I was logged in my account and was kicked , now I can't even sign in or use my biometrics sign in.

this app is so janky.my earning tab shows my money was reported but my actual AVAILABLE EARNINGS are like glitched out to where it won't update my balance to take out and it's been over 3 days...ughhhh

It says it cannot find my employer even though I used my employee email, my employee number, my phone number- literally everything it asks for. I work for a very well known company that every other app can find with no issues. Super frustrating. Deleting the app. If I could give 0 stars I would. There's not even an option for help/support to locate your employer.

unable to log in after updates, repetitive problem. unacceptable because it is likely deliberate to force people into paying a fee to access money when daily pay tells employees and employers that we'll get it next day, but app unusable to transfer all day, conveniently after a payday as well, likely ftc needs to investigate. their falsely advertising services not rendered in order to bait people into paying fees

I can't make a account for my job every time I try to sign up it will not let me complete my information I definitely do no recommend installing this app or trying to use it for a job.

they let someone hack my card from a different country for a large sum of money and now its such a hassle to get back. This app is a Joke don't do it!! I've been waiting for over a month to hear from a supervisor and nobody ever calls me back. Nobody's ever there when I call to talk to a supervisor and they say they call and they never do, because if they did, they would leave a message, they're just giving me the runaround, because they don't want to give me my $730. I'm letting my job know.

this app is great if you need your money early and it goes into your account the next day. The problem with it, is when it comes to your actual payday they have "processing issues" and it doesn't hit your bank until later on in the day. so don't plan have automatic payments coming out of your bank account on payday or you will include overdraft fees.

every time i try to access my earnings, it says account not found. i have uninstalled and re-installed; ive reset my phone. I've updated. ive changed the password. I've done everything.

I love it but hate it because it does put you in a hole and its hard to get your full checks back

this app is stressful, you might as well wait until your paycheck arrives when your employer pays you. when i first got this app it worked great, it seemed like I could see my funds being added daily and if needed I could pull some out for an emergency but now the app makes you wait 1-2 weeks before earnings show up. the customer service is not helpful at all, they all give you the same answers with no solutions accept to come back in 24hrs and go through the same headache you went through.

This app has already proven most helpful. So happy to have it in my system.

dailypay locked me out of my account because I tried to log in on an unregistered device which is understandable but what isn't is that fact that it forces me to reset my password to get back into my account, then the password reset link does not work, my phone number and email are connected to the account but for reasons unknown says oops! try again! when I ask it to send me a verification code. So I try to call support and they say they can't help me and I have to wait 1-3 days bc they mistake

it's a rip off. makes you pay to access money if you want it right away. just another way for scam artists to steal money.

Whatever you do, do not depend on this app better yet, do not use it... I've had nothing but hard times with this app you become dependent on it then if you receive a bonus at work it assumes your pay has been deducted so you will no longer be able to transfer it is the biggest setup for failure and totally unreliable...That's not to even mention the customer support. The support is so disconnected from actually trying to help your better luck with just having a chat bot run you in circles.

daily pay is good but you get charged for transferring your money. I understand the one time payment but charging every time you move money. the time the give for free transfer don't add up. if your money has been for there for a over days you should not charge for transfer.

daily pay is trash, customer support sucks that dont actually help you, all they do is read from a script, the app is called daily pay, you get paid for the hours you work the previous day but it doenst work that way half the time, they hold your money for a day or two before you get it, thats not daily pay its more like every 2 day pay, then they want to give you some reason why it's not there, something like something is wrong with the server, something is always wrong with there server.

I am having technical issues with the app as it is not loading the screen for me to use my ping ID. I called support and they said it was an issue with my employers authentication app, which it's not because the app is glitching the log in page. I received no support from them and my ping ID is working elsewhere. I was able to uninstall the app and go through my browser. There is something wrong with the app.

Do not use this app, several of my staff and myself were using this service then all of the sudden it just stopped showing the proper funds and wont allow anyone to access their funds, Ive tried speaking to supervisors, and tech support all of them just say sorry its a bug with no idea when it will be fixed. They can even see the amount that accounts should be showing on their end but they can do nothing for their customers over the phone. This issue has been going on over a week now as well.

