I sent money to Pakistan through Tiqmo, and even after more than 48 HOURS, the money has STILL NOT BEEN RECEIVED.What kind of pathetic service is this? People send money to support their families, not to have their hard-earned money stuck in a system that fails to do its basic job! This is absolutely ridiculous. If you cannot transfer money on time, then STOP advertising your services

The app has been running well but since the last 2 months, it's always forcing me to increase my limit even though I don't want to. Every time I open or switch screens within the app, it asks me to increase the limit and show me how to increase. This is really really annoying and is affecting the user experience.

I made an international money transfer through Tiqmo . The transaction status has shown "Completed", but the funds have not been credited to my international bank account. despite contacting customer support multiple times, I have not received a clear explanation or resolution. Instead, I have repeatedly been asked to wait another five business days.A transaction marked as completed should mean the recipient has received the funds. That tiqmo can not provide accurate tracking. Dissapointing exp

Very disappointing experience. I tried to add SAR 2,990 to my Tiqmo wallet, but the transaction failed while the money was still deducted from my bank account. I contacted support and am still waiting for a resolution. This has caused unnecessary stress. I hope Tiqmo improves its payment system and customer support
