I have learned how to set all tools on my phone. a couple of times it has been so hard to understand and operate my phone. I still have more to learn.

The apo is no longer compatible with my Galaxy S22 Ultra. They say it's for security, but coming from a bank that wouldn't let me use characters other than letters and numbers in my password, and doesn't enforce proper 2FA, (SMS is not 2FA) is rich. Coupled with the absolute infuriating zelle experience and being forced to do it on the website instead of the app is the nail in the coffin. So done with chase.

I cannot log in because Chase cannot verify my age. It's a load of BS for so many reasons: - Chase has known my date of birth ever since I've opened the account. - It wants to get my age from Google Play Store of all places. I'm sorry, what? - It claims it's due to "State law". There's no such law in my state. - The mobile website has no such requirement, further proving that this is BS.

Auto payment for car lease is a trap. It doesn't auto pay the amount due instead it only pays a fixed amount, which can be fewer than total due when tax increases. They even make a green check ✅ to let you feel you have paid everything. The payment details only shows errors.

Glitchy. 10/31-Not showing deposits made into ATM few hrs ago, people keep your receipts! This bank has seriously gone downhill, brick and mortar and digitally/app. Comes across as a crusty, outdated and garbage-y company to trust your money with.

It's all AI now. I got charged for a subscription for another month after I canceled and I got an automated response. Then I go to check it and I get an error message. I pay for prime and prime video commercial free. I get charged for Paramount when I canceled over a month ago. Don't use Amazon for anything if you can afford it. They are criminals.

I used this card to bring my credit score from fair to excellent, gaining rapid rewards points and paying it off as I go. My credit is excellent now and my rapid rewards points plus a promo are taking me and hubby to Nashville round trip for a total of $156. I am a satisfied customer!

Chase recently reduced 3 of my credit card limits without warning and despite the fact that my payments were current and my balance was significantly lower than my current limit. One of the cards had never been used and had a zero balance! This severely impacted my credit score! It dropped 70 points in a week. This was not good customer service!

almost everytime I try to use my prime visa card in my Google Wallet to pay for online products. it gets declined. even after calling chase to let them know it was me buying a product. Iwas then told that I could go back and retry the transaction and it would go through. It was declined again and I always used to get an email from the fraud department asking if I recognized the transaction I had just tried to pay. I haven't received any fraud emails for the 4 attempts to purchase.

bad place to open a business bank account. right after I got it open when sending money from my business account to my personal account they lock my account. then I have to spend a hour to get it unlocked. then they lock it again right away. and when call back they say they cant do nothing to call back later. worse place to bank woth.

app stopped working on 10.28.26 I run android 16 (oppo find x8 ultra) apps age verification is broken.. says I need to update Google playstore to verify age when it is on the most current version and my age setting in playstore says I'm 37, have payment methods registered.. can't log into my online account even through my pc without verifying my identity with the app I can't log into.. I have bills to pay lol kinda ridiculous. worked fine for years across multiple different phones.

the app is great. I never need to go to the actual bank unless I need to deposit cash and I do that at the ATM.

The app hasn't worked for a month. It says it needs to verify my age through the Google Play store. There is no way to verify my age through the Google Play store. When I try to log into the mobile website, it tells me I have to use the app in order to log in. It will not send me a text. Therefore I'm now only allowed to login to chase when I'm at my laptop. How did you go from one of the best apps to the worst app?

Alerts don't work correctly. In the Play Store listing, put the changes at the start of "what's new" so I don't have to go to the next screen to see them.

I appreciate the concern for security, but Chase has made it extremely difficult to log into its website to check one's accounts. It is very, very annoying.

terrible they charged me 89 dollars I called them to dispute it and they said it's done been reviewed there's nothing else they can do. that's fine I get my direct deposit here but I've got different Banks that's fixing to get my direct deposit.

The app stopped recognizing my login credentials about a week ago. It doesn't recognize my fingerprint or my password. Touching my fingertip on the sensor does absolutely nothing, not even bring up an error message or anything. Every time I try to log in, I have to say I forgot my password because it doesn't recognize the one that I set up an hour earlier. The worst part is that there's no way to get tech support from the stupid AI bot, and there's no number to call for support either.

Chase is a wonderful bank

When I got a new phone, some of the apps were a little glitchy. Chase app would not open until I went into the bank and they walked me through the problem. I was using the wrong user ID! They were so friendly and helpful!

10/28/2026:UPDATE: ABOUT TIME: App no longer "thinks" my phone is rooted. IT NEVER HAD BEEN. I can now feely access my mortgage account... again. Thanks, I hope the next update doesn't break it again.

I have no idea why when I set up this account that once I selected to use a biometric lock, it still asks for the full phone password. Huh, this is stupid and totally unacceptable which is forcing me to get rid the Chase ppl hone app.

Good app for tracking where money is going. Wide arrangement of alarms let's you know if you are low on funds. Edit 10/28/2026: Lowering to 1-star. Any time I try to access my "credit journey" or add someone to Zelle, the app throws an error and won't do it because it thinks my phone is rooted (it's not) or has spyware (BitDefender says it's clean). According to Reddit this has been an issue for almost a year with no fix.

Not Opening. I think there was an update to the app and now I can open it. I've been trying so many different things and nothing seems to work. I get the same message that they can not verify my age. I have done nothing different and all of a sudden this happens. I've been using the site on my phone and it so annoying. Why why why? I don't get it!

My app all of a sudden stopped working, while asking for age verification and updating my Google play services. Tech says they can't do anything about it and that I should reach out to my service provider. I don't understand what concerns my phone service provider with my banking app.

Usually the app is great, convenient... however for the last couple of weeks, biometric login is broken for whatever reason, even though I have it enabled. I'll revise my rating when that is fixed because you're currently slowing me down.

Chase has begun using play attestation and restricting usage on devices that run grapheneos under the guise of "security" when there is perfectly good hardware attestation.