This is a blessing and a curse. just gotta be careful using it if course but it's made survival a bit easier.

they should change their name to maybe pay. maybe you'll get your money from you working the day before maybe you won't. it mostly takes 2 days to update. doesn't update properly EVER. not one time. so instead of your all's name being daily pay, the frequency on which you update your earnings the name should be changed to Maybe pay. not happy with the app at all

the customer service is horrible. my card was compromised and now they want to charge me to put money on my new card and the "customer service Rep" basically kept calling me a liar refusing to look at the screenshots I sent her about the problem.

the customer support is the absolute worst. I've been on hold for 30 out of the 40 minutes I've been on a call. they do not care about you, they'll put you in hold for any small inconvenience

I downloaded this app when my employer informed us about it. Thought I would try to check it out but I have literally tried to login with my Employee Id, phone number and email address multiple times have been constantly met with the same error message. "Cant find lets try something else." Its also frustrating, that once you get to step 3 you are then stuck, and are unable to go back, let alone theres no troubleshoot , help, or chat with a rep. for help.

I logged in to see yesterday earnings, which are usually there by 10 the next morning and it isn't showing yesterday's earnings. just the earning for the day before.

it's been since last Friday (10-16-2026), and I still have not been able to login to my account nor reset my password. I've multiple escalations with customer service to no avail...

My employer offers this. My earnings show but it gives error everytime I try to add my state. Contacted support, had an open ticket and 2 weeks later, still not working and multiple calls. ADP and work day are correct but Daily Pay doesn't resolve the problem. I gave up trying to use it.

I'm only dealing with this app.Because I can still use tap.. It's been an entire month and a half. i've called multiple times to figure out where my card is at why I have not received it yet. and I keep telling them the same address.I get Mail from everywhere else.But apparently from daily paying , they won't send me it. it's okay though , because i'm not gonna be using this method of paying anymore from this app. negative 5 stars.

you have never dealt with such terrible customer service at any company compared to this one. They only state the same thing and no one actually resolves any issues we have . We pay for a service and trying to get an answer is ridiculous! I have been with this company for years but it's terrible now . Do not use it not worth it. Rude customer service that doesn't help and repeats the same nonsense instead of actually figuring out the issue at hand ! Done! 0 stars

Very convenient transfers and easy to manage the app

update: the $4 fee offers no guarantee so don't bother with instant absoute trash. the "made available" amounts never match up with what was actually made available, the "algorithm" will keep dropping the amount you can pull out each day even tho you work the exact same hours each day, and customer service treats you like you're a vegetable that can't understand basic concepts. Plus almost $4 a withdrawal is extortion. Just ask the state of New York who has an open lawsuit against DailyPay

in a world of instant options, having the ability to get my money daily is so important to me. how we are in 2026 and most places aren't partnered with or offering something similar to daily pay is beyond me. thanks for the great app. been using it since early 2025 and the improvements in the last 2 years have been great. the interface is much more user friendly and much more responsive.

terrible, can't change jobs so you only get 1 job to use it at, can't cancel accounts so they're forever harassing you with emails and texts, their customer support associate is an AI who tries to sound human and fails. they cannot reactivate my account because apparently me having all my info is suspicious. I'm considering sueing for emotional damage because that's how frustrating this app is. Sadly 0 star isn't an option so I have to be merciful and give it 1 star sadly and resentfully

I had this app before and never had any issues with it, wasn't until I left my last job and started a new one that I started having issues. DailyPay just REFUSES to let me switch over to the new company and won't even let me close the account/ profile with them either, I even tried their sister app: Earnedit and I have the EXACT same problem. Both apps are pretty much unusable for me now.

I dont know what's going on here. but very slow. at first it was updated everyday .now it's 20 a shift. I made 150 a shift. I'm missing 300 dollars this week. if this isn't resolved I will delete and never use again. it's a great concept if they didn't charge so much . u should get paid everyday u work . it's fair. multiple problems. and I can only talk to damn ai . useless.

Ai system is outdated, fails to provide updated and correct information. pay can be accessed by most for new employers as soon as 48hrs after account is setup with daily pay and a first paycheck is not always needed. system refuses to recognize or provide this information. -note: I have personally used daily pay for several jobs and have had direct access to pay 48hrs later for 3 jobs out of 4. sad when a user knows more about the provided service than the system that was created for it.

this app is the devil, man... dont use this app. sure "have self control!" but in this economy, getting paid bi-weekly is terrible. and they KNOW that. by the time your actual pay day comes, you end up with nothing and it keeps the cycle going of needing to take out before you get paid. I don't understand why they even let you take out your entire check beforehand. no tools tk prevent you either.

customer service it's not good at all do not help you solve any problems that you need. and when the system's down when you try to login more than three times it locks you out of your account. the service need to be better.

they take checks that are outside of the pay period to pay off any transfers so if you get a bonus check that's not part of the regular pay period they hold it until the pay day foe that pay period, even tho the check is separate from that. I have a pay stub, but not check. closed my account.

the app is usually somewhat reliable, but I have begun to think that you get charged for even checking your balance because there have been times that I have checked it early in the day and then later i check it again and it's gone down by a couple of dollars. i really wish i could prove that. seems like every update just comes with more glitches and frequent outages.

