421. I am adding another review as no one is listening to our concerns after complaining multiple times including management team. Today, site engineer is changed again as 3rd time and He is not knowing anything about project, all previous communication has to be repeated again. There is no proper inspection of work at site location. Huge difference in actual then plan design. No action item to correct the project. There is no point of giving management to BnB

Please read this review carefully before booking any service from brick and Bolt. I wouldn't even rate one star . And I have inquired and it has been the same with hundreds of other customers who have been suffering for many years now after getting stuck with brick and bolt. They promise a lot act like they'll do. We had taken their service more than two and a half years back for a construction of new site seeing that it is a corporate and thinking that it would do its job correctly in time but.

This app tells you everything like flooring plans, area ,price, package, design, internal , plastering etc so you can easily detect

Great app ... i have teacked my house construction and i am impressed by their app as well as work .highly recomended!

Brick and Bolt Customer app is impressive network of contractors helped me find the perfect team for my project, and the results were outstanding.

It's very easy to use easy to detect the things and understand about your home and construction.

1) Brick and Bolt is hands down the best construction app I have ever come across! As a property developer, I constantly deal with multiple construction projects, and this app has been an absolute lifesaver. From start to finish, it streamlines the entire construction process in a way that no other app does.

Great app for managing construction projects! Easy-to-use,jfsto intuitive interfacekg and useful features. highly recommended! 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Finally found fdjfca construction app that simplifies the process. Love the budget tracking and progress updates. 🔥🔥🔥🔥

I can't express enough how impressed I am with the Brick and Bolt Construction app. This app has completely transformed the way I manage construction projects. It is an absolute game-changer!🔥🔥🔥🔥

I have a running project with CRN151421. I have very bad experience with BnB. Project start date was getting delay almost 6 months and there is a huge communication gap and frequently change BnB team members. I feel regrets going with BnB. They do not do building and hire 4 level of contractor. They do not do proper project management as well. You better to hire labour and manage yourself.

It is better to go to their office and get the designs done, as the entire team is sitting there. We tried a couple of times over phone and G-meet, and finally we went there and finalised everything in one day

The brick & bolt company provided excellent customer service throughout the entire construction process. They were responsive, communicative, and always ready to address any concerns or questions I had. Their skilled team completed the project on time and within budget. Really a excellent service.

Worst experience with brick and bolt. Don't be foolish looking at all these positive comments . The worst experience. They are not committed to their plan of work . So much humiliation I had to face because of non completion of project within time. Just don't believe them. Worst people.just dnt give any contracts to them. At the end they deceive.. their contractors project managers together will loot the customers .I shall never recommend this company to neither friends nor enemies.

Good application available in playstore with automatic schedule.

The app automatically kicks me out whenever I login or access. Please assist.

We were very happy with the quality of their work. Their team is very professional and trustworthy. We would definitely recommend them to others.

The whole process was very smooth and customer friendly. We got our house constructed in the due timeline. I am very much satisfied with the whole experience.

Useless company. We should submit them the saledeed registerd for them to visit our place. What is this a joke.. if you are a service company act accordingly. You cannot dictate terms to customers. Do you think customer will just waste their time with you without having land for construction or what.

Worst company . Please don't give money. They say all nice words at start but then they won't do the needful. I asked for refund and it's been 3 months and no one is responding to calls they don't even pick up the calls. This is a scam company .Please don't lose your money

Amazing app and easy to use.

Very cost efficient and a very good construction experience.

Thank you team, i ws not so confident in the beginning bt after seeing ur work process I'm really happy keep up ur work.

One of the best service provider in this sector, they really provided a good service .I would totally recommend Bricknbolt to every one

Very helpful, helped me with amazing designs. Even the architect helped me with various iterations.

Very helpful app, could look at amazing designs customised to my requirement.

It's a great construction company. Especially the way their manages whole construction process is very seamless. Good job team

Very user friendly experience, easy access to project details. Happy with the service, nothing I can ask for in addition.

We had a great experience with Brick & Bolt to get our home together. The designs matched our ideas, they have a variety of designs to chose from which gives us enough options to choose the best for our home, Kuddos to our project manager and his team, he has performed a great job in getting our home together with his timely updates and commitment. Overall we had a great time sharing our experience of setting up our new home Thanks Brick and Bolt :)

I was introduced to Brick&Bolt from my relative who had worked with them. I am extremely impressed with the level of service and professionalism provided. From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, every aspect was handled with the utmost care and attention to detail. The app was incredibly convenient allowing me to easily communicate with the team, track every progress etc.

Happy that i got Dedigns from this App and selected one and finally contractor is working on it. No budget overshoot, so far so good BnB

I really wanted to build our dream home , everything got spoilt only because i went with brickandbolt worst service worst quality , never again will i make a mistake as costly as this

No information regarding the project not a user friendly app

Incorrect information presented, app signs off automatically.

If the rating had negative star would have selected that. During my project time and till completion not once used this app. I don't know for whom they have made it. Don't recommend bricknbolt to anyone. I have informed my office colleagues also not to consider this company for their construction they take highest timeline in industry for completing 1 single floor building they have taken 9 months still not completed behind the contractor now. Quality of work is also not good.

amazing app with many useful functions. good app experience, simple access to track construction progress

B&B is fraud, Initially I loved the service of Bricks n Bolts. However as days passed I felt that the service is pathetic . Especially the project manager has stopped receiving my call. I have been trying to get in touch with him since 3-4 weeks, but no response . I am at the verge of completing my dream house but it’s not getting completed cos of the irresponsibility of the project manager. When the project had come almost to an end the project manager has left everything on the contractor.

Horrible app.. does not work even after multiple escalations to bnb team.

App is in a continuous update to open cycle, however does not give an option to update the same.