I have been in the restaurant industry a long time. I got used to being able to pay bills after a few nights at work. and with this app, you can still do that without having to wait 2 weeks. It's easy, it's not something you HAVE to do everyday. So you aren't spending the extra fee every day. Only when you need it.

don't use this app I know if you need your money the next day they'll help but they take hella money from you when your money gets sent to daily pay and when you take your money out.

had one customer service representative that was very rude for no apparent reason, wasn't able to log in so I contacted support and he was very rude and wouldn't even attempt to resolve my issue when I told him I would leave a review about how unsatisfied I was about the interaction he told me that he didn't care if I reported him that he was going to continue doing what he wants how he wants and then told me he wasn't going to help me then ended the chat . very unprofessional and disappointing.

It would be a great app if it worked consistently. Seems like the money is put on your account when they feel like it. You will plan for it to come and it won't. No communication no nothing about it. It's frustrating. Use at your own risk.

DON'T GET IT. Payments are not consistent. Supposed to be 24 hours after shift, but most times its definitely over that mark. Support is also useless. I have yet to get an agent that actually tries to investigate an issue. All they will do is tell you that it's your employers fault, and they will say the same. Its better to get your paycheck when scheduled than deal with this app.

App needs big improvements, loading screen takes forever as the coin flip loader keeps playing it takes forever to respond even after when I login it takes a while for it to load. I shouldn't have to go directly to the online website to access my account just because the app doesn't want to work.

it's a wonderful app, really handy when you get paid bi-weekly. i was confused at how it worked but got the hang of it quickly. There's also other helpful things like credit scores and offers.

Yall already charge to move the money yall charge when I order door dash too? for what? then I have a pending refund that may not be added back on my card? yall need to be sued. Theres always an issue. now all of a sudden my card is declining with hundreds of dollars on it. Im talking to my company about switching to even or something else and they are listening because they are tired of the complaints themselves. work too hard!

Finally downloaded this app this evening. I heard a lot through advertising with over a million people on this app. Funny thing is I signed up and guess what.... they can't find my job by email, phone number, and employee ID. (put information on their repeatedly, kept being rejected) The company is called Infocision and they have been here for decades. Funny....huh? Oh well.

Fails you when you need it the most. Try to pull out money and just get hit with try again. Also if you take PTO, none of those days will be accounted for. What's funny is a commercial of this app played as I write this, just to spit in your face. Before you call yourself a gold standard, make sure your service is reliable. I don't know what changed recently but its just a poor experience lately. Seems like I'm not the only one experiencing issues. I'm sure I will be hit with a soulless response

By far the worst app you can use i never really leave reviews for apps ever... But every support person has the same response and script and after a month and a few weeks using this app I have had to contact support over 10 times by call and messaging and have had numerous tickets. My last support person Matthew was cool but stay away from this app it is constantly glitchy and they don't reimburse for anything so I'd recommend never using it ever i wish I could express how much this app sucks.

Great app except it gets overloaded, and many times all you see is the circle spinning around but you can always get your information by going to the website. I use the app first because it's a lot more convenient but many times it's just overloaded. This is a great company and service. My life is a lot better now that I have access to that reserve fund when needs come up.

never updates properly, more then three times have they gotten my paycheck wrong, and still have to call everyone, in a while to get them to properly update my last reportings. so far from one@work this is a downgrade for my company.

I like the fact that I can get my money when I need it. But I pay for instant and it takes 24 hrs every time.

its convenient but gotta make sure you budget and it has glitches randomly when attempting to transfer from debit cards

I downloaded the app because I needed to access my pay stubs I was stopped by the authentication process when my face failed to match my driver's license photo I tried looking for something and now its refusing to open for me in short I've only had it for about an hour and it's as painful as passing football sized kidney stones. Can not recommend this hard enough.
